เป็นโรงแรมที่ใกล้สถานที่ชอปปิ้งและไปไหนมาไหนได้สะดวกมาก การบริการถือว่าดีในระดับหนึ่ง ขอเตียงคิงส์ไซส์ไปเนื่องจากมีลูกอายุ 6 ขวบไปด้วย ทางโรงแรมจัดเตียงควีนไซส์ 2 เตียงให้ ทำให้รู้สึกดีมาก แต่ห้องไม่ได้ใหม่สักเท่าไหร่ ปกติราคาค่าห้องเทียบกับการบริการถือว่า ok แต่ช่วงเวลาที่ไปเป็นช่วงพีคจึงทำให้ราคาค่อนข้างแพง

good food, great location, nice and accomodating staff. good restaurants within the hotel.

Very spacious, friendly staff, new and clean rooms. Great location within the Seef mall, close to Bahrain Fort. Very good value for money.

Cancellation policy is just ridiculous. For the price you pay,you would expect internet connection to be included. Cool location, but close by there are hotels at the similar rate which include breakfast and internet connection. Please update central ac/ heating system. It is just TOO loud and you should be able to have your own climate control..

Holiday Inn Golden Mile is in a great lolcation in Kowloon - close to shops, trains, Star Ferry, restaurants and easy access to most attractions. Hotel ws refurnished a sort whle ago and so rooms are moern - large by HK standards - Only fault is no free WiFi - charges a large daily fee.

Excellent service

Location is very convenient. friendly staffs and clean rooms.

I have stayed here on numerous occasions and am always satisfied with the hotel, its position and also the staff who are always most obliging.

Only thing going for this hotel is the location! Tiny rooms and it's way overpriced!! Save some money and stay somewhere else - Hong Kong transportation system is great and you can get to the Nathan Road location within minutes from several other nice hotels.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The location was perfect it was very close to the MTR and shopping on Nathan Road. The room was very spacious and clean. Very impressed! We will definatly stay again!

Old Hotel but right in the centre of everything at TST. The location is excellent and the Italian Restaurant does a decent job.

Located right across the street from the MTR and a Starbucks, only problem was every time we left the hotel we were asked if we wanted to buy copy watches, copy purses and have suits made. The view from our room was classic Hong Kong, the building right next door with laundry hanging out the window. Great value

the location is very good , very clean and comfortable ,high speed and fast the conection to the internet

This hotel is well situated, you can take the express train from the airport to Kowloon station and take a free shuttle to the hotel, or grab a taxi (roughly $10-15USD--depending on traffic), close to the ferry, shopping and food. The hotel itself is a little chaotic, check in is very slow, the rooms amenities are dated and needs refurbishing.

I was so happy about the overall service, my family and I had a fantastic comfortable stay. I will always book in time to stay at this Holiday Inn, it is so convinient for traders like me. I cant wait for my next booking there!

Room is very small

If not for the location, I would stay somewhere else. The rooms are average, not very modern by today's standards and the staff service is rather on the average side. I have stayed at this hotel for more than a few dozen times and never once did anyone offer a simple 'welcome back'. There are serveral hotels within the same area like the Penisular, […] Sheraton, Hyatt Regency and the Intercontinental (all of which is more expensive) and then there is the Kowloon Hotel, which is even older then the Holiday Inn. The hotel are in good place arround you can many doing. Only some room looking little old and not so new, fot the price i think little to much, but ok staff are friendly.

Excellent Hotel and great location to main areas to get around. Close to subway etc. Everything was already in the room like power adaptors etc so that you did not have to ask for it. DVD great in room so toddler could watch favourite DVD. Staff helpful with locatiions that we wanted to get to. Even stored our luggage until we returned from China. I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 days. I found that the location of the hotel was quite convenient. Very close to the MTR station. It is also very close to Harbour City which is a major shopping centre. The hotel is surrounded by shops and restaurants. The room I stayed in was quite small (I paid an Advanced Purchased Rate which was a bit cheaper) and this was probably why they gave me a smaller room. Breakfast is nice. There is a bit of variety but not over the top. I was able to pay for a shuttle bus to take me to the airport. They come to the hotel quite regularly. We choose this hotel for its position we were only Staying 2 nights on way to London from Austrailia. March 18th 19th 2011. Given room at 7.30am room was small but noisy wok across street. I complained , wanted me to pay extra but after conversation we were given a King room , excellent king, bed settee, coffee table, work table,coffee and tea making […] facilities, good size bathroom. Up grade was worth every penny included breakfast hot and cold for two all day coffee tea cocktails 6pm-8pm wine / mixers hot food al on excecutive floor, free Wfi, pool and gym. The hotel is in a great location! Close to shopping and subway system. Check out the light show at the harbour starting at 8pm. Only complaint is that the hotel could use a face lift. It's showing it's age with stains on the carpets etc.

can't complain..this place is the best deal in Hong Kong...wish the pool on the roof was a bit 'fancier'.

這價格在這附近不算貴, 但是如果要自己出錢的話, 建議去斜對面靠近尖東站的飯店比較划算. 飯店旁邊有個重慶大樓, 感覺上出入的人比較複雜, 要比較單純的環境就不建議這邊. 另外, 這邊的雙人房間很小, 沒有辦法另外加人, 要付費另外加床都不行, 彈性是比較小, 但整體上, 算乾淨舒服的飯店.

가격은 좀 비쌌지만 위치가 침사추이역 근처에 있어서 정말 좋았어요~ 방 크기는 작았지만 두 명이 쓰기엔 불편함이 없었구요. 실내는 나름 청결했고, 직원들도 친절했어요~ 하버뷰를 볼 수 없는 위치라 약간 아쉬웠네요 ㅎㅎ

Perfekt läge för både affärer och privat. Prisvärt, rent och fräscht. Uppgraderade till clubrum på executive floor vilket kan rekommenderas. Wifi, frukost och tillgång till loungen ingår. Mellan kl 18-20 är det lättare buffé och fri alkohol i loungen.

服务不错，香港的酒店这方面做的还是很到位的。 酒店的位置很好，就在弥敦道，楼下就有地铁，到哪里都很方便。 房间打扫得很干净。 就香港的酒店而言，四星的酒店来说房间算是大的了。 唯一觉得不太满意的就是浴袍好小啊。 以后去还会选这家。

nur wenige Gehminuten vom Fährterminal entfernt und an der bekannten Nathan-Road. Um die Ecke liegt das berühmte Penninsula Hotel. Die Zimmer waren gross und sehr komfortabel und sehr sauber! Das Frühstücksbuffet lohnt sich! Eine grosse Auswahl an verschiedenen Früchten, Broten, Aufschnitt, Lachs, indisches Frühstück, englisches Frühstück etc. mit frischen […] Säften, Kaffee etc. und dies alles à discretion! 場所が良いので、2年半前にも今回同様2泊しましたが、今度はチェックインの時からガッカリ。予約の名前が変わっており(姓は合っていたが)、Hotels.comの日本事務所に電話で問い合わせ、何とか泊まることはできたが、部屋は以前と同じくらいの価格を支払ったにもかかわらず、ただのダブルベット。以前はキングズサイズであった。テレビはブラウン管タイプで映りも悪く、設備全体が古く感じられた。これならもうちょっと奮発して近くに新しくできたハイアット・リージェンシーにすべきだったと感じられた。メリットは場所がどこに行くにも至便なことのみです。

Hotellet ligger i början av Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui i Kowloon. Nära till Star Ferrys som tar en över till Hong Kong ön, nära till tunnelbanan som för övrigt funkar mycket bra. Enda bekymmret är alla säljare på gatan som försker få en att sy upp kostym eler köpa fakeklockor. Akta er också för de elektronikbutiker som ligger runt hotellet. 홍콩 비즈니스를 15년이상 해온터라 홍콩의 호텔은 누구보다 많이 이용을 했습니다. 홀리데이인에 묶은지도 10년 이상이 된것같구요.하지만 이 호텔의 고질적인 서비스문제는 프론트 데스크에 있다는것입니다. 기분좋게 체크인을 하고 안락함을 즐기고 싶지만 항상 프론트에서의 업무처리 미숙과 무리한 업그레이드 강요 등은 호텔의 이용 시작점 부터 사람의 기분을 상하게 합니다. 그리고 기존의 예약내용과 같은 스펙의 룸의 요구시 항상 기다리라고 하는 점도 그렇습니다. 어쨌든 호텔의 위치와 주변여건으로 인해 이용을 하고 있지만 가격대비 서비스의 품질은 개선이 되어야 한다고 봅니다. 프론트 직원들의 서비스교육이 다시 되어야 한다고 봅니다.

Ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett ist nicht für zwei Personen gedacht und winzig, wir haben vor Ort upgegradet auf ein Zimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten, dieses war dann super bis auf die Baustelle direkt vor dem Fenster. Sonst von der Lage her sehr gut, das Frühstücksbuffet war exzellent.
