After not only booking thru Hotel.com I called the hotel to set up having a crib in one of the rooms I booked, and that we would be a late arrival. I was told no problem. I also tried to set up having a birthday cake sent to the hotel for my grand-daughters second birthday and was told they couldn't help me. We did not get the crib either & was told […] that we had checked in too late to get one, was laughed at, and told my grand-daughter would have to sleep on the floor if she was too small to sleep in the bed. When asked if there was someone who could help us out I was told that there was nothing that could be done. Wasn't sure what to expect after reading mixed reviews, not gonna lie I was a bit worried. Very close to Disney and easy to get to. When we got to the hotel we got the room we ordered, the room was clean, we didnt have a shower curtain, when we asked for one it took 45 mins before we got one. Location great. Hotel sucked. They did not have enough blankets for all the rooms (really???). The beds were made without any blankets. The bathroom smelled because it did not have any ventilation. From the online pictures the rooms look really nice, clean, and spacious. It couldn't be farther from the truth.It was a dump! The lobby looks great, and the rest is a dump. The rooms were small and dirty. I would never recommend the Baymont Celebration to anyone!.

We had pre-paid for a "kid's suite" which included bunk beds, a twin bed and a double bed - just right for a family of 5. When we arrived we were told that even though we had pre-paid, the only thing that was available was a room with one king bed. It was late (after midnight) and the night manager told me that my alternative was to call hotel.com and […] "let them fix it". So, the kids all got to sleep on the floor. The only ice machine was in the hotel kitchen, which the night manager told me to use. So, at one a.m. I went burrowing through the hotel's kitchen (all by myself) looking for the ice machine. Breakfast closed down at 9 a.m. (30 minutes early) the next morning - I know it closed early because I saw a big sign in the kitchen while looking for the ice machine that said,"PLEASE DON'T SHUT DOWN BREAKFAST UNTIL 9:30". Our stay was fine. Location was EXCELLENT (right next to Disney & ESPN Wide World of Sports.) Room was comfortable & clean. Continental breakfast was fine (though very crowded.) Lobby was nice & staff helpful. I was in Orlando on business and stayed @ the BI for 2 nights. Unlike most of the other guests, the location's proximity to the area's attractions didn't mean much to me but I could see how it did to the others guests, who were families. This location looks to be have been recently converted from a timeshare resort property; one of the rooms had a foreclosure […] notice posted on the door. Overall, the BI @ Celebration is a good value. Note: a word of caution to Hotels.com customers - when you make your reservation and pay in advance, you'll be presented with a "resort fee" upon checkout which is another $5 per person/day. Hotel is great! If you are going to Disney it is super close. For the price I was pleased. It is good enough.

Outdated rooms,reminds me of the old Holiday inns Bed where comfortable but there was blood stains in one of the bed sheet.We had two full size beds and used the other one. Has afree breakfastt,but it's nothing than aContinentall breakfast You have to eat at the lobby and are not allow to take the food to your room,not even a cup of coffee. The Baymont Inn and Suites Celerbration was very nice for the price. The beds were soft and the room was very clean. It appeared that the place had been recently remodeled. We plan on going back in the future.

This hotel was overall great. From the time I pulled in to the time I checked out, it was nice. The room was very well decorated and very cozy. I also love how close it was to Disney World. I had a great stay here. Will definitely choose this hotel next time I head down to Orlando.

An older property but classic. Just off the main drag so quieter. Great value for the price. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Close to all attractions.

This hotel looks awful from the road but the lobby is lovely, staff adequate and the rooms are fine. It was incredibly inexpensive so I can't complain for not getting a 4 star experience. It was fine. The only awful thing is the pillows. Foam only and hard. Had a neck ache for a few days because of them...so bring your own if you can.

The room was so noisy that I could barely sleep... I could hear road noise outside of the room all day/night (Even though I was on the 5th floor). The cleaning ladies would bang on my door every single morning between 9:30am-10:00am. This may not be a problem for some people, but when I am on vacation I enjoy sleeping in. Great location, great for the money. 3 complaints, first, the coffee pot in the room did not work and there were no complimentary coffee packets, had to go to front desk to get them. Also, there were not enough towels, only 2 bath towels and there were 3 of us, final complaint tubstopper did not work and the refridgerator door would not shut. requested a main floor room due to health issues but hotel staff were mot able to accomodate our request. wife had to walk up three flights of stairs. inadequate supply of towels and paper products.

very good, good location close to disney parks, excellent breakfast

Ok to stay for night passing through would not stay longer than that.Clean room however exterior very run down.As we arrived at night it was very dark and surrounding area (parking lot) made it seem like what did i get myself into.Price was right and would stay in a pinch otherwise would pass.

This was a wonderful experience. For the price I thought it would be just OK but it was a great place to stay and I plan to stay there again

I was expecting there to be a separate sleeping area for the kids as I was told there would be... what we got was a semi-walled in cubicle with bunk beds and a tv. We couldn't even watch TV in our space because we could hear the kids TV... good thing it was only one night.

Quick one night stay was awful. One of our rooms had pubic hair all over bathroom. Our second room had soiled sheets. We called for replacement sheets & never got them. Towels were very thin & felt like sand paper on your skin. Complained to staff at check out & asked to speak to a manager. Manager didnt have the guts to come out but instructed the […] staff to refund our $10 in property fees (which I have no idea what those go towards). Great Price Hotel and convient nothing spectacular here though.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and I absolutely love it it's very close to the parks tons of shopping there's shuttles that take you to the parks or shops around the area. one of the best hotels I have stayed at close to disney with 2 queen beds and free breakfest

I had reserved this hotel for 2 separate nights. We were stuck for the first night since we had limited time to find another place to stay plus it was prepaid. The staff was incredibly rude! You could not get your parking pass until you listened to their high pressure sales pitch to attend a timeshare meeting! Even after we told them we were not intereested, […] it was still pushed and our parking pass was held for ransom. The room smelled of mold (which was all over the bathroom) and the air condition was not working well and had to wait for the repair person to tell us "that's as good as it gets". We found the top to a deoderant container under the sheets in one of the beds. The next day we had to make another reservation elsewhere and lost the money that we prepaid to this hotel. I work out of town frequently and my wife doesnt travel with me so I usually go for the budget type hotel and give up some of the frills. However, this is the place My wife and I will stay when we come back to play in the future. There is nothing you give up when staying here and it is very comfortable and clean.....

You can't beat this hotel for the price and location and the staff was pretty friendly. Having said that....read the fine print. Even though the paperwork will read "paid in full" several times, on the last page there is a teeny tiny note indicating there is a $5.09 per night service charge at this hotel for the parking and breakfast. It's not a huge […] amount but if you're on a budget, it can make a difference. Next, we found a roach running around in the 1st room we were given and quickly swapped out rooms. Once settle in our 2nd room I found myself tossing and turning on the extra firm beds (and I can sleep through a hurricane on most nights!). The stay at the Baymont was nice, I was very disappointed in the breakfast.

The hotel seemed really nice from the pictures. When you check in its got a nice lobby. I was a little worried because there is an abandonded hotel right next door that looks horrible. The check in process was easy but the room they gave us was not the room we paid for. They told us that they gave away our room. When I told them we were going to stay […] somewhere else they gave us the Kiddy Suite. We get to our room and the only thing that looked nice was the TV. The room stank, the walls had nasty stains on them and the bunk bed ladder was leaned up against the wall. There were no mattress pads on any of the beds which is gross. (They just had a bottom sheet and a top sheet). There were no wash clothes in the room and not enough towels. We went downstairs to get more and they said they would send somebody up. The guy gets there with the towels and stands there with his hands out waiting for a tip and tries to small talk when we were trying to close the door. (Mind you we got into the hotel at 3am). There were alot of people standing in the parking lots at night which made us double lock our car doors. The outside was dirty and not well kept. On our last day we decided to sleep in because check out wasnt until 11 am. Breakfast did not have any fruit or anything healthy. They had waffles, cereal and tons of pastries. None of the toasters worked at all so we eneded up going to Denny's. At around 7am someone is pounding on the door. It was the maid asking us what time we are checking out. We told her at 11. (Totally RUDE!!) . If you dont want to pay much to stay near Disney world, dont mind the horrid smell, or cleanlness of the rooms or outside, please stay at the Baymont. If your looking for a hotel to stay that is close to Disney-This is your spot! I was a little worried about it not being a nice hotel but it actually was pretty good for the price. The staff wasnt really that friendly. The lobby was really nice and clean. The room was actually nicer than I thought. The elevators were old and dirty with wires handing […] out and paint stains. The only thing that I didn't like was that the bathroom had some rust by the door (which wasnt really that bad but noticable) and there was no fan in the bathroom which got really humid after a shower. The TV was a nice flat screen and had cable. The beds & pills were pretty comfy too. The carpet seemed to be a little dirty. Our frig stopped working 2 days before we were leaving and addressed it to the front desk and never got it fixed or a call back letting us know what was going to happen. They offer "breakast" which truely was not the greatest. Waffles, powdered donuts, cereal and bagels were an every day meal. On top of the sour/over sweet OJ and Apple juice, the toasters did not work. There was only one toaster that about 10 people had to share in the morning. I was grossed out after I noticed there were aunts around the toaster table. Eww.. The shuttle they offer has horrible schedules that conflict if your trying to watch the fireworks shows at Disney. They did not allow strollers, so I had to pay $300.00 for a rental car instead. The pool area was nice. There was a place across the street that sold cheaper tickets to Disney rather than buying them at almost full price at the hotel. Overall it was a nice stay. Breakfast is all starch and white bread, no fruit or yogurt options. Beds were comfy, air worked great and as quiet as the area could possibly be (Orlando/Kissimee is pretty loud over all) Likely to stay there again when coming through the area.

The hotel itself was nice but it was too far away from everything.

We recently stayed in this hotel for a long weekend. The hotel is an older hotel, with some updates. The TV in the room was nice. The description of the room I booked stated that there were 2 queen beds in the room and I was most disappointed to find out that this was not true. While they may call them queen It was definitely a much smaller bed than […] the queen I have at home. I spent the majority of 2 nights trying not to fall on the floor. the complimentary breakfast was also a disappointment. There was no healthy options offered but if you like cold cereal and mini powdered donuts you will like it. We chose to spend the extra money and eat at McDonald's next door. I carefully read reviews of a number of hotels before selecting Baymont Inn and think I found a great deal! The rate I paid, including the room resort fee the hotel adds on during check-in, was excellent.. I'm glad I made reservations as the hotel was completely booked. Someone else was inquiring about future reservations when we arrived and was told […] the rate was considerably higher than mine. The Desk Attendant was very helpful regarding Disneyworld questions and we were only 4 miles away from Magic Kingdon (I used a GPS for worry free directions). As opposed to another review, the free breakfast did not shut down exactly at 9 AM but stayed open a little longer for late stragglers. We had a room on the 3rd floor, inner court, which I would recommend since I noticed another reveiw mentioned noise from the parking lot. This is a budget hotel for sure. if you are looking for something more than that this is not the place for you. The room was adequate, picture is pretty representative, though everything in our room felt a little more "used" that what the pictures show. No extras, had to ask for more than one paper coffee cup, two towels were all that were in our room […] at check in and after maid service cleaned- for a family of 4. lobby was decieving, appeared that the hotel was nicer than really was when we checked in. All corridors are outside which is fine, but walkways were filthy and sticky. Elevators old and rickety- paint on walls and expecially doors was pretty banged up and outdated looking. we had a microwave and refridgerator in our room, but hotel did not supply or offer for purchase any type of plasticware, so when we purchased lunch type meals to cook in microwave we had to go back to store for a paper plate to cook it on, since all hotel had was styrofoam. But hotel was in a great loaction for Disney access, easy and fast to get to the parks, also close to many fast easy restaurants for families. Pool was also adequate, nothing special. The kids pool they talk about is just a 1Ft deep 7 foot round circle hole in the ground absolutely nothing exciting there for the kids. The staff was the most unhelpful group I have ever encountered at a budget hotel- unwilling to answer simple questions- like what channel is the disney channel, since there were no channel guides in the room. I was not looking for 5 star service, but answering questions with any type of response would have been better. breakfast was advertised as a hot break fast, only thing hot was a waffle or bagel out of the toaster. Overall, I just wish that the hotel had clearly communicated what it did and did not offer so that I could have adjusted my expectation accordingly. The Hotel was excellent but hard to find from the Road. Our First Night the Room was exceptional on the 3rd Floor. I asked for a First Floor when I made the reservation but got the 3rd for First Night then changed to First Floor for next 2 nights. The Room lights were dim and one was out.
