It was an overall nice stay here. The only problem was that we booked this room one month in advance and when we arrived they changed our room to two double beds instead of one queen due to availability. Obviously not what we wanted but other than that it was fine.

We stayed one night so that we could attend a braves game. We can't complain about anything! Parking is a little expensive it ended up working out great. The room was fantastic, and the lady that checked us in treated us superb! We won't stay in a different hotel next time we come to Atlanta.

The hotel was in a perfect location and the hotel is beyond beautiful! The rooms were rather small for the price and parking was somewhat complicated...and expensive. However, it's in the heart of downtown so I'm sure it's reasonably priced. The water pressure to flush the toilets on the 12th floor was extremly low...we had to use our friends toilet […] on the 3rd floor or the public restrooms in the common area. We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton. The staff was nice and helpful and they comp the parking and internet which was perfect. I would stay again.

THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE. I ENJOYED MY NIGHT IN ATLANTA AND WOULD DEFINITELY STAY WITH THE SHERATON AGAIN. :)

This is a Very busy hotel in the center of a very busy city. That being said, this was the friendliest, most accommodating staff I've ever seen. Every need or question my wife and I had was seen to with a smile and confidence. Each time we entered the lobby we were cheerfully greeted and made to feel at home. Well done!

This was a good location to all events I had in the area. However, the room, itself, could have been cleaned better: hair and "residue" on the bathroom walls, bed not made well, etc.

The condition and the quality of the hotel is consistent with a 4 rating. The room is clean & comfortable. Some updating is needed. The neighborhood is fair. One block closer to Peach Tree Street would be nicer. It's a good value.

Overall service and staff were excellent, however our room had a damp smell and wasnt sure if this was the laundry or smell in the room itself, however it wasnt to the point of being unbearable.

great hotel--pool, bar, deli, restaurant, and fitness center are all excellent. Staff is very friendly and does a great job.

Enjoyed the hotel and the club room. The only difficulty we had was with the open parking lot. Sometimes the entrance would be blocked with a sign "closed" for seemingly no reason (there was always plenty of space, and it was late at night).

The hotel is very nice and the value was exceptional. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again. The service was very good, and I did not have any negative issues.

Fandangles was amazing, server Viera was great in providing good service quickly at our request, so that we could get to a concert in good time. Crab cakes and duck flat bread were delish. Bacon wrapped shrimp starter is a definite hit too.

Everyone who was working during the 3 days i was here was very friendly and customer service focused. This hotel is just a 3 block walk from the MARTA station. nice hotel

The hotel needs a serious facelift inside and out except in open public areas. Rooms and hallways were gross and have an emerging odor. However, the staff was exceptionally friendly.

For this expensive hotel, they didn't even have free wi-fi. The toilet barely flushed. The bed sheet wasn't fitted, and came off every night. These things are all inexcusable for a 'quality' hotel.

overall very good. hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and responsive. rooms were clean. only complaint was we had to wait a while for the room to be ready, but it was ncaa final four weekend and the whole city was at capacity. would still stay there again

It was a quality stay. I wish we would have had more space in the room outside of the bed. There just wasn't much space to move around. Since I did have a roommate, we just didn't have much room to put our luggage. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Staff was extremely friendly and willing to help, the parking situation and procedures especially for checking out were rediculous. The hallways were dark and dreary. The "clean towels" hanging in the bathroom were covered in hair. I would not recommend anybody I know to stay at this hotel.

Our hotel when we paid for it said we had free breakfast included and they tried to charge us $80 for breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids.

I found the staff extremely accommodating and eager to please!

The parking garage is horrible at this hotel. You have to walk through the car entrance to get into the hotel! On top of that they charge $22 a nite! Its just silly.

Found a bed bug on one of the beds (looked it up on smart phone to verify), the battery for the safe was dead, the bathroom door lock was broken, the "white" towels had black stains on them. Would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room, a comparable room at a DoubleTree would have one. Over 6 dollars for a domestic bottle beer? Had it have […] been at least 4 dollars, I would have enjoyed two or three more and may have even had some more to eat. Sorry, not worth it. Did not know we had to walk on a small walkway next to traffic through the cold parking garage with our luggage to get from the car to the elevator, then back out from the elevator to the lobby. 29 dollars per night for valet or 24 for self parking, but did not use the car for the three days there. Not sure what was worse, paying extra for a valet to be used once or the 50yard dash in the cold with the bags? The area where the indoor pool was, was very nice and romantic!
