Located in the downtown core. Service and room ammentities were outstanding! Staff very friendly and professional. Lovely room. Lobby is decent. I would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is getting away with shoddy service by leveraging it's location and a loyal clientele. I have seen this hotel being built in the late 70s and have patronised it for many years.The properties managed by the Compass Group in the same vicinity of Sukhumvit offer a far greater value for money.Without any refurbishment and any efficient staff, […] they have gotten used to treating their guests as hostages. The difference is all too stark once you have stayed at any of the premier hotels along the Chao Praya river, perhaps at the same prices. This will certainly be my last choice next time around. In fact the ex-Hilton now the Nai Lert Park are all too honest and charge a modest tariff compared to the Landmark although it is on a higher perch on the quality ladder. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Booked for 1 night - Stayed for 3. This hotel has everything you could want. Excellent staff, shops, restaurants, bakery, book shop, and a great location. 3 Mins walk to Sky train, and on main route through Bangkok. Handy to street markets and night life if thats what you want. Will certainly stay here again.

Stayed for just 1 night but very impressed. 5 star quality at decent price. Very good value.

The room was comfortable but not large. There was a lovely swimming pool and good exercise facility. The hotel is less than 2 min. walk from the public transport that takes you in the center of the city. The staff was extremely kind and helpful.

I would highly recommend The Landmark for those who want a clean, comfortable, well run hotel in Bangkok that is close to the BTS.

The location is perfect in the city and all taxidrivers seems to know the hotel. Staff very friendly and allways helpfull and smiling so you fell very wellcome. Rooms a little small, but views are nice also the pool area and sundeck.

Landmark is a lovely upmarket hotel in a very convenient location a few minutes from Nana BTS station and one station away from the MRT route. Easy access up and down the lines and the BTS is very regular. Very accommodating staff and well-appointed room.

Only issue was that we were placed on a smoking floor when we clearly asked for a non-smoking room. The room itself did not smell smoky however. After getting the new airport link train, it was difficult to get a taxi as several drivers did not know the location of the hotel.

a brilliant hotel in a great location no matter what the purpose of your visit is.plenty of very good restaurants and bars close by.skytrain a 2 min walk.so far hve staed 4 times here and never a problem with anything.great value for a great hotel.

Excellent Hotel. nice rooms,restaurants and pool,this is the second time i've been.There is a good english style bar in the basement called the huntsman,entertainment,sky tv and good food.Only one comment not enough sun beds(loungers) on sun deck. If in Bangkok again would stop there.

It was obvious that the hotel operations and staff were affected by the red shirt activity going on at the time of my stay. The staff was very professional and reassuring all the time. I was impressed.

Food and wine a little pricey but if you are like me and put quality and standard above money then its a must try at the top floor restaurant. Stayed at this hotel now more than 30 times so that must say something

Great place, fantastic service. Outstanding breakfast every morning. My only complains: Internet connection is expensive (around 700 bahts for 24 hours) On a Saturday night, the hotel had the visit of a celebrity (maybe royalty?) and security was so tied that elevators were blocked. It was the only annoyance of my stay at the Landmark.

I stayed at the Landmark with my husband for 4 nights whilst travelling around the far east. The location of the Landmark is briliant, we could walk out of the hotel and be in the heart of Bangkok with all i'ts delights. Nana station is 2/3 mins walk away from where you can travel with ease having sussed the ticket machine to any part of Bangkok The […] reception staff we found very courteous, the room was well appointed. We had a room at the front of the hotel on the eleventh floor,we did experience some noise from the busy road below but that was to be expected given our location and was not a problem. We did not eat in the hotel, there is a wide variety of places to eat close to the hotel to suit all tastes. Pool Area excellent, as with reception and friendlyness of staff, can find no fault with the hotel at all. Have stayed here twice now and planning to stay again. Is also idealy sited for shopping. Prices also for food and drink are reasonable.

Hotel location was very close to BTS. We love the dim sum buffet that they have to offer plus an evening meal at the BnR is very romantic and a great view at night. The hotel itself was ok, nothing special, at least the room and bathroom was clean. The only problem we had in the deluxe suite was that the shower didnt work properly. courteous staff. great rooms . a bit small but that is what you expect in a metro like bangkok on a busy road. location is very good to go anywhere for tourism or business. great hotel. should go for it if you are going for a business trip or even to do some sight seeing.

I have stayed at this hotel countless times now since 1997 and it is as good as ever - you cant go wrong here

We stayed at the Landmark as part of a four day essential tour of Bangkok on the final leg of our RTW holiday. Bangkok is not for the faint hearted but the Landmark Hotel is the perfect hotel to relax, unwind and reflect on the sights and sounds of the city. There is a wide range of food to suit all pallets although it can be quite expensive to drink […] export beer etc... We were offered an executive upgrade for 2500 Tbt per night which worked out very well, the room was uber luxurious and including breakfast, gym , comp cocktails etc... Excellent Hotel with great service. A Skytrain pass for 140 Bht (Unlimited Day Travel) at NANA BTS station, great for getting around. Rooms excellent and staff can not do enough for you. Look for deal on internet.

The Landmark Hotel was really a wonderful hotel, service was good, the room was lovely, the restaurant was wonderful for breakfast and open late for dinner. I would recommend the hotel unconditionally except that I did not like the area on Sukhumvit Road, too chaotic and sleazy. This hotels location is perfect for the skytrain and entertainment. The staff are always very helpful and polite. The breakfast is fantastic.

The hotel.com deal was priced right. However, on arrival the hotel reception desk pushed a costly room upgrade which essentially doubled the hotel.com rate for little or no added value. My room was on an upper floor with continous construction renovation noise which was never disclosed to me upon arrival or room placement. Hotel staff were service oriented […] but not well trained. My dinner plate was taken when I wasn't through eating without bothering to ask and pool attendant service for poolside beverage was lacking. The hotel bell captain was somewhat insulting and nosy. This hotel stay would have been much easier to digest without the room upgrade which doubled the cost with little or no extra value. 空港からも比較的近いし、ＮＡＮＡ駅も直ぐそばです。何処に行くにも便利です。

Hotellet ligger mkt nära en "skytrain" station vilket gör att man enkelt förflyttar sig inom Bangkok. Tyvärr har Hotellet sett sina glansdagar och det börjar kännas lite nedgånget. Servicen var bra om än något långsam. Det var väldigt irriterande att det inte fanns gratis WIFI tillgängligt i hela byggnaden. Istället var man låst till kabeluppkollpling […] på rummet (mot en kostnad) eller gratis WIFI i entrén mot att man signerade ut gratis 1-timmars kuponger i receptionen. Sängar, ljudnivå och rumstemperatur var mkt bra. Jag hade inte valt att bo här till fullpris men absolut om det finns erbjudande på hotellet. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Very nice hotel, central location and splendid service. Will use this hotel again for sure.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nana Soi 4 und ist somit Ausgangstechnisch optimal gelegen. BTS-Skytrain ist nicht weit weg. Das Hotel bietet super Zimmer an und der Service ist auf Topniveau.

Sauberkeit, zentrale Lage, guter Komfort wie immer, aber die Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit hat nachgelassen, Vorallem an der Reception wird man abgewimmelt und bekommt keine genauen Antworten auf die gesstelleten Fragen. Schade! Früher war vorallem Die Aufmerksamkeit und ausgesprochene Freundlichkeit das Markenzeichen des Landmarks.

I stayed here 1 night in an executive room, and was happy with the stay, it was what you might expect for that price. The breakfast was okay. Location is excellent at Sukhumvit rd. close to everything including Nana BTS-station. The gym was good, i did not check out the pool. All in all i was happy with the stay.....

I stayed from Dec. 12~21. I used meetig room. I suggest this hotel anyone who is visiting Bangkok for business purpose. Locaiton is very good. it is wihin 3 minites's walking distance form Nana station. Room is pretty clean and well-organized. All staffs are kind and really eager to please their guest.

There was no wifi in the room. You could use internet with cable but it was really expensive! Even water costed extra. The itself hotell was ok but nothing special. Will never stay again, can get much better value for money elsewhere.
