We loved the location primarily; but the amenities of the hotel were very nice. Large clean room with great window looking towards Old Town Square; nice and helpful staff; spa treatments were fabulous. Excellent hotel.LOcation was right by Jewish quarter and near all kosher restaurants.5 star service- great spa/indoor pool/jacuzzi twice a day maid service (evenings- turn-down service).Booked in adavance so got really good deal.Would definately stay there again!!!!

This hotel is very elegant. The staff were more than professional. Additionally, the hotel is highly security oriented; meaning, you need a key card to access the elevator and cant no anyone just come to your hotel and visit you. The hotel is located by all major shopping and historical buildings.

The hotel was perfect for us since our trip down the Danube started the next day and the rest of the travelers were staying at the Intercontinental. Nice view from the upstairs dining room.

Location of this hotel is perfect! Breakfast had numerous selections and well prepared. The rooms were spacious and clean. Inconsistent service with turn down and newspaper for members.

The hotel, fitness center, and 9th floor roof bar were wonderful. However, the front desk staff and concierge service both were sub-par, in my opinion. I expected a high level of service from both representatives of the Intercontinental brand, and was extremely disappointed. I had to wait a substantial amount of time (with a large hiking-style backpack) […] to be helped, and after a check-in that didn't even include directions to our room, and a key card that was not properly programmed, there was not even an offer to help with our luggage. The concierge service was generally unhelpful and even fumbled setting-up the (pay-for service) code for 15-minutes of internet. Overall, the hotel itself is in a good location and has a beautiful pool, fitness center, upstairs bar, and comfortable rooms. However, if you would like quality service, I'm not sure I would recommend the Intercontinental Prague. I'm unsure if this is due to purchasing through hotels.com... My recommendation would be to stay at the Four Seasons or the Mandarin Oriental in Prague. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Inter Continental Prague's location is absolutely the best. The concierge service is fantastic. The interior design looks a bit outdated. Having said that, I think it is still the best choice considering the price

the restaurant on the 9th floor is great but needs consistency, we had dinner there for 3 nights and the quality varied a bit

Excellent location , walking distance to all the major attractions. Room service was very good and reasonably priced Spa was good but all massage treatments were booked out

A wonderful hotel, in a great location to see the city. The rooms were outstanding and if it wasn't for the ongoing construction that had our window covered it would have been perfect. The restaurant is overprice and not worth eating at. We had asked for well done steaks and and to send them back twice. The first time it was almost rare. the second […] time it was about medium. The rooms were nice, huge, and very well maintained. The location was perfect for the Jewish Quarter and very close to the Old Town Square. The staff was professional and responsive.

The staff of the Intercontinental was remarkably professional and efficient. We enjoyed our stay at this fine hotel and appreciated having our needs anticipated. Upon arriving at our room we were pleased to see the room was already lit, a tray with snacks and water, and music was softly playing. When we returned after having walked around for miles […] it was always a pleasure to have the hotel's comforts awaiting us. We would find slippers and floor mat placed next to our bedside, our bed turned down, music playing, and even a card with a "bedtime story"! The view from our room was fantastic. We could see the well-tended gardens below our window and in the distance was the river. We chose the hotel because of its proximity to most of the sights that we planned to visit. We were able to walk to nearly all of our destinations, and had plenty of variety with the restaurants in the neighborhood. Wonerful view to the river. Hotel is at the end of the best street in Prague. Spa centar is open until 10pm so it is great to relax after all day walking.

An absolutely delightful experience. We were made to feel welcome and special. Would stay there again if we go to Prague. Also, most of the attractions/places of interest are within walking distance.

This hotel seemed to work on the assumption that anyone staying in a 5* hotel wouldn't care what anything cost. They advertise high-speed internet connection in your room, but what they don't tell you is that the cost is 790Cz for 24 hours (around £30/$45). We made one 9-minute telephone call from the room back to the UK -- cost on the bill when I checked […] out, around £40. The overall hotel experience was more in keeping with a 4* hotel than a 5* -- little things such as no porter to collect your bags from the taxi on arrival, no smoking area in the breakfast room. Первый раз были в Интерконтиненталь Берлин. Когда собрались в Прагу даже не думали ехать в другие отели:) только Интерконтиненталь.

El hotel es viejo y las habitaciones lo demuestran mas pero el staff es muy amable y muy servicial. Pero todo se compensa con la ubicación, tienes todo cerca, restaurantes,bares,las mejores tiendas de diseñador y para conocer el viejo pueblo q es hermoso,el castillo, cultura y alrededores...caminando también llegas. Me enamoré de Praga!!

Quarto quádruplo enorme, com mesa de jantar. Pelo preço e nível da rede já necessita de uma pequena reforma. Localização ótima. Próximo a praça central e fica na rua com lojas de grife.

Gevraagd naar de mogelijkheden voor het huren van een auto.(concierge) Werd ons verteld geen enkel probleem. Op de dag dat wij dringend de auto nodig hadden, werd ons medegedeeld dat dit niet mogelijk was. Ook in de beschrijving over de mogelijkheden die het hotel aanbiedt, welke in de kamer aanwezig was, is vermeldt dat er een aparte desk is voor Budget […] huurauto's.. Ottimo hotel non solo per gli elevati standard qualitativi della catena intercontinental anche in questo caso confermati, ma anche per la posizione strategica all'interno di Praga. Un appunto per il prezzo elevato del parcheggio sotterraneo

유대인지구 관람하는데는 너무 편하실 듯 합니다. 구시가까지는 걸어가야하는데 많이 힘들지는 않았지만, 견딜만했습니다. 기타 주위에 먹을 곳이 바로 없다는 것이 단점인듯합니다 호텔에서 바로 드시면 문제없겠지만.

El hotel es espectacular. Sin embargo, está en período de reparaciones en su fachada, lo cual significa que después de las 8am no existe posibilidad de dormir por el ruido que se genera.

プラハは大抵どこに泊まっても観光しやすいのですが、 この部屋は開放的なくらい大きく、またモルダウ川側の部屋でしたので 夜景が良かったです。 ヒルトンのオールドタウンも以前泊まりましたが、 部屋の開放的な雰囲気から、こちらが良かったです＾＾
