This room was uncomfortable, and smell of smoke.

The redeeming quality of this motel is the staff that we encountered during our stay. They were very helpful and seemed to be genuinely concerned for our comfort. Also, the breakfast is varied so that all tastes are accomodated. The motel is hard to access, having only a single driveway that is very close to a major intersection. If you always turning […] right to exit, this is not a problem but that is not true of turning left. The reason for the single driveway may be to seal off the premises from the surrounding area which did not appear to be a favorable section of town. The Hotel itself is about what except. Although I must add Everyone in Marble Falls is Friendly.

We were pleased with the location of the motel, the clean appearance, the delicious breakfast, and the clean room.

the staff were very friendly and helpful.. They allowed us to check in at 1 so we could change and get ready for the service. Breakfast was great and the rooms were large and comfortable.

We had a very nice stay at the Quality Inn last weekend. The room was clean, the hot tub was hot and the breakfast was nice. We had an iron that stopped working and I talked to the manager Sammy at the front desk and he was great. He brought me a new one personally and even remembered my name when i checked out. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort during my stay! Even though it is an older hotel, I would definitely recommend this establishment to my friends and family.

This was a one night stay as we traveled through the Hill country. The bed was a little uncomfortable and the room a little hot at night. The breakfast had a lot to offer and it was hot. The hotel was very clean & the Staff was above and beyond what you'd expect. Everyone is very eagar and willing to help. The breakfast was a huge surprise, with sausage, eggs & potatoes. We enjoyed the place and will let all of our friends and family know about the quality inn in marble falls.

For this type of hotel, I would easily give it 5 stars. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean.

Central location. Good access to town. Comfortable, clean, competitievely priced compared to surrounding similar hotels. If your looking for luxury, this is not it. If your looking for comfortable, clean, central location this is excellent for the price.

Overall, my stay at the Marble Falls Quality Inn was great. The rooms were clean and the staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel needs some updating. It:s nightly rates should reflect this.

We were on our Anniversary Weekend on Texas Wine Trail, experienced a wonderful staff for being friendly, helpful,and making checkin quick and easy and we were upgrade to a suite, with the room being great.

Great hotel if you are a smoker

The clerk behind the desk was a nice guy and very professional but the quality of the "Quality Inn" in Marble Falls is missing. The place was clean and if all you're looking for is a pillow and blanket, then you're in luck. Otherwise, don't stay here. Rates were a bit steep for the quality. Really liked the attitude & service level of the staff, though.

But if you stay at the Quality Inn, it better be in the fall because the air conditioning did not work well in the Texas' summer heat. The room never cooled down. We complained and were told that all the a/c units were having a problem keeping up. Well, it's Texas. In Texas, you better have a good a/c unit or otherwise you're just miserable.
