We stayed 3 nights while new floors were being installed in our home. We were very pleased with the service, how clean the room was and the reasonable price. It appeared to be recently remodeled. "Bison friendly"
Hotel went out of the way to make the NDSU Bison stay friendly while there for the National Championship. Even allowed us to check out an hour late so that we could see our son who lives in Dallas. Staff was very friendly with providing driving directions and local restaurant information.
"The Residence Inn by Marriot--A kitchen and close"
Clean, convenient and a kitchen. This is like having a nice studio apartment located near all the stores you might need. The service at the front desk was prompt and friendly. The grounds were well-maintained. The free breakfast was satisfying. The beds were comfy. An enjoyable place.

"Residence Inn in Plano - convenient, comfortable"
The Residence Inn by Marriott in Plano was in a great location -- in a nicely landscaped, tree-lined neighborhood, yet just off a major thoroughfare and close to shopping. "Residence Inn Close to Pizza Hut Park"
Stayed in this hotel during our trip to see Jimmy Buffet at Pizza Hut Park. Only 10 to 15 mins away. Hotel was really nice and clean. Had a wonderful breakfast buffet. This was my first time staying at a Residence Inn and I was very impressed! Queen size bed was not big enough for a 6'5" guy was the only negative.

"Nice, Clean, and Well Maintained"
I enjoyed this hotel. It had everything I needed, was well thought out, and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again. The price was very reasonable for what was provided.

This hotel was a great value and close to our daughter's house. The breakfast was very good each morning. There was a huge selection of different food and several hot selections. It was super clean! We will stay here again.

"Great Experience"
The hotel was very nice. The room was very spacious with a FULL kitchen, the bed was very comfortable. The room was clean with one exception, once inside the bathroom and the door was closed there was some hair behind the door (not much but it was there), the maid may have been in a rush and just missed it who knows. This really surprised me because […] it did not go with the cleanliness of the rest of the room and the rest of the hotel. The maid also forgot to leave shampoo for our 2nd day. That night when I called the front desk and asked for shampoo the clerk was very apologetic and made sure I knew "they" wanted to make sure I was "very satisfied". Within 3 minutes of hanging up the phone a porter was at my door with shampoo and cream rinse. Then 5 min later I received a call from the front desk making sure I had received what I needed and asked if there was anything else they could provide me. Now thats customer service !!! The FULL breakfast was the best I have had in hotels that offer "free full breakfasts" or anywhere for that matter. The wait staff was very attentive and made sure there was always pleanty of fresh and hot food available. "Residence Inn in Plano"
The facility was clean. It was a nice size room and the breakfast was good. It was a non-smoking room, but it smells like people are still smoking in the building. Buyer Beware - Make sure and review the Pet fees before staying here.
The hotel was good. The only gripe I have was the $100 nonrefundable pet fee for "carpet shampooing" that I know they did not do.

The rooms were immaculate and I mean CLEAN like Mr. Clean's head. Nice quality everything, nice staff, better than expected free breakfast munchings: waffles, eggs, sausage, breads, cereals, toast, muffins, coffee & juice galore with plenty of seating.
