Hilton Garden Inn Folsom - ฟอลซัม

We had a meeting about a mile away and this location was perfect. They had breakfast and wifi which was perfect for the business traveler with a iron and board in the room. Overall the stay was great and would stay there again.

Linens weren't good guality. Bed wasn't very comfortable.

I was very pleased with this hotel in all aspects.

We had stayed in here in the past and been quite happy with the breakfast and the hotel, but this last stay led me to believe their maintenance department is a little lacking. The rooms feature these gimmicky beds where you can select the level of firmness or softness on each side. The first room we stayed in, the bed on one side was lower than the […] other. Basically, 1/2 the bed was about 2 inches lower on one side than the other. It was a little weird, so we switched rooms. After that, everything was fine except the room had a funny smell. The hotel was centrally located near restaurants and shopping. We were going hot air ballooning and the location of the hotel was perfect for that. Food was delicious and they had cookies and hot tea and coffee all day. Rooms were clean and included a microwave and refrigerator for convenience. Additionally, the bed was quite comfortable.

I found the staff to be extremely helpful and polite, and very personable. The fresh coffee in the morning was great and there seemed to be quite a concerted effort to make everyone's stay as comfortable as possible. My husband and I ahve stayed at this hotel twice and both times we have received the greatest customer service....We also loved our room. The price isn't bad either for the quality of service received. Affordable for us.

We stayed for a business meeting but would go back for pleasure as the location is across from an outlet mall and want to go back to spend time in Old Folsom downtown.

close to the outlets/resturaunts/movie theater...clean and good size rooms and excellent customer service

The hotel was comfortable and located close to all the services we wanted. I will definitely stay at this property again.

Twice a year I am in this area for business and I always stay here. The rooms are always very clean and I love the breakfast they have downstairs in the lobby. In addition, it is right across the street from some great shopping outlet stores!

Nice clean rooms with friendly service. The pool as heated as promised and the spa was very warm. The fitness room was clean. The in room guide provided some nice ideas on what to see in Folsom.

Our second stay at the Garden Inn was very comfortable. I wish we had more time to stay longer. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. I slept better than at home.

The hotel was very clean. The front desk were very helpful and told us all what was offered. There were lots of resturants in the area because it is by the outlet mall. But they also had a resturant in the lobby plus a snack and necessities shop. Over all love the place and will be staying there on all my trips to Folsom in the future.

Good location but hotel was awfully noisey that weekend. Couldn't sleep due to all the noise. I had prepaid for our rooms (2 full size beds) but when we checked in, we were told they gave our rooms away (rooms aren't guaranteed) becaue they overbooked it. Ummm...whose fault is that? Anyway, we were given a full size bed and a pull out sofa. That would […] have been okay if it was only me and my husband traveling but we had my 77 year old mother-in-law with us. Needless to say I was an unhappy camper. What was even more annoying is that we always patronized this hotel yet they still gave our rooms away. I will not patronize them anymore. What a great room for the Memorial Day Weekend. We just needed one night to attend a friend's grad party. Our room was clean, up to date, the bed linens were all new, clean, comfortable. The furnishings were also up to date: flat screen TV, clock radio, coffee, fridge, large closet. Lots of space to lay out my toletries in the bathroom. The hotel was clean and had a very friendly atmosphere. It was a fine place to stay - no frills but clean and a decent place off the highway.

It was a comfortable hotel for the CA International Marathon. Also right next to an Outlet shopping mall, which is great for holiday shopping.

Out of all the Hilton hotels I've stayed in, this is THE BEST!!!! COMPLIMENTARY Internet and the shopping OUTLET is literally across the street. What more can a lady ask for :-)

My Fiance and I stayed here on our drive to Lake Tahoe. Everything is within walking distance, we could enjoy a nice dinner, go to the outlets and go to the movies. The hotel staff were friendly and the room was very clean. The only thing I would change is at check-in that they tell you about the adjustable bed. I read some reviews saying the bed was […] to soft and we did not read the instructions for the bed until the next morning so we did not know it was adjustable. This for me was a perfect trip. I went for Business and Pleasure and found the Hilton Garden Inn Folsom the best place for me to enjoy everything around. Near Old Town Flosom for great dining and Folsom Prison with a different sort of gift shop and with the Lucas National Motocross just the next exit up which is the business part it was the perfect […] place to stay. Very clean hotel with great people. Room was the best I have stayed in in quite some time. I will be back and stay here again no problem. Excellent value if you need to stay in Folsom area. The hotel is well insulated against traffic noise from nearby Highway 50. The room was very comfortable and clean. Free internet access is a plus. The nearby shops, restaurants and theatre are limited but approprate for a short stay (one or two nights). A nice complex with not much local traffic. We needed to stay near Rancho Murieta for a photo shoot and I picked the Hilton Garden Inn based upon its proximity to the country club. The accommodations are excellent as is the staff. I would stay there again anytime I need to be in Folsom. Highly recommended. Free WiFi in each room as well.
