"Nice Hotel"
A nice hotel in a nice location. The room was nice and clean and the service was great.
"Hot Water"
I will not be staying at this hotel again for many reasons. When we checked in we were given the wrong room and had to go back downstair with all our stuff to get a new key. The beds were very uncomfortable and the temperature control for the room was not good. The final complaint I had was that the hot water in the hotel was turned off at 10 AM, that […] was not something I was told was going to happen when I booked the hotel, or when I checked in. "This hotel has everything any guest requires"
A comfortable room, with all the comforts of home. The rooms are quite soundproof, and plenty of free parking is available, The hotel is close to stores and restaurants.
Hotel was really nice. It had a great hot breakfast and the breakfast attendant was great. The beds were typical hotel beds not crazy comfortable but I was still slePt fairly well. The pool is open 24 hrs and that was great for my kids. We plan on staying there again
"Great Location"
The hotel is within walking distance of several restuarants, a shopping mall, and business services such as FedEx. The beds were uncomfortable and pillows lumpy; but the staff was very nice.

I went to Sandy, UT to work a show at the nearby convention center. The Holiday Inn Express was conveniently located, clean, comfortable and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was good with a decent variety of food options. Staff was helpful. I would stay there again.

The room was very comfortable and the staff was very nice and friendly. Free breakfast in the morning was great.

"sucky hot tub"
The hot tub at this Hotel sucked. It wasn't hot and the jets didn't work well. Only two jets worked and still weren't very powerful. When I made a complaint with the front desk they said that they reset it and it should work and that it was hot enough. The jets never changed and it was not much warmer than the pool, which was cold. It didn't seem to […] do any good to complain. I would of asked for a discount, but it didn't seem to matter to the front desk, so I didn't. Great Deal! Room was clean, bigger than expected. Excellent breakfast!!! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!!!!

room had an odor, windows were dirty, included the windows in reception area. did not appear that linens were changed daily
"Hotel Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Sandy Utah"
It was okay. I say that because of the cost vs. what I got. The room was not very big and the conveniences were eh. I wouldn't pay that much to stay there again. If I got a bargain price I would.

"Great but AC never worked"
Stayed here on business. had the AC unit on upon check in and it did not work. Had the maintenence guy and front desk check it out and insisted it was fine. Had to wait till check out untill anything was done about it. Gen Manager gave us a free night as compensation. Apart from that room was great - roomy, 2 tv's, couch, desj and kitchen area.
