It was ok.... The room was beautiful except the bathroom tub faucet was rusty! The key card would not work! The bed was so comfortable and TVs everywhere.... The pools were beautiful and right next to the mall.... Overall it was a nice experience except for the horrible service...

My girlfriend and I absolutely loved the room and are going to make sure our bedroom in our next NYC apartments looks like it. The amenities are great and the nicest casino on the Vegas strip. We will definitely be staying there next time!!

We had a wonderful night in the Venetian. The rooms are beautifully decorated and equipped and the casino, restaurants and shops were a lot of fun. However, we had several electrical sockets out of order in the bathroom which were not attended to after we called maintenance about them. The room was super, Very impressive. The hotel was likewise impressive and beautiful. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. I would have expected no less from such a high end establishment. There was only a couple disappointments. Not being informed when placing a reservation that there was an extra $45 a night for a room with a […] view and the extra charge for amenities other that the WiFI we would not use was not proper. Room was magnificent, service was great, restaurants were pretty good as well. Lot of cool shopping inside and the casino floor was also really nice. It's located fairly close to all of the other major hotel/casinos as well. The ceilings inside were absolutely beautiful, we were told they were hand-painted, and it at least looked like it.

I love the Venetian, I have stayed there many times. There is plenty to do within the hotel (visit the canals, shopping, pools, food, gambling, etc). The only downside is that the bed wasn't too comfortable, but the room was amazing.

The rooms are lovely, I dont like their soap but I do love the fact that this restaurant houses Carnevino. I wish the hotel offered better coffee but I guess I cant have everything...

Very nice hotel. The food was very expensive and not of the best quality. Service was very good and overall I would recommend this hotel .

I was pretty satisfied of my overall stay. Everyone there was helpful and nice. The thing I was upset about the most was that we stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights and no one came to clean the room ONCE. we wanted clean sheets and beds to sleep in at night and when we got back late evening none of that was done. The bathroom wasn't cleaned either. […] Also after spending roughly $400 a night the least they can do is give us suite's with a nice view. We were looking at a wall from our room. That would have made the experience much better especially since it was a special occasion. The pool was great, and the service there was great. I highly recommend the server Amanda, she was extremely courteous and nice and made the pool experience great along with information on local areas to check out. Overall it was a good experience but we had a couple issues getting extra towels or an extra cot delivered to our room (we were in hold for at least 20min before told anything)

I loved everything about the Venetian. It was comfortable, elegant and pleasing to the eye. My only regret was that I had to leave.

Room was dirty unpon arrival and bellhop made rude comments because he had to wait for management to correct our room problem. Overall the room was nice however the service was below par.

We stayed in the venzia part of hotel and it was confusing and very long walk to our rooms from anywhere else

We love this hotel; the Bella Suite is so beautiful and the beds are like sleeping on clouds. The only negative is that the picture quality on the flat screen TVs are below par, must be older versions? Also, the Italian Restaurant on the Canal, Zefferelli's (?) is pretentious, food barely o'k and we would never go back. Hotel is a great resort like hotel. Room sizes are great, especially if you got kids. The hotel rooms and facilities start to show its age, chip tables and walls, damaged sofas, damages equipment in the gyms are some signs of the hotel rooms age, even for the Palazzo. Initially we had a rude concierge who was adamant that our selected room we had paid for was not available for the first night, but after kicking up a stink it somehow become available. Great room however it took a while for things to be fixed when they were not damaged by us.

Hotel is getting old , and our room was dirty and run down. Service in the cafe down stairs was terrible. I won't stay here again, and it's a shame because it used to be such a great place to stay.

Really nice hotel with great rooms. The only thing that let it down was the slightly disappointing/confused room maids who didnt seem to understand when you asked them not to enter the room. Lots of great food and shopping options within the hotel to keep you busy!

The valet and bag check service is abysmal. Prepare yourself for a LONG wait! When I pny up the cash for a room at these prices I expect my experience to be stellar from arrival to departure...not this time!

Convenient, spacious suites. Venetian / Palazzo property is huge so be prepared to walk everywhere. High end restaurants and shopping on property.

We had a family 4 night trip to Las Vegas and really enjoyed staying at the Palazzo, a wing of the Venetian. It is a massive hotel with over 4,000 bedrooms and approx 36 restaurants and bars.Our suite was very good, good size and really comfortable with a TV in the lounge area, the bedroom area and even one in the bathroom! Vegas is a great destination […] to have fun, and we did just that! The kids enjoyed the swimming pools, and we must mention the Sushi Samba restaurant with fantastic asian fusion food.
