Nikko Narita is a beautiful and convenient hotel, very near the Narita airport. Hotel looks posh and the facilities are excellent. All these you get without paying exhorbitant price.

While this hotel is clearly past is primetime, as you can witness from rotary phones and furniture inside the rooms, the Nikko brand represents good service and clean chambers. The free shuttle to the airport and Narita town makes this a very convenient hotel for a stop over. The temple n narita is definitely worth seeing.

good location, clean, smaller rooms, but perfect value and comfort for quick overnighter near the airport. Shuttle very helpful. would stay again.

The Nikko shuttle runs 3 times an hour during most of the day and evening, which is very convenient. The single room was small but clean and the bed had a nice white cotton duvet cover There is a nice convience store on the ground level so you can get milk tea or beer. I stayed in this hotel on my way to and from Europe. On my way back I had requested a day room with early check-in and check-out. It all worked out to my highest satisfaction.

Everything was convenience-based. Shuttle from airport came ~ every 30 mins. Luggage loaded and unloaded by staff. Check-in quick and easy despite line of people from shuttle. Very good English spoken by staff. Room was clean but decorated with olive-green and bright blue, which invoked 70s-80s feel. Quiet and restful with coffee/ juice provided in […] AM. Beer in vending machines down hall. We ate in the restaurant, which had a large menu with different types of food. Japanese set was plentiful and average for preparation/ taste. Excellent airport shuttle service

It's a good hotel with a great location and an excellent shuttle service to and from the Narita airport terminals!

This is a great hotel. We stayed two different nights, one in the "old" side and one in the "new" side (facing the airport). It's worth paying a little more for the new side. The rooms are big, clean, and comfortable. The other nights we stayed in the Washington Hotel in Yokohama which was more expensive, with tiny rooms and poor service. 成田空港までの無料シャトルバスが遅くまで出ているため、利便性はよい。 ホテル内にローソンも入っており、ちょっとした買い物はできる。 朝、空港行のシャトルバスは途中に渋滞が発生しており、時間がかなり掛かったのが残念。

L'hotel è decisamente vecchio (anche se ben tenuto). Le parti comuni sono tenute bene ed anche abbastanza moderne (hall, negozi interni, ristoranti...) ma le camere sono decisamente vecchie anche se tenute bene. L'edificio ha parecchi anni alle spalle e si vedono, anche se il servizio è buono e la posizione utile se avete l'aereo alle prime ore del […] mattino e dovete corre in aeroporto (con la navetta gratuita dell'hotel).
