We were in this area due to some medical problems we were attending to. Kurt (at the front desk) was so nice & helpful that it made the unpleasantness of the visit tolerable. Thumbs up for a beautiful room, cleanliness, & housekeeping was wonderful!! Would stay again in a heartbeat!!

How can you go wrong being so close to the soccer fields & free breakfast! Bathrooms/showers were just set up a little weird.

We only stayed 1 night in order to visit a nearby college. Very close to St. Louis. I'm a runner was a 2.5 mi trail and park right behind. Pool was closed but offer was made to use nearby pool. Clean and very reasonable. People were friendly and helpful, good breakfast included. Will stay again.

We spent the weekend here in order to go into St Louis to the City Museum. The only problem we had was when we went into our room the heater had been left on full blast and so it was extremely hot, we had to put the air on and leave the door open. When they clean your room they do not change the sheets....they just make the bed...in fact there were […] some stains on the sheets (looked like soda or juice or food) where maybe they don't use bleach or something...but our bedding really should have been replaced (we had kids with us that were messy) and it wasn't. One good thing was we got caught in a snowstorm (in March) and needed to stay another day and they were very friendly and accommodating....they did not clean off the front entry way or anything though so you had to walk through snow to get in your car....that should have been done. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

I have stayed at three other hotels within 10.00 of their price range and this BY FAR is the nicest, cleanest, best smelling hotel of the all. It has been up-dated and the beds and rooms are clean and decorated nicely, and just looks so much nicer than the others. You won't find a better place for the price. Nice clean rooms. New TVs and beds. Definitely worth $55 a night. Breakfast was what I expected.

Every thing was great! Clean, Decor, amenities, linen, service, next to IHOP & 1 exit away from St. Clair Mall. Just look at your waffle mix before you poor it and expect a $50 hold for incidentals.

The Topeka location we stayed in had carpet so dirty that we hardly wanted to remove our shoes. The room had an odor that we could not identify, but was not pleasant. The organization of amenities in the room made it difficult/inconvenient to use the coffee maker.

we enjoyed our room and the hotel. the staff was very helpful and courteous from check in to check out. everything was nice and clean. we will defiantly stay there next time we are visiting in the Ofallon, IL. area.

The hotel was fine but a little pricey. Sleep Inn usually has better rates but this one was a little expensive. Why is it that in order to have a clean, comfortable room that we have to hurt our bottom line (I'm self employed so these costs impact me directly)? Pleasant of eating options near by so no issues there.

The rooms are clean, the staff is polite and professional, and the location is convenient to down-town St. Louis. Other hotel chains charge twice as much for a similar quality room. Recommended.

The room was very warm when we got in, so we had to to turn the heater completely off to make it more comfortable. Otherwise everything was very nice.

Only needed a bed to sleep while quickly passing through. It was clean and spacious in one of their king rooms, for a very nice price. Very quiet and peaceful, and well located for those visiting East St. Louis. Didn't check out many of the amenities but their internet worked great and they have a great continental breakfast. I'd stay here again!

Easy to check-in, room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable, breakfast was ready when I woke up and tasted good, check out was easy. I would stay there again.

Staff was very helpful, we needed directions to a park and they helped us get those directions and printed them out for us. The breakfast area was very clean, but on Sundays, they seem to need a little more help to keep everything flowing. Coffee ran out and juice and eggs ran out, so some people had to wait to get their breakfast items. when arrived it was late, found the toilet in room to be not flushed with urine remaining in it.... lights not working.... and my small daughter found a packet of pills in the nightstand drawer.... did get moved to another room but in there we had to plug everything in just to be able to function in the room..

Overall, I had a wonderful stay. The only problem that I had is when I checked in, the front desk gave me the key and room number. As I tried to enter the room, I was unsuccessful and found out that the room was already occupied. I went back and told them what happened and they initially gave me the wrong room number. This hotel is in need of a major renovation; although a good first step would be a thorough cleaning. The place is extremely dirty: stained carpets in the halls, the lobby and in the rooms, trash and crumbs on the floor, and ripped and stained window coverings. 1)Employee who checked us in was checking a personal account balance for his cell phone on speakerphone while checking us in. 2)Pool was closed permanently, but we could still see in the pool area. The pool had been drained and there was still some old water with green algae growing in the bottom. 3)There was hair in the bath tub and no shower head […] on the shower. 4)Stains on the ceiling of our room. 5)Overall poorly maintained. We spent about 20 minutes in our room before deciding we weren't going to stay there. We found a Super 8 down the road for a better rate and it was clean and comfortable. It was a hassle calling the manager of the hotel to OK our refund through Expedia, but eventually he agreed. Well maybe not the worse, but certainly not "America's Best Value." Nothing works at this hotel, elevator, ice machine, internet, TV. If you just need a bed for sleep the place is OK, otherwise, look for better.
