"Hilton March 2012"
Great stay! Contractors were working on the deck while we were there, but that is to be expected this time of year. Really enjoyed the pool area, with the bar right there, a little music and close to the beach. Relaxing. Room was good, although the bathroom could be upgraded a little. Good rate for the room. I will be back again in the summer....

The hotel and rooms were nice and clean, but it was a bit pricey. I believe there are many other comparable hotels in the area for 30-40% less money.

Off season (Christmas) and hotel seemed quite empty. Door captain was quite helpful and check in was a breeze. Room was nice and at the holiday special, seemed to be a good value. First complaint: mini fridge needed defrosting. Looked like it hadn't been done in about 1-2 months. Second complain: air vent in bathroom showed some rust. This would be […] expected at a Super-8, but not a Hilton. Breakfasts: Gratis thanks to coupons provided at checkin. Good BIG breakfast in Southern Tradition. Hostess was friendly and personable, as was wait staff and chef. Very good service and a very good breakfast. On a side note, not an instant grit to be seen. Ate dinners off resort mostly to capture some of the local fare. Good places to eat if you take time to look. On my last night, I did partake of room service, ordering a NY Strip (medium rare) and substituing fries for the loaded baked potato. Meal arrived on time (30 minutes) by a cheerful hostess from the restaurant. While the steak was indeed cooked to medium rare, it did however lack a good "crust" or sear. It was still edible and I did enjoy it. Once again, this is more of a small dissatisfaction rather than a major complaint. Also, Southern Hospitality is NOT a myth as evidenced by all the helpful people I met during my stay. For off season, this is a good way to spend Christmas in Myrtle Beach. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

"Hilton or Motel 6"
The building may say Hilton, but there is no way this is a Hilton. We checked in and recieved a smoking room, having asked for non-smoking. The clerk then gave us a room, 8 floors higher with less view. The rooms were dirty, run down and less than the Hilton name I have become accustom to. We will never use this hotel again. VERY POOR RATING.
"Hilton Arcardia Shores"
According to the site the room was to be really nice....Upon checkin (the staff very friendly at front desk) we found the room to be a small king bed with about an 80 degree ocean view, we had building wall on one side.. The bathroom still had the trash in it from the last guest and you could really tell that the door and trim was painted in 10 minutes […] with bad brushes.. could still see brush strokes and the original color through the paint. There was also no kleenex in the bathroom and the tub had rust on the bottom. There were suppose to be bathrobes in the room according to the description there were not any to be found. No phone book and the phone didn't work properly. Tried to get ahold of the "golf conceirge" but the phone rang busy midway through dialing. Hotel aware of problem not sure how to fix. Called the operator to be transferred and they didn't even know they had a golf concierge or how to transfer to them. Ended up going down to main lobby to use the phone. The golf concierge is extremely helpful and courteous though. Asked for help booking tickets to the Pirate Show and the front desk manager did not how to do it and told us to wait for the concierge who was busy with another guest, after a wait we decided to do it on our own. The breakfast buffet has a nice selection but obviously the food doesn't stay warm. I ate cold potatoes and hard cold biscuits 2 days in a row. I like the fruit and the juice. I do have high expectations maybe for the Hilton, had stayed with them on the west coast and the rooms were outstanding, so disappointed with the one in Myrtle Beach. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

"Receptionist"
I reserved a room that I thought was ocean front but come to find out it was a view of the ocean and the other two sides were a view of two buildings. Not the idea I had when i decided to stay here on vacation. The last time my boyfriend I visted the hotel our bill was incorrect so we werepronised by one of the super visor that's no longer employed […] there free breakfast. We explained this to the receptionist and she could not accomodate us. So once I was not satisfied with the view. I brought all of my things back downstairs for a better room. "Not The Standard Hilton You Would Expect"
This place is really a dive compared to all of my Hilton exposures. The carpet is worn and nasty, the rooms need updating all the way around. Shower heads are only 4 feet off the ground, old carpet!!, outdated phones, basically everything is from 1975 when the place was built. "Myrtle Beach Hilton"
We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious, we took long walks on the beach, the hotel was close to great restaurants and area attractions. We enjoyed the pool and the staff excellent at bringing towels, an umbrella, and refreshments from the bar and restaurant. We had a wonderful stay!
The rooms are very nice with a decent ocean view. If you want full ocean view you will need to select an ocean front room. Great deal and great hotel!!
"Dated"
Hotel rooms are dated. First room had paint chips hanging from the bathroom ceiling as well as a fridge that wasn't working. This place is not worth the money.
"Not the best for your buck."
The hotel is in a good location. The pools are nice, and there was a DJ playing music, which really gave it a nice overall feel outside. However, the rooms need a serious update, and the service left a lot to be desired. The room we were originally placed in was on an "outdoor wing" of the hotel, which made me feel like I was staying in a cheap motel...not […] good. That first night, we realized there was a water leak in the closet ceiling. Also, cash we had placed in the safe was soaking wet. (Aren't safes water proof?) We notified the front desk, who told us they'd put us in a new room (which was not on an "outdoor wing", so that was a plus). However, no one called us back to tell us our new room was available until 3 hours later, so I was stuck in the hotel room waiting for that call for a while. :( When they finally had a room ready for me, I had to go down and request for a bellman to assist me in moving my things. The staff was less than friendly. We were told that our first night's stay would be comp'd by the manager. Great news! So we asked if we could just extend our stay by a night. The front desk told us they didn't know and gave us an 800 number to call. ???? We called, and the lady who answered told us that our room was available for an additional night and that we should contact the front desk of the hotel to reserve it. When we did this, the front desk again told us they could not reserv it. We just hung up and waited to speak to the manager the following day. She took care of it. The manager was very accomodating and personable. Her staff, however, was not. Overall, we did have a great time, but you should be aware of these things before booking. อ่านเพิ่มเติม
"Good hotel for the money"
The hotel was great, we arrived early in the morning and they allowed us to use the amenities even though they could not check us in. They had our room ready by 2pm. The rooms were nice at first glance but upon looking around there had clearly been water damage to the ceiling and the floor tile grout was cracked and had not been fixed and the slider […] to the outside did not lock. "Hilton Myrtle Beach - Dated"
The Hotel is a little dated and is in need of an update. The beach was terrific and overall we were satisfied with the stay and the level of service.

We were not very impressed with this hotel compared to other Hilton's. It allows dogs, and you can tell by the smell of the room if you are on a dog floor. Our original room smelled like mildew and dog. We relocated to a non-dog floor, but the room was still sub-par. The elevators were incredibly slow. Additionally, it was the 4th of July weekend, […] so we did not get to enjoy the hotel amenities such as the pool due to overcrowding. "Definitely a repeat"
You may read in other reviews that the hotel or rooms are "worn"....that may be slightly true but everything else is wonderful - so don't let that bother you. We booked this hotel solely because it was pet friendly & we were thrilled w/our vacation w/our mini schnauzer! Hotel has dog park we used daily - thank you! My husband & I commented several times […] how friendly not only the staff was but the other hotel guests were always greeting you friendly. The location is wonderful, pools, restaurants (even tho we ate maily off grounds) - we used them all! "Nice"
Very relaxing stay. But didnt get to enjoy band check in at 4 band is done by 5,
The room size was very small. The bathroom had mold in the shower area. The pools were very loud with a DJ playing loud music all day that you could hear from the beach or your room. If you like loud and crowded this place is for you. We received excellent customer service from the staff.
"Hilton on North Myrtle Beach is great for everyone"
The hotel is perfectly off the main drag on on a very clean North Myrtle Beach. The room was clean and had a great view of the water. In addition, the pool area is perfect for everyone. The pool bar has great food and service. The only issue was the restrooms for the pool guests; they was not clean to our satisfaction. However, the work out room was […] impeccable. "Ok I guess...."
The hotel was ok I guess, you really are paying for the view. It's a small room for the amount you pay. The room and hotel smelled like mildew and the bathrooms were not the cleanest. There werent many food options in the hotel and we left the resort thoughout our stay to eat something better. The food was overpriced and not good quality. Customer service was unsatisfactory. I requested a non-smoking room and I received just the opposite.
"Very nice stay"
Very nice hotel in a good spot. Room was new, clean, and well kept. We ordered room service and the food was excellent as well. We only stayed one night as we were passing through but I would not hesitate to book again for a longer stay if we even make it back to Myrtle Beach.

"Had some problems with this one"
Check in was at 4:00 PM but they did not have our room ready until around 7:30 PM. It was rather annoying to not be able to go into a room for three and a half hours. They didn't try to make it right by letting us check out late or anything like that. Paying for parking everyday is annoying as well. Also, the hotel is not really close to any of the […] popular attractions unless you are going strictly to golf. The view out of our window was of the ocean, but seeing a dirty roof top in front of it kind of ruined the view. Not going back to this hotel. This hotel is "dog friendly" - this would have been nice to know prior to making the reservations. The rooms where not as expected (dark and not so clean). The rooms need updating - wallpaper pealing off the walls, television did not have good reception, some features in the bathroom did not work. The neighborhood and location of this hotel is great! It was a very clean hotel. The staff was willing to do everything in their power to make the stay as best as it could be! This was our first time at this resort,and we look forward to our next visit. "Great room for the money."
I thought that it was a very beautiful hotel. I felt the rooms were clean and the bed was absolutely wonderful! Was a little dissappointed that the hotel charged for parking. Felt that that could have been included with the room instead of having a separate bill. Otherwise had a wonderful stay at the resort, it was beautiful.

"Very Disappointed"
Stayed in a Hilton Garden In Savannah just two weeks prior that 10 times better that this Hotel. The Room was small and not well maintained. Room are past due a major upgrade.

Loved the hotel...great experience for the first time. Hotel allowed pets and I have nothing against pets it is that I don't want to smell or hear them braking all the time. a/c wasnt working it took them forever to switch as to a new room after I call them over 5 times!!! To be a HILTON ???? need lots of imporvement for What the HILTON Is!
"Nice, but crowded"
This was a nice hotel, but it was incredibly crowded. I often had to wait several minutes for/on elevators due to the amount of traffic. Also, by about 9a.m., you can forget getting a chair at the pool. They are all being saved by people who are nowhere to be found. The tiki bar is very nice and the staff was good.

"Decent, pet-friendly hotel with a decent price"
Room quality and cleanliness was great. Staff was friendly. Not really a family oriented hotel but is great if you're a golfer or if you just want to hang out on the beach or the pool.
