It's great there!! Stayed there b4 so it;s nice and clear and very close to everything!!
"Great location, comfortable room at a good price"
The only downside to this hotel is that I found hair in the tub and on the bathroom floor, there were crumbs in the bottom of the fridge and the comment card on the counter had a jelly smear from a prior occupant. The mgmt needs to check on room cleanliness instead of assuming housekeeping's doing there job. I didn't want to think about what else wasn't […] clean or I wouldn't have stayed... "Old matress"
If you have even a minor back ache do not sleep on those mattress. You will sink down to almost 3 inches deep. I had to place mattress on the floor !!! Front desk solution was to add more blankets!!
"Townhouse visit"
The people were friendly and courteous. The rate was great.. and next door to family shopping ( reminder kitchen is included ) . Perfect if you are staying for an extended stay . Great beds... but a little dry in the room

Other than snafu with the actual check in, everone at the hotel provided exceptional customer service. We had a problem with the AC while we were there the maintenance man encouraged to call him 24 hours a day if we had an further problems. "Townplace Suites (Minneapolis-Eden Prairie)"
Not as close to MOA, but convenient to many other things, including a grocery store right across the street. The indoor pool at the partner hotel next door was welcome as we got back to our hotel late and our pool was closed. Very clean and quiet!

"Towneplace Suites By Marriott Eden Prarie MN"
The first room we were in, before we requested to be moved, had a clogged shower drain. There was mold on the wall under the bathroom sink vanity. Our new room on the 2nd floor had an old 20" TV. The first room had a nice LCD flat panel TV. The parking lot light was directly outside our new room on the 2nd floor . You could have almost reached out and […] changed the parking lot light bulb if you wanted to. The parking lot was scheduled to be resurfaced on the 2nd day of our stay and we were informed that our vehicle would be towed if we did not park in a "designated" area. At 10:30 on the night before the resurfacing work, we returned from our outing, and found all of the "designated" spots full and the rest of the lots barricaded off. I talked to the person behind the desk and she offered to move her car. So she did and we had a place to park. Unreal. I expected more from a Marriot hotel. I can see now why the hotel rate was such a good deal. "The hotel in Eden Prairie, MN--very comfortable"
Four of us ladies came to the twin cities for the weekend and wanted 2 bedrooms in each suite so we could each have our own bedroom. We were all very pleased with this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable.

"Different room would have been much better"
The room I was in had a very strong odor of urine coming from the bathroom. Perhaps if there was an exhaust fan in there, it wouldn't have permeated the whole suite. Staff was kind, but the smell was overriding.

"Great Clean Room w/ Full Kitchen....at an unbeatable price."
The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and everything worked perfectly. The pool was very nice and clean. The neighborhood is perfect. Close to shopping, lots of restaurants, and near the mall of america! You can not beat the value of this hotel.
