"My account triple over charged"

My account was over charged tripple the security charge 3 days after I had left even when I was told on my chech out day that everything was grt and no fews since I booked and paid prior. This created a financial burden on my account. Very fraustrating. Thnx

"Great Service!"

We were in Scottsdale visiting an ill family member and had several rooms at the Hampton. We requested a late checkout and they were more than happy to accomodate. Great service and breakfast was nice. No complaints.
I am sorry to hear that illness brought you and your family to our hotel, and hope that things have improved. Thank you for choosing to stay with us and for taking the time to post your comments. I hope you will consider staying with us again during more pleasant times.

"Hotel is a great price, location"

Best thing about the hotel was the friendly employees, one who changed our room immediately when the AC was not working and the great in-room maid staff. Good location at Bell Road and Scottsdale. Decent breakfast and pool. Overall, great experience.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. All of the staff was pleasant and helpful. Would definately stay here again and recommend to others. Great location for shopping and dining. Thank you for posting your comments and recommendation. We do have a bit of a visibility problem - that comes with being part of a mixed use development with many restaurants & shops. Being off the main road does allow us to provide an environment that is not plagued by constant loud traffic noises. Since you now know where we are, we hope you will stay with us again the next time you are in town.

Taken care of here. Also given a personal note with milk and cookies (unheard of these days) thanking me for staying. Within minutes of anything you want to do in Scottsdale. Good value and good hotel. Definitely recommended if you are trying to save a little.

Great hotel. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. Staff is helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast, business center, and fitness center. Free shuttle bus is a real plus. Location is convenient. We have stayed there several times and would definitely do so again.
