When we arrive, the room smelled of very strong bleach. A hotel employee was in our room when we unlocked our door. She said she was checking on the... condition of the wet floor (no carpet in room, floors are all tile). We were wondering why the bleach smell was so strong - did someone get sick in the room and they were using strong bleach to clean up? The faucet in the shower did not work well - it took a LONG time to get hot water to come out - had to "fiddle" with the faucet to find the hot water spot. The bathroom sink did not drain well - we stuck q-tips in drain to keep it open and draining. Otherwise it would fill to the top and drain out of the "drain hole" in the sink. We paid for our room 100% before checking in. When we arrived, we were required to give a credit card # for "accidentials". Upon checking out 2 days later, we were told we owed $56 additional "facility fee". We were not informed of a "facility fee" and did not know anything about it.
