Hotel isn't the newest, but the room was clean. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Hotel amenities were nice. There is an airport shuttle. A nice breakfast was served and there were sandwiches and snacks available during dinner.

Hotel was very convenient for our travel plans.Close to the airport. Friendly, helpful staff upon check-in & check-out. Room was clean & heat-A/C was just fine. There is an indoor pool here, also. Although we were situated on the first floor, the hotel itlself was not noisy.We also enjoyed the breakfast which was included. BAIT 'N' SWITCH. We made reservations which included free PARK'N'FLY. When we arrived I was told that the information I received from the 800 Marriott number was wrong. There would be a fee for parking our car until our return. I had no choice, but to pay the fee. The Park'n'Fly info should be on the hotel amenities like breakfast. I felt betrayed. […] I would have stayed at a different hotel, if I knew there was to be a fee. Our stay was very pleasant. The rooms were very clean, the staff was so nice and easy to talk to, and it was a perfect distance from the city itself. Free parking and breakfast too, can't get much better! I am very happy we stayed at this hotel.

very nice overall. staff was terrific. although we ordered room service (pizza) and were told they were unable to deliver, because thier car broke down this was at about 7:00pm. We were then forced to eat at Ruby Tuesdays which was a little more expensive than we had planned to spend. We were disappointed with that.

Adequate for arriving late and needing a hotel until the morning. In the proximity of the airport but not extremely close. Rooms were clean and comfortable but there was noise in the hallway. Breakfast provided was above average. Staff was very nice

We were greeted by friendly staff and an immaculate, comfy room. There is an usually warm vibe here. It was a freezing night and they offered us a warm drink or a bowl of hot chili upon arrival. Our flight was earlier than they normally serve breakfast, but they made sure the basics were out by the time we came to the lobby at 4:15.

The receptionist at the desk was extremely rude and I almost wanted to leave immediately upon my arrival, however the receptionist that came the next morning was far more pleasant the rooms were just basic for what I paid I would have to say i didn't get my monies worth....... To sum it all up I plan to never go back!!!!!!

It was a little bit confusing on getting to the area that there were three Marriott hotels within fairly close distance to each other, and we went to the wrong one first. Having said that, when we did get to the Fairfield Inn there was a fairly warm welcome, and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The pool is small and no deeper than about 3.5 […] feet, with no changing room facility, but was fine for floating about and relaxing a little. There is a Ruby Tuesday right across the road which provided a good option for dinner, as the room didn't have a microwave or fridge (which is pretty standard in most american hotel rooms). IN addition, the breakfast proovision was fairly poor compared to other hotels we'd stayed in, although there was cereal, bagels and muffins and a waffle maker. All in all, we found it pricey compared to the various other hotels we'd stayed in during the trip, with fewer facilities, but the room was quiet and the beds were comfortable, and it was less than 4 minutes from the airport. We stayed here due to an early flight the nert morning. Although we had some issues with the TV, which they quickly sent someone up to fix, everything worked out well. The morning breakfast was perfect so we didnt have to rush out to get our child breakfast. All in all we would be happy to stay here again.

We were't there long enough to make much of it, but the services we used were good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was fine. My daughter that the bed wasn't comfortable, but it was close enough for me.

My children enjoyed swimming in the pool. The pool area is clean with lounge chairs and towels. The pool water is nice and warm compared to other 4-5 stars hotels that we stayed in Sydney. Morning breakfast is pretty good for a 2 1/2 stars hotel. Receptionists and door man are very friendly and welcoming. Although the facilities isn't the latest and most modernized, it is after all an hotel around the airport, I would recommend the hotel because of the staff and personnel. The management were extremely friendly and accommodating to our needs. The staff were professional and helpful to us as well.

Fairfield is just ok. The rooms a rather small and there was no fridge or microwave in the room. The staff was great I asked for a fridge and the were able to accommodate me. The promptly brought one in and advised they were available on a first come first serve basis there was no extra charge. The bed was not comfortable to me or the others I was traveling […] with, there were 5 rooms booked by my party. Not all were through this site. Staying at this hotel felt like coming home. The front desk was pleasant, helpful and polite. The rooms were very clean and cleaning staff made us feel comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was just right. We felt secure and had an enjoyable stay.

Location was close and convient to Philly AirPort. Was not too difficult to find with the help of map quest from New Jersey. I would stay there again but only for the same reason I stayed there this time, location. Surprisingly airport noise was not a problem.

Overall, the hotel suited us for it's purpose, which was to remain close to the airport. There was a problem with a leaky ceiling and the staff took care of it right away by providing us with another room. The bed was extremely comfortable, perhaps too comfortable. The continental breakfast consisted of a variety of food, including bagels, waffles, […] pastries, yogurt, and fruit. There were many choices of food to choose from, which made for a full breakfast. Our shuttle service to the airport from the hotel was free. The evening staff did not make us aware of the fact that we had to call in and make an appointment to use the shuttle services. I checked the rates at hotels.com. There were other hotels for more readonable rates but i picked this one assuming it is comfortaable. First of all they have cheap, soft mattress which was not comfortable. The pool wad only 4 feet and there were dead flies in top if it, the carpet was not cleaned well. Comfortable stay, with pleasant staff. Nice breakfast, tea, coffee, and hot water available 24 hours. After a long day at a conference, having a warm beverage in the evening is comforting. Reported slow tub drain to front desk when leaving.

Friendly service, very good breakfast with VERY helpful staff, beds and pillows were amazingly comfy. Ruby Tuesdays is the next parking lot over and it's close to everything. The hotel was very clean and my only "complaint" would be that the hotel was very warm even in the hallways. It is November and we had to turn our AC on in the room. Overall a nice hotel for a short stay. It is in a good location with a restaurant right across the street and a gas station right down the road. If you are planning a short trip this is a nice hotel. However the room was a little small so if you are planning a longer trip I would not advise this hotel.

The staff was very professional and very caring. It was also during Hurricane Sandy and the staff stepped up being very attentive to our needs. 5 star quality all the way. I loved it.I reccomend your stayshould be here, I will come back.

My main need was a safe place to sleep close to the PHL airport, and the Marriott right at the airport had no openings. This was very handy to the airport, had free parking, and felt safe. I had no real complaints, but the property is old and in need of renovation and cleaning.

When I came down the next morning, it turns out that no one made the call to schedule the cab (there were 2 people there who could have done it). We stayed for one night. Very nice clean comfortable hotel. Great value. Convenient to Phila Airport. All staff was very friendly and accommodating. I'd recommend this hotel and stay here again.
