The quality was expected at this low price. The kids pool and free breakfast is why I stay here when in town. The love the get away. Everything was clean, but the carpet could use a goood deeep cleaning!

Good bed; excellent shower head; wifi, refrig, micro worked well. TV got the channels promised. Staff attentive to free breakfast amenities.

Everything was standard and as expected except the parking lot. The only two entrances and exits are on extremely steep inclines. I managed to go up without a problem but trying to exit, I scraped the front of my car on the street. If you have to stay here, try to exit at an angle (start your turn very early).

Regular hotel room. Clerks were very courtesouos and polite. Very clean. I liked that a blanket was on bed. Only have 2 large pillows. Bed was ok, not pillowtop. I slept well. I used ironing board and iron. The micro/frig/coffee maker were excellent. Only negative not enough creamer or sugar. Ran out of time, so did not try breakfast in lobby, although […] it smelled good. The room smelled really bad. The construction being done on the pool area was loud all day. The breakfast was not well kept.

Overall it was good. The chairs had some stains. Other than that. Things were good. Breakfast needs to have some fresh fruits.

I was there for one night but I have been using the hotel for over 20 years. The comfortability and cleanliness was good. I rested extremely well and it was extremely quiet. I strongly recommend this hotel.

This may have been the worst hotel stay of my life. I am not very picky but cleanliness is important. The rate was favorable but the room was filthy! the staff was rude. the room was cold, old and most importantly dirty. Even dead bird in the hallways. The room was clean, hotel staff friendly. my only complaint was the amount of hot water for showers...and the breakfast....not worth the trip to the lobby..skip it! But I don't book hotels for the breakfast, would stay again.

I was very pleased with the clealiness of the room. The free breakfast was great. I was able to get to all the places I wished to visit and still be within 15 minutes of my hotel.

Handica accessible, the rooms are located in the right place but the bathrooms are not handicap accessible. The shower should be a walkin. I have an edlerly parent who cant lift her legs to get into a bathtub. So it was very hard for her to take a shower.

If on a vacation I wanted to enjoy would stay at a nicer place. If using basically just to sleep this place is ok.

I was pleasently surprised at the comfort and cleanliness of the room, as well as the helpfulness and pleasant atmosphere of the staff. I would recommend any of my family or friends to stay at one of your hotels. I will be sure and make this one of my first choices when I travel.

I routinely stay in Super 8s because I think they are very quality hotels for the price. This stay was pretty good, but the second lock that goes over the door was broken. I also didn't particularly like the "feel" of the hotel. From what I could tell, there were people staying there for an extended period of time for work, and you could kind of tell […] that they had been there for a while. Well managed hotel with onsite managers. Clean parking lot with night attendant. Easy to access location. Attentive staff looking to please. Mold allergies were not affected - slept well. Continental breakfast had good hours and was attended.

None of the Vending Machines On the Property would work, so it would be necessary to walk or drive 3 blocks for any snacks or sodas. Staff is excellent. Rooms are clean. Motel is misdesigned and one can hear too much noise of other people passing in the hallways/stairs.

Once we got into town, we went straight to the hotel so that we could see where it was and knowing it was most likely not ready, We checked in and told them we figured our room wasn't ready but just wanted to check in as we had no idea when we would be back. They said our room was ready. We went to our room, took out what we wanted to take to our room. […] Went to the RR and looked at the map. We left and found lunch (just at the corner). We were there for the ANNUAL ROSE FESTIVAL. This hotel is literally minutes away from the Caldwell Zoo & Tyler Rose Complex. Breakfast was good.
