room very nice and i like the over all quality of hampton but why do they put the towels on a low shelf next to the toilet. don't they know about studies that show toilet splash. very unsanitary.

Great place to stay. Was clean & room was really nice. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Would definitely stay there again

Excellent and attentive staff and great breakfast to boot. The on-site assistant general manager was especially helpful. Would surely visit again!

Waited close to half an hour in 95° weather for an airport shuttle until one randomly arrived. When I got to the hotel, was told I needed to call to get a shuttle as they don't send them around on a schedule like every other hotel that has "Airport" in its name does. Seriously? Location was great - Close to PHIL aiport which i needed to stay due to an Early AM flight.

This is a fairly expensive place but nice overall. Hot breakfast, small gym I got to use, and staff I encountered seemed friendly. Not the prettiest location but that's probably not why you're staying at this location. Would recommend with the disclaimer that it's fairly expensive.

Very clean with all necessary amenities and very nice breakfast. 24hr shuttle to airport and they will also take you to near by train stop for trips into Philly and pick you up when you return on the train.

We loved this hotel. Super close to the airport, free 24hr airport shuttle, free internet, free breakfast (belgian waffles, oatmeal, fruit, bacon, etc)- can't beat it! Stay here if you have a long layover!

Stayed here the night before the Broad Street Run. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Free parking. Breakfast was out nice and early. Bed was a little soft but that's just personal preference. Would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable bed in very large clean room. Friendly front desk staff with good local advice. Decent free breakfast with warm and cold choices. Very easy access to the airport.

Been staying at this Hotel for many years now to attend Penn Relays. The Hotel is within walking distance to Eastwick Train sation. The entire staff is excellent and the breakfast is great value. Will continue staying here.

Conventient from 95 by the airport. Plenty of free parking, easy access into downtown Philly. Well maintained, attractive and clean. Descent breakfast with omlets, sausage, waffles and Intl breakfast items. My room was by office/laundry/elevators and was loud, but 2 others staying in my party said it was very quiet. Don't take room 120.....

Convenient location close to airport, baseball stadium, and downtown. Major drawback: if you are a light sleeper, go somewhere else or take a sleeping pill. Very thin walls, and every time the heater or AC goes off you'll hear a loud boom. I slept ok, but my husband woke up throughout the night. This hotel was very close to where we had to be and it wasn't hard to find at all. Its located next door to a ruby Tuesdays, which is nice. My only complaint is that the hotel didn't feel really clean and I was scared to walk on the floor without socks or shoes on. Breakfast was a nightmare, very unclean. Would definitely stay here again. We went to a concert at the Wells Fargo center and it was just 3 miles away. Also there is a Ruby Tuesdays next door to walk to! Big advantage!

When it comes to hotels I am very nervous and specific about where i stay. Having dealt with bed bugs in the past I am extremely paranoid about coming in contact with them again. The hotel had good reviews so i booked it. GREAT PRICE! for starters. The man at the front desk was incredibly courteous and even gave me two complimentary razors/shaving cream […] when i had forgotten to pack mine. The room was very clean the shower was spotless and i had no qualms with how everything looked. I did a thorough check of the mattress and surrounding wood work (obsessive i know) but everything was spotless. NO BUGS! Post it notes and posters in elevator proclaim their cleanliness. They clean their duvet (comforter covers) after every guest it everyday. Such a relief after hearing the gross things people do on their bed spread/comforters and mist all hotels do not clean their bedspread/comforters except every few months! Gross! Paper cups good quality with lids […] not glass which you can't tell if they've been cleaned or with what(reports maids wipe glasses down with same cloth as cleaning the toilet). Good breakfast. Oatmeal is made not instant packets. Clerk very nice. Shuttle guy very helpful. Picked us up at 1am. Free water I thing we Hilton honors members. A very nice manager tried valiantly to try to redeem the hour long wait for the airport shuttle...even bought our dinner at the one walking distance restaurant there. However, it was the WORST bed I've ever slept in...a king size valley. My husband and I clung to the edges of the bed to keep from pummeling each other all night in the sinking center. […] The front desk clerk just shrugged when we complained the next morning...a shrug. Although the hotel was clean and very close to the airport.....the walls are paper thin and the heater keeps you up all night. Also if leaving your car there for a extended trip (more than over night) ask where to park the car. You have to move it to another parking area close by.

Clean, very, very pleasant & friendly staff! Every staff member I ran acroos had a smile and a sincere greeting. I was made to feel welcomed and comfortable.

We loved how conveniently close this hotel was to I-95 for easy on and off from both north and south directions. Hotel itself was great: friendly staff, nice clean rooms, and one of the better free hotel breakfasts. I reserved and paid for a room with a king size bed with a sofa bed. When I checked in and got to the room it was a full size bed with an accessible walk in shower and no bath tub. I immediately went to the front desk to request a different room and was told that they were sold out. I did not understand that since I had already paid for the king bed […] room. The wall paper was peeling off of the wall in the bathroom.
