Our regular hotel was booked so we stayed at the Comfort Suites Southwest. Room initially smelled strong with some type of air freshener that we weren't... real fond of. We opened the windows and eliminated the smell and were fine the rest of our stay (4 days). Room was very clean. Bed was wonderful (one of the best hotel beds I have ever had). During our stay one of the boilers went out. We were without water for half a day. Not fun but we understand things do break from time to time. We were told they were going to replace all three boilers as soon as possible. Price was right room was clean. would we go back there? Yes if we couldn't get our usual hotel. Their sign our front said they were pet friendly. On several mornings people brought their dogs into the breakfast room. The dogs were very well behaved, but I had real problems personally with dogs in the breakfast room. I tried not to think about the idea that a dog probably stayed in my room sometime in the past.
