Very friendly staff. Overpriced. Not sure what I paid $119 for. I've paid less and gotten more from Hilton's and Marriott's.

not new or fashionable; but everything needed available; only negative was beds, bedding, which was meger and lesser quality

I would say i wouldnt stay at this hotel again..everynight was sleeepness from the house keeping knock at your door so early when your trying to sleep and from the ppl was next room to yea talking very loud must been drunk or something and ppl was running in and out of the hall way all night long!then the ppl above the room i was in was walking so hard […] its like the floor was gonna fall in..other then that everything else was fine.. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Needing a place to stay after my son's wedding instead of driving home that night worked well at this hotel. It was very easy to find and right along the route I was taking anyhow.

Nothing exceptional. The tub did not have a drain cover (sort of eerie). The bathroom was cramped. Decent room for the price. I would consider staying again- but just for one night.

Staff very nice.. rooms good.. some remodeling going on when you walk in. No elevator to second floor so if you can't walk steps.. stay on the first floor....

I booked the hotel and then had to make a change in dates. Through the transition my two queen beds became two double 'beds', if you can call them that. The matresses were extraordinarily uncomfortable. Fortunately we were only staying for 2 days, on future visits we will definitely be seeking different accomodations. Our stay was pleasant with one minor and one major hiccup! The service was excellent and the room was comfortable. One problem was that the table lamp did not work - not a big deal, just something to be aware of. Then we noticed that the carpet outside of the bathroom was wet. Front Service Desk personnel were very pleasant. Nice indoor pool and whirlpool. The smell of paint and the sounds of maintenance in surrounding rooms. Canvas drop cloths on the carpet, not a good impression. Access cards not always worked. Ants in the room. When I mentioned this to the front desk, she asked were they fire ants or regular ants? I stayed at the Baymount because it was more competitive in price than a nearby competitor. I was not disappointed. It was very clean, modern with microwave, fridge, safe in room. They took a bit of extra care withe the breakfast - They wrapped the apples. They bagged the bread for toast. While the food wasn't out of the ordinary it got you going in the AM.

THIS LOCATION IN LANCASTER OHIO HAD NO ELEVATORS TO THE SECOND FLOOR BUT OTHER THEN THAT NICE PLACE.

Though this particular hotel was a little far from where I needed to stay, for the price it was a good value. It was clean, neat and the morning breakfast bar offered many options!

My 5 year old son fell at the pool area (he had WALKED over to ask me a question and turned around to WALK back) and SLAMMED down onto the floor ! Something needs to be done ! He had a huge bump on the back of his head, 2 bruises on his back and his fall scared the hell out of us ! The (female) employee at the front desk just smiled and walked away. […] Later she was seen squeegeing the pool area, the (male) employee acted concerned, asked questions, offered Wayne a candy bar, offered for us to take him to the hospital....I am not an over reactive parent..however, I iced Wayne's bump, and kept check on him overnight. He said he filled out an incident report, I asked for a copy of the report before we checked out and the morning front dest clerk had to fill it out herself. I work in Environmental Management and there is NO reason that floor should be that slippery ! Even if it is wet ! This Hotel has some issues it needs to address before someone is seriously injured. hotel could use updated. had ottoman in the hall and uncovered air conditioners but management was very friendly and hotel was clean and comfortable. enjoyed the indoor pool

Very nice hotel, I only had a couple complaints but nothing too serious. The room was like a freezer when we walked in and breakfast wasnt that great. Everything was cold and there wasnt very much of several items for all the guests. Both other than that it was great. Staff was friendly, room was clean. all i can say was they were very nice and quick to help if you needed anything so it was my first time i stayed there but it was very nice
