Courtyard by Marriott Frederick - เฟรเดอริค

Greeted in a prompt and friendly manner. Bar staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Room was very comfortable, clean, and attractive. Extremely quick check in and check out. Offered late check out with no problem. Would return to this hotel.

This type of establishment caters mostly to the traveler (there were 4 brand name hotels next to one another). The difference between a Marriott name and any other travel focused establishment is that you can usually be assured of a clean room and surroundings. This hotel was perfect. It was in a good location for us and the staff was very friendly. The room was spotless. The lobby was nicely appointed and although we didn't use the indoor pool it looked very inviting. We will be staying there again next year. We plan on bringing our bathing suits!

For the most part the hotel was good - hallways seemed a little dirty and worse for wear but it was a holiday weekend and maybe the cleaning staff was home enjoying turkey. Staff very nice, towels a little thin and no extra blankets in the room. Overall good price value.

The Marriott has its act together. Nice rooms, rates, food, and even lobby. Good recommendations and directions for Frederick sights and dining. Everyone is doing his or her best to make your stay enjoyable. We did discover that even though we had paid for the room through hotels.com, the hotel charged the room again on the credit card we had to gove […] them for any extras. The courtyard Marriott was clean and had a lovely lobby but having a maid open my door at 11:50 without knocking to see if I had left yet when I requested late check out was very frustrating. Then in my hast to leave the room, thinking I would be charged for an extra day I left a suit in the closest. I called later when I realized I left it and they […] said it was in fact still in the closest and they would have it ready for me at the front desk when I arrived (10 minutes later) my suit was at the front desk but they had taken my wooden hanger and stuffed my suit in a bag. We will definitely stay here again. We were thrilled that Hotels.com and the Courtyard refunded us a night's stay due to horrendous travel conditions that made us unable to arrive before midnight. Freddrick is a very nice small city. Nice downtown area historic and clean. Freddrick fair we went to was very nice. Lots of Civil War history here.
