the bathroom floor was not vacumed, there were pubic hairs all over bathroom floor, carpet needed to be vacumed. my daughter went up front and got the vacumn and cleaned all the floors for us. the other room we booked my other daughter said around the base of the bed were alot of hair and bobby pins so they never vacumed that room either.the microwave […] was a cheap small one. the tvs were very old. it needs a little remodeling. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

There was no elevator and we were placed on the 3rd floor with children. The air conditioner in our room did not cool the room. We were declined our request for extra pillows. The desk clerk when we checked in did not offer the complimentary continental breakfast information to us, we noticed it on our way out the door in the morning...too late to turn […] back. I was very displeased with the service and attitude provided by the staff and manager. The event that we were attending had every other hotel room booked in the area. So the attitude seemed to be one of "take it or leave it."

Room decor was outdated as well as the bathroom. Only room available was a smoking room. Front desk staff not very friendly or courteous.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. Saturday night is race night, a warning would have been nice. No chance of sleeping until the races ended.

I stayed overnight as I had a triathlon up the road at Don Williams state park the next morning - a 15 minute drive away. The hotel was in a great location right off of the highway and adjacent to a Walmart and Pizza Ranch and across the street from a gas station and a good Subway. The highly recommended Colorado Grill restaurant was a five minute walk […] away. The staff was attentive and friendly and allowed me an hour late check out so I could clean up following my triathlon. The motel is located about a 1/2 mile from an active race track and the noise was quite loud and obnoxious, unless you like stuff like that then it would be music to your ears.
