Really enjoyed our stay. Beds were great . Pool was fun nice water slide. Rooms were clean and staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Close to shopping park and movie theatre . Will most defanantly stay there again . Make sure you get the club suite with the breakfast and appies in the evening. Yum !

The hotel is at a great location for business meetings. It has a great service and nice bar.

Just a reminder to people Hotels.com should make sure when they describe a room it is what people paid extra for. The room I booked was a corner suite "with veiws of the river" paid extra for it but after checking in our view was a corner room but with views of a roof top and the corner of hotel.......No view at all !!

Great location and fantastic staff. Just stayed one night in downtown Calgary, and the hotel was within walking distance of all my meetings and many restaurants and bars. The room was almost perfect, some mould on shower fixtures. The bed was great and I slept very well. Terribly old room. Clean but uncomfortably old and worn. Much nicer hotels in Calgary.

Don't stay on lower east side of the hotel as the warning sound for the cross walk goes off every 45 seconds and keeper me all night! In saying that, it's the 1st time I had any issues here and I have been staying at this hotel for many years!! Beautiful hotel and great location. It's expensive but worth it.

Great place. But don't nickle and dime - provide free WiFi, provide free parking. Otherwise, the service was excellent.

This as truly a fabulous stay. The staff are professional, helpful, and courteous, and operate at a level close to a 5-star hotel. The rooms are clean, all as suites and quite spacious, and sound overlook the fun eau Claire market (odd number rooms). Pool was clean and next to a jacuzzi, outdoor deck, and air-conditioned modern exercise room. Location of this hotel is great as is the suite configuration for families. We had a typical suite - small living area separate from 2 queen beds. Location gives you access to the river trails, the island park, and the Eau Claire Market. Connected to the hotel is a fun Irish pub.

From the moment I arrived and throughout my stay I was warmly welcomed! The staff were very courteous and helpful, suggesting ways to enhance my stay. I sometimes feel under valued at some hotels while traveling solo, but that was not the case at the Calgary Eau Claire...I was always treated appreciatively. Very nice hotel, but parking cost is very pricey, only valet parking so you don't have easy access to your vehicle, wi-fi is extra, and the pool was quite chilly

Clean and efficient but the Suites are very crowded with furniture for a family of 4. Can't swing a cat!

Great location! Terrific Atmosphere! Took the pedway to TD Square, very handy! Nice Pub in the Hotel. Valet staff very helpful! Enjoyed our stay!

The suite was big and roomy. Nice sized desk to work at. Complementary beakfast was excellent. Two downfalls of the room : The bathroom was small, not much room for a relaxing soak in the tub. The flat screen TV was in an awkward spot in the living room area - too close to the couch and wasn't positioned well for multi person viewing.

I booked this hotel with my girlfriend fairly last minute and have stayed at many hotels in Calgary. When we got to the Hotel they had us in a room with two beds, but were able to move us to a fabulous room with a King bed. The room had a microwave and popcorn and lots of reasonably priced snacks (except the glosette raisins were hard). Our room was […] very close to the pool and fitness center. During the day there were lots of kids in the pool (has a great slide), but at night it was empty. Pool and hot tub were open till eleven and we were very impressed with the tub and the view you have sitting there. Fitness center was also above average. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We almost always choose Sheraton based on previous experiences for cleanliness and guest service. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing but our first experience travelling with a small pet. The room smelled like dogs and so did the bedding. When my daughter pulled back the sheets to get into bed there was black hairs in the bed and also in the […] shower. We called front desk and they sent someone with sheets for us to change the bed. Lobby under construction - jack hammers run all day. Hotel should have been closed.
