Check-in and staff were excellent. Unfortunately there were maintenance issues. There was a hole in the arm of the couch and stuffing was showing. The grills on the A/C unit were broken. Towels were small and stiff.

Clean room, friendly staff, and actually very good hot breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and already had everything we asked for in our room when we got there. Nice pool. And nice standard breakfast.

Stayed just one night and for the price,the hotel was nice. The breakfast was nice with biscuits and gravy and eggs with the other usual cereal and yogart items.

Staff was friendly. Pool was great. Dining room and breakfast was standard fare but good. Very pretty entrance. Room was very nice, especially for the price offered by hotels.com.

The hotel needs serious updating. Carpets were stained in the hallways. The linens had holes in them from cigarette burns although we stayed in a smoke free room. AC worked but let off a stale smell.

We were greeted by a very rude lady or was mad that we had questions. She acted like we were an inconvenience and gave us wrong information. The room was big with a giant couch. Lights did not work, the towels were not clean and there were dirty towels behind the couch. The pool & hot tub were were wonderful, but the other people who were staying there […] were drinking beer & kids were splashing water on us. Staff saw this and did not say anything. Overall the hotel was nice and clean. We were not informed that the pool was down for maintenance until after they check us in. The complimentary breakfast was sparse but ok.

Convenient location to the campus. Room decor was outdated. The hotel upgraded us to a king size bed and the room was very spacious. The hotel served continnetal breakfast, but didn't look very appealing. The hotel provided free WiFi which was an added plus. I would stay there again, because of the competitive pricing.

I stayed here while on business and I was very surprised that there were no plugs easily accesible to the desk area. The only plug was behind the desk and you had to move the desk to get to it. In addition a lamp was plugged in giving only one plug to use for your business needs.

My wife and I had stayed at this hotel a few times before and had always enjoyed our stay, but it seems that the economy has prevented the hotel from doing any kind of upkeep. My air conditioner wasn't working all that great desk clerk brought me a fan, this fan was so filthy I told her to take it back and I would go buy one at Wal Mart, she never said a word just took it back and walked on, professional absolutely not, wouldn't use that fan in a barn thats how disgusting it was . The outside wasn't much, but it doesn't have to be. Inside the lobby was very nice. rooms a little older but still nice. Breakfast was buffet style. The pillows need to be replaced. Too flat for me. We called for extras. All in all had a nice stay.

It was clean and efficient. Front desk lady was confused and not super helpful. A/c unit made weird noises all night and bed was positioned in such a manner that you couldn't keep the sun out of your eyes in the morning.

AFTER READING THE REVIEWS OF LEE'S INN ON THE HOTEL.COM WEBSITE I WAS VERY SKEPTIC ABOUT MAKING RESERVATIONS FOR MY BOYFRIEND AND I TO STAY THE WEEKEND THERE. WE WANTED A KING BED BUT WAS GIVEN A QUEEN BUT THE ROOM WAS JUST LIKE A LITTLE APARTMENT. IT HAD A LIVING ROOM WITH A COUCH, DESK, CHAIRS, INTABLES, AND TV. IT HAD A BATHROOM WITH A SEPARATE DRESSING ROOM ACROSS THE HALL, AND THEN THERE WAS A BEDROOM THAT HAD A DOOR TO CLOSE OFF FROM EVERYTHING ELSE. IT COULD BE A UPDATED. Although I gave mostly 3's in the rating section the hotel didn't deserve it, they really didn't ask the right questions. Upon arriving at the hotel I was pleased, right up till the receptionist opened her mouth, it was like I was bothering her by being there. The lobby was clean and inviting but after entering the building through the side enterence […] I was like what have I got myself into, it smelled like a wet dog. Then I get to my room and the door is open. Go into room and it smelled worse than the hallway. The pillows on the bed were paper thin. The phone didn't work, the floors felt like they were wet. Tried connecting to the internet and SURPRISE it didn't work, went to front desk, cause phone didn't work, to see if there was a trick to getting on internet and I was told THIER SERVER IS DOWN, this seems to be on going problem according to other reviews I have read, I really don't think they have internet at all. Breakfast--GO TO MCDONALDS-, first of all they don't start it till 7am, we are usally gone by this time, second of all -IT WAS TERRIBLE-you could of used the bisquits as hockey pucks for the NHL, second they have this huge sign saying that you can't take the food back to your room due to heath code laws, that's funny Holiday Inn down the street lets you. My daughter attended college near this hotel and we have stayed in this hotel off and on over the past 4 years while she attended school. It was a decent hotel when she started school, not great, but clean and good service. We have watched this hotel slide from a decent hotel to one that I could not recommend. Our final stay was for graduation weekend. […] We arrived to find bad stains on all of the carpets from the hallways to our room. The room had a bad odor as well. We stayed for 2 nights and after the first night we attended graduation ceremonies and returned to the room late that evening to find that the trash was emptied and the beds made, but we had no replacement towels, soap or shampoo in the room. They also did not replace the paper cups for water or coffee. We had to go to the front desk to get towels, cups, etc. The same thing occurred the second day. We picked this hotel based on past experiences and because it had a pool for our younger children. The pool rules clearly state that there is no alcohol allowed and no jumping in the pool (it's only 4 ft. deep). We arrived in the pool area to find "so called" adults drunk and drinking pitchers of beer and other alcohol in the pool area while their kids ran wild without parental supervision. There were about 10 drunk adults and about 25 kids. This is a small pool and the pool was packed. One of the drunk fathers kept throwing his kids in the air and letting them drop into the pool and land on other kids. It was a free for all, and a very dangerous situation. We notified the front desk, but nothing was ever done. We were later told that there was a large birthday party booked at the hotel and it was probably members of that party and they would be spoken with. The other drunk adults were in the hot tub acting inappropriately for an area with small children. I wasn't really sure what to expect when I booked this hotel. The room was HUGE and I had a big couch and king size bed all to myself which was really nice and inexpensive. Although our guarantee through Hotels.com said we would have 5 rooms with 2 queens each and non-smoking, some of our rooms had one king and they were smoking.

When booking this room, I was not expecting to have a wrap around couch and tables in the room to add to the comfort (this was for the king bed room). Also, the sink area is sectioned off from the rest of the bathroom, which is always nice. I booked this hotel by mistake, wanting to stay at the Signature Inn down the road which we had stayed at previously and loved. When we went to check in we were told the king we booked, they were sold out of at the time of the reservation so we were "upgraded" to a queen. Not an upgrade to me. If you are staying there just a couple of days it is ok, but our room had a closed up smell, my husband said a wet smell. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast and the air conditioning was great!

f you book online for this hotel, even if you use their web site, they may not honor the type of room you think you have booked. This happened to several people who stayed here. The hotel was fine and the people tried to help those who didn't get the room they thought they were getting. The staff even got people rooms in other hotels.

I was very dissapointed with the rooms. It did not feel clean or well kept. The wall paper was peeling and the bathroom was extremely small. I would not stay at this hotel again.

It is time for an upgrade in the room furnishings. The arms on the couch were tattered and the doors have scrapes and chips. The breakfast is not as good as it had been just a year ago. But the room and hotel served my basic purposes. The indoor pool and hot tub is nice.

The hot food for breakfast was cold so I microwaved mine.The attendant was too busy talking at her cell phone and left the area as soon as we came.The other guest came but there was no food to eat.It was only 7 am.Our sink has rust and looked gross.The room has a musty smell

Fairly clean, quiet, affordable, nice breakfast. Would definately stay again.

A little old seemingly on the interior and the rooms were fairly clean, but the breakfast was the killer app and certainly unexpected based upon the price.

Front desk staff was very attentive and friendly. Room was clean and very comfortable. The hot breakfast was fabulous and saved us money since we did not have to pay for breakfast. Great job! Diane from Brook Park, Ohio

The hotel was nice, and they had a nice warm breakfast that wasn't all carbs. Staff was friendly. The beds were rather hard.

I have to agree with others that have said that the lobby is beautiful and updated but the rooms aren't. It felt like two different hotels. I was also kind of torn when rating the cleanliness of the room. The bed seemed very clean along with the bathroom. However, we had a king room with a couch and coffee table and they were filthy! I don't just mean […] old and dirty, I literally mean it looked like every person that ate pizza on that couch wiped their hands on the arms. The table was blackened from too many feet and shoes resting on them. I didn't even want to set anything on the couch...need I say more. We were also woke up at 8 am by the room vibrating from the laundry room downstairs. Now on the flip side as you left the room and went into the lobby, like I said before, the "other hotel", the dining area and breakfast were very nice and the staff was also very nice.
