We came in after 11pm and a friendly face was there to let me in and get me my keycard. Staff was great, easy to get to off the interstate, and building access was convenient. The building and room interiors could use some work. There was a hole in our bathtub/shower and the sink was not professionally installed. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. TV was very old. The room needs some major updates. Pictures on the wall looked like they could fall at any time. Cheap rates, but you get what you pay for.

Staff were helpful and friendly, room wasn't bad and the breakfast was good. Berkshire bus leaves from the Ramada next door so that convenience helped make the stay that much more enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable, comfortable stay in Omaha.

Wanted a no smoking room, but there were none to be had. The smoke smell was awful. Had to spray febreze many times in the room. Probably will not stay at this Super 8 again. The grounds were filthy, and the parking lot seemed unkept, and unsafe. The room was clean, and comfortable, but at first glance driving up, I wasn';t sure what I had gotten myself into.

It does have all the basic neccesities. It could use more cleaning and replacing of carpet, furniture etc. It was cheap and for that I am thankful.

Hotel employees were friendly and helpful. Coffee and toast was good for breakfast. I should have gotten a room on top floor, because the noise above was annoying.

I was in Omaha due to a family member being in the hospital. The motel was conveniently located and worked well. My stay was over the Christmas holiday and I appreciated the kindness of the staff. The room was small, but it worked well for my purposes.

The breakfast was good and the staff was courteous, but the facility needed to have some upgrading to qualify for a higher rating.

In our first room one bed had not been changed there was hairs on the sheets and what looked like fecees on the comforter. The room had not been vacuumed either. We were given a different room. It was better. Probably will not stay there again. Disappointing for a Super 8 that I had stayed in before.The desk staff was abliging.

We stayed two nights. We returned to hotel around 11 on the second night to find that the maid/staff worker had completely forgotten to put sheets on one bed. The bed was made, but NO SHEETS!! What the.....

We arrived in Omaha after midnight- even though we stated our reservation for before midnight. We traveled from KC area through the night with our 3 kids for a family visit on Saturday. The overnight employee was so helpful and kind, it made the trip finish with ease. She even helped us with the door. Since the hotel was right off the highway and close to the cross street we needed, this hotel met every need we had. Free breakfast, quick service, great location, decent room, and availability. When registering, another guest was complaining about the maid not cleaning their room. Apologies were given, as were suggestions. We were somewhat disappointed there was no microwave in the room but it appeared clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast was very minimal.

What can i say? This was a solid, cheap lodging option in a convenient location right off the interstate and close to other stuff like stores and restaurants. The bedding and bathroom looked clean but the room needed vacuumed. Service was ok but not outstanding. They had breakfast but i left too early to partake.

The room was clean and pretty roomy compared to some of the other super8 hotels I have stayed in. We had 5 members of our family in the one room and brought a twin air mattress to allow more sleeping comfort and we had plenty of room for it. The staff was really nice and helpful, the hotel was pretty clean and I really don't have any complaints other […] than than the bathroom floor was kind of sticky from a cleaning solution they use and the cleaner doesn't smell too great. This hotel wasn't the worse I have stayed, but far far from the best. It basically was what I needed, a room for a night. The A/C had a problem keeping up and the room never really got 'cool'. Plus I wear contacts and the room really seemed to irritate them, I had to take them out and wear my glasses. The electricity went off in the whole hotel on two different days. The washer broke one day and so linen was late to get. Had no hot water one day. Every night we had to go down for towel, kleenex, cups, coffee or other items that we were out of in our room. Would have liked a frig in the room also. About 1/3 of the staff was friendly the other not so good. We were close to where we needed to be so a good location on and off the highway.

Handy location, right off I-80, not far from downtown and the fun Ak-Sar-Ben area. Our room was quiet, and we slept well. Very helpful front desk; they always asked how the stay was going and when I needed to borrow an iron, they had one handy.

Outside of breakfast this hotel had nothing to offer it's guests.The air conditioner barely worked and the cable was fuzzy no matter how you adjusted it. Worst stay in 20 years!

No elevator, smelled like stale cigarettes, even though room was non-smoking, the comforter had cigarette burns. Positve was the waffles. The staff were nice. The property just needs a lot of updating.
