lovely place,only c/o was some of the cannels on the T.V. did not work,also the light by the chair did not work,did not tell anyone or I am sure they would of fixed it. .

Quiet and comfortable room. Dining and shopping a short drive away.

I would not say this is an outstanding hotel, but it served its purpose. The staff was friendly/helpful. It was close to the freeway, close to the event we were attending and it was clean and quiet. Convenient. Must try John Bonnet Tavern and Gravity Hill. Perfect for all the typical hotel amenities and conveniences.

very clean, nice employees who helped with everything! Good breakfast pool and hot tub was a great break. We needed a night away and the Hampton gave it to us thanks!!

We reserved two queen beds and ended up in a room with two double beds. By the time we checked in and were settled we were not able to move, so our family was cramped.

Convenient to the PA Turnpike. Extremely accommodating hostess. Personable help and pleasant surroundings.

Very nice hotel, convenient, clean comfortable, very pleasant staff, but hot food on breakfast bar (eggs and Canadian bacon) were inedible. Would recommend staying there.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Bedford, PA on our way from Ohio to Philadelphia. The hotel was very convenient to access from the highway and appeared clean. The front desk person was quiet, but courteous. Our room was a non-smoking room, but still had a strong smoke odor. The beds were very soft and lumpy. VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND...FOOD IS HORRIBLE..LOOKS OLD AND UNKEMPT..LUCKILY BED & BATH WAS CLEAN..NEEDS RENOVATION AND LOCATION SIGNS

The TV reception is very poor and the choice of channels in the package is bizarre. No ABC and Weather channel was unintelligible but there are three shopping channels!

We checked into the Bedford Hampton Inn nestled in the beautiful mountains of PA & found the front desk person to be very courteous & friendly. When we got to our room we turned on the airconditioner & it began to make a horendous rattling noise. We called the front desk & let him hear the noise over the phone. He said he would immediately call a maintenance […] man to come fix it. Within 2 minutes the front desk called again & said "let us go ahead & move you to another room", which they did. We were quickly settled into that new room which was lovely & QUIET:) We appreciated so much the prompt attention the front desk paid to our complaint. The rest of our stay was great. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was typical hotel free breakfast. Great value.

This is not my first stay at this Hotel, it will not be my last, however, the housekeeping was not good. Toilet was never cleaned from last occupant. Feces left in toilet and never wiped down. Water bottle was left on end table next to bed. I assumed it was my husbands...I almost picked it up to drink out of. Yucky!!
