I felt overcharged for such a hotel, but the location was perfect for a Charleston visit with a vehicle to cross a bridge.

That being said - still a little pricey for what you got. Would have been nice to have a small microwave and refrigerator in the room. The night before we stayed at a hotel in Savannah, paid 1/2 the price and had both. Breakfast was a little strange - tasted ok but weird texture to everything.

Really enjoyed our stay! Clean.comffy room. Great breakfast and wonderful staff.

Hot breakfast. Next to Ravenal bridge. Surrounded by parkland along the river. Staff resolved concerns quickly.

We stayed here for the Cooper River Bridge Run to be close to the start line. We were only 1.5 miles away! It was perfect. We could see the bridge from our room too. It was easy to get in and out of downtown Charleston when we went to go see the sights. Isle of Palms is close as well as Battery Park. It's also right around the corner from Shem Creek […] where we took an amazing kayaking tour. It's very close to some great restaurants. My only complaint would be the pillows. My wife and I stayed here as part of a larger anniversary road trip. It was a great last leg before heading home. If you're going to Charleston for Patriot's Pointe there's no other option in my opinion. We were very pleased with the convenience to downtown Charleston without having to pay a ridiculous nightly rate. The hotel seems to be situated nicely between downtown and the more modern area in Mount Pleasant. We usually go to Myrtle Beach when we go on vacation but after our visit to Charleston and our stay at this hotel I doubt we'll be going anywhere else. We highly recommend it. I've stayed here before with no issues, but this time the heat/a.c. unit gave all of us a sore throat. We couldn't get the temp regulated or down to a decent level to keep it on overnight and it was in the 30's. Breakfast had the greasiest bacon I've ever seen. The rest was fine. The room was more spacious and the beds were more comfortable than a much more expensive Charleston historic district hotel. The full breakfast at no extra charge was nice. The location at the end of the new Ravenel bridge was convenient to Shem Creek restaurants and Towne Center shopping as well as a quick drive to the historic downtown. We knew we wanted to spend some of our vacation in downtown Charleston and in Mt Pleasant/ Sullivan Island so this was a great location. The hotel is very easy to get to by using signs for Patriots Point and it is at the base of the Arthur Ravenel, Jr., Bridge and we could see it from our room. Very clean and quiet and everyone that works here is so nice! Great free breakfast! We visit Charleston often and we will absolutely return to this hotel.

My wife and I are 60 and we found our king sized bed to be a bit on the uncomfortable side. Everything else about this motel was just fine.

This hotel needs maintenance. Missing bolt on commode seat, bathtub water would not turn off, need to install vent fans in bathrooms. Door would not lock unless you gave it a hard slam. Bed was comfortable, after I learned to unfold the little marshmallow pillows. Room #329

A great location with easy in and out to Charleston and also restuarants in Mt. Pleasant. Housekeeping aimed to please and the buffet breakfast was exceptional. Front dest staff could have been a little more friendly but I would stay there again

it was a great place to stay, clean. My complaint is that the AC had and old musty odor and I have allergies so it made me feel as if the air I was breathing was dirty,

The area around the Hotel was fantastic. It was in a great location with beauty and plenty to do around the Hotel. It was a short drive to downtown Charleston and it was easy to get to downtown from the Hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay there again if we are in the area. Booked this hotel for the night before I left for my cruise. I was very satisfied. It is a short drive to cruise teminal. The hotel is in a nice area.. Good selection for breakfast.

Right beside the walkway and bikeway on the Mt Pleasant end of the Arthur Ravenel suspension bridge, the Quality Inn Patriots' Point is perfectly situated for an active break. You can run/walk/bike over the 2.7 mile bridge to downtown Charleston, or head in the opposite direction for the beaches of Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms, both under 10 […] miles. And on your doorstep is the USS Yorktown museum and ferries to Fort Sumpter. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the staff friendly and obliging, although the breakfast would be improved if fresh rather than tinned fruit were provided. Close to beaches and downtown Charleston. Beautiful hotel. Staff very friendly and breakfast was amazing. Can't beat it being close to the Cooper River Bridge. The only issue we had were a couple of items in bathroom not maintained. ie: door handle needed to be tightened up . . and fan in bathroom not working.

I had no idea where to stay when going to Charleston because this was my first visit but Patriots Point turned out to be an exceptionally convenient location to everywhere in Charleston. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed our two night stay. Room was clean and well maintained. Free breakfast was limited but the lady who served it was so happy it made up for it. SS Yorktown and ferry trips to Fort Sumpter are within walking distance. Very good location just across the bridge from downtown Charleston. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a refrigerator ans microwave. However, the beds were of low quality and shook with the slightest jostle. Breakfast was heavily carb-laden and of average quality. The waitstaff was very pleasant.

Overall a nice Hotel, only a 10 minute drive or $14 cab ride to Historic Charleston a few concerns were the side entrance was unlocked all night even after I notified the Hotel Staff. My hotel room was on the 1st floor and the window didnt lock.

hot breakfast on 2nd floor off rooms was very convenient. Desk staff printed off directions & restaurant reccommendations for us. Would stay there again

We enjoyed our stay at Quality Inn. The hotel was conveniently located and easy to find. One sidebar, however, the bed was not made up after the first night., although the bathroom had been cleaned.

We stayed two nights at Quality Inn Patriot's Point . It's everything I expect for a pleasant weekend getaway. Clean. Comfortable. Helpful staff. Fabulous location. The only addition that could make it better would be an in-room mini fridge.

Glad we were there in Mt.Pleasant,especially after we went into and saw Charlestown.Not a place I wanted to stay as far as parking,noise,etc.Historic district is attractive but certainly not a quiet place to sleep.

The Quality Inn - Suite Patriots was only about a 10 Minute ride to Downtown Charlseton. The Hotel was easy to get to, right off Highway 17 about a 1500 feet from Cooper River Bridge.

Hotel staff was very helpful on restaurants and tours. Hotel well situated to access all. Great hospitality. Room was clean. Breakfast is hearty. Quiet place. Bathroom fan wasn't working & wasn't fixed during our stay. TV reception was grainy. Overall satisfied of our stay.

Staff is friendly and helpful, familiarizing us with the area and provided printed directions to anywhere. Hotel location is close and an easy commute to both Charleston and beaches. Breakfast was a good variety of hot and cold choices.
