I was disappointed to find out there were no real glasses or cups in the room - just plastic cups. I would expect water or wine glasses are standard for Hilton chain.

Very comfortable and clean room. The bed was great. The bay walking trail very pleasant. The executive level was worth it for the breakfast and evening snacks. The room looked a little tired and could use a little refreshing. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Pleasant overnight stay. The free shuttle service was very convenient to and from the airport. The only slightly "odd" thing was breakfast. Breakfast, which was included as part of the booking, was served in the Business Centre?? It was quite crowded and everyone was trying to balance dishes on their laps whilst sitting on couches. Just a little strange […] (we thought!). It was Easter Sunday, so maybe it was more crowded than usual. The lady serving food and cleaning up did an excellent job, as it was only her on duty. we were there on one trip for two different nights. One night the bar guy was great and attentive; we went back the next time we were there and the different bar guy was horrible. I felt like I had to throw something at him to get his attention (not a busy night). Other than that, everything was great; shuttle service to airport outstanding.

The mattress on both double beds were horrible and we woke with our backs hurting. Actually, I got out of bed at 5am because I could no longer sleep on the mattress..

everything was what i needed to escape for an evening. even the room service steak was good. didn't leave the room but the lobby was nice and the restaurant/bar looked nice.

Everything was perfect only wish that the gift shop had a larger selection of things especially selling some shorts and shirts.

Lovely. We had access to the Concierge Floor and lots of amenities and a great breakfast. A bit hard to find, but we also had a lovely view of the bay.

I stay near SFO a lot; this time it was a family event and others picked this location (and it was deeply discounted from its regular rate). Certainly glossier than some options and bar was nice for relaxing with family members at our small reunion. BUT, bar service was awful (we had to leave without paying at one point because we couldn't find the […] waiter - they tracked us down from an earlier bill), and I fail to understand why, as hotels get fancier, you get less and less: you pay for parking, you pay for internet, and of course no comp breakfast. Given how nice some of the rooms are in lower priced digs, I am not sure why one picks these places UNLESS they are deeply discounted. Also, this location is significantly south of SFO, and further from the airport than other options in the northern direction. But the free shuttle did get us to the airport in short order - the main distraction was how much longer it took family in downtown SF to get to us than when we stay in the places off Oyster Point. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Outstanding service. View of the bay was a side view, so not what we expected, but still nice. We were tired and dealing with a back injury, so used bell staff and room service. Both were outstanding.

My stay was amazing, and I did not have any issues with check-in or check-out. Never felt like a queen and it was anr relaxing time.

Clean and neat hotel. Did not stay long enough to dine on site. Parking fee is a profit center.

Staff was very courteous. Provided daybed for my two little girls at no additional cost. King room was very spacious and clean. Great location just off freeway. Breakfast was covered in rate but I forgot. Would have been nice to receive a reminder.

Have stayed at other hotels nearby and although others hotels may be a bit cheaper this one much better overall in every category.

This hotel was very nice considering the age. The service was great on the weekend we stayed, and there was Max's opera cafe real close for quick meals. My only complaint was that the bathtub/nathroom was still in 1970s condition and needs updating.

I was very dissappointed with the view from the room. The hotel is situated on the Bay, however, it is position such that none of the rooms actually face the Bay. You either have a view of the expansive parking lot, air conditioners, or other office buildings. Even access to the park adjacent to the hotel and on the Bay is difficult - there is no side […] entry (I took the stairs only to find out the floor level door had an alarm associated with it) and so you are forced to go through the lobby and walk around the hotel to see the Bay. The pool and gym are in the basement and almost feel like they are in closets. Two people in the pool makes it feel crowded. I never could find the jacuzzi. I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the airport and the shuttle service. It was clean and comfortable. I only stayed one night so I can't really comment on the surrounding area or amenities outside the hotel

Great, spacious, and clean room with pleasant fragrance were beyond my imagination. Beware though, they charge you $18 for parking.

The hotel is very nice. The pool is very warm and in doors. It can get a little crowded if more than 10 people are in it but most of the time we had it to our self. The always have towels down there that are warm. The few things that I did not like about the hotel are, No free wi fi in the rooms. The cost to eat there is to much for the family and no […] free breakfast like at other places. The hotel is about 3 miles from Safeway and other places to eat so that is not to bad. The front desk staff were very friendly and quickly checked me in. The room was quite nice, comfortable and clean. I had booked a 'bay view' room and it was very quiet - couldn't hear the highway or airport traffic. The bed was quite comfortable (not *the* most comfortable, but right up there) and had lots of fluffy pillows to choose from. The bathroom […] was clean and bright, and had a good shower head (I hate ones that are placed too low or the water flow is too wimpy). I watched a little TV, which was a large HD model and the cable had a good selection of channels; I also liked the menu system for choosing channels, rather than scrolling aimlessly thru them. I didn't stay long enough to use some of the hotel amenities, like the pool and gym, so I can't comment on those. Two odd things happened during my stay... First, I came back to the hotel late after dinner and the whole lobby area was dark - the valet parking area out side, the lobby and the front desk (there were a couple small lights on at the desk). All the staff were acting quite normally and I was too tired to stop and ask. The rest of the hotel was fine. Second, when I was ready to leave the next morning, I was going to check out via the TV system, but it wasn't working at all (no cable either). I stay here whenever I have several giants games to go to. It's close to bart so I can take public transportation to the ball park. I always seem to have trouble with the card getting in and out of the parking lot but the staff is always quick to help. Love it here
