Lovely hotel, beautiful grounds & great breakfast which was available early - we needed to leave by 7am

Very small room - just enough room to walk around the bed - and very very small bathroom (you couldn't exit the shower if the bathroom door was open). The room had 2 small windows that looked straight onto a building. Lovely setting but the hotel is a little tired. Our daughter had a lovely room so ask for a view and a big room.

A great spot to spend a few days exploring the heritage areas and Blue Mountains. The grounds are well appointed and all aspects of the service were of a high standard. The buffet breakfast was comprehensive and delicious.

Not a bad location & a professional attitude to functions. Food excellent but a bit hard on timing with eviction to bar next door at 10PM.!!! Rooms were hard to find, with 3 flights of stairs to ours making luggage hard to handle. Also parking outside in rain with wedding finery to move was a bit tough.No lift to help. My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights food was beautiful and not too expensive overall the hotel was kept in superb conditions staff were great helps will defidnetly be back and would refer others .

We had a Barracks Room which was the cheapest available and were pleasantly surprised with the accommodation which was not large but extremely comfortable and quite adequate for our needs. The room was immaculately clean and the bed and pillows were so comfy we slept in til 8am, unheard of for us! The whole resort is beautifully maintained, delightful […] to look at inside and out. Poor upkeep Lack of customer service ethic Good gym Sauna not serviceable with no alternative offered

1. Entry & egress against the traffic was slow. 2. Drop-off & pick-up at main entrance / reception was difficult and inconvenient due to the steep camber away from the bottom of the stairs. 3. Parking too distant from accommodation. 4. $50 deposit for consumables etc. and there were no consumables, unless you count coffee, tea & biscuits, which are […] normally gratis. Really comfortable bed, neutral decor, pleasant surrounds, nice place to stay. We have stayed here numerous times and will stay here again.

Very pleasant reception staff. Our room was nice and clean but very dark and a little out of the action for what we payed. Aside from that everything was lovely and we just made a point of sitting outside more than we normally would. We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Great location for a nearby family wedding. Hotel itself lovely and modern but our room was on the side of the main road and was very noisy,we were also woken at 2am by a truck in the entrance of the hotel removing rubbish or bottles. Only downside other than that nice place.

Added bonus... Kids club during the December holidays. Great grounds. We had a courtyard room, facing the kids playground, gym, pool, etc. Very convenient. The rooms were a little bit dark, not flash, but adequate. Good breakfast.

Beautiful grounds and foyer, very helpful staff. Nice room although a bit dark. Constant problems with wifi connection was disappointing.
