Very disatified, 2nd day came back and room wasn't cleaned. Bed not made, towels on the floor,garbage cans not emptied. Hotel housekeeping was gone. The desk clerk was very helpful. Gave us clean towels,empted the garbage cans. She did what she could. She gets an A in my book.

My allergies were already acting up and the room appeared clean, but I coughed all night. It seemed like the area where my head was had not been vacuumed for months! Everything else was great.

If you just want a room for the night and a simple continental breakfast, then this is good. I was under the impression that all rooms had microwaves and fridges. I am a repeat "attender"! Am booking again in a week for convenience to OHSU. You can't beat the staff in personality and caring for your comfort. It's so nice to have a hotel that is clean everywhere. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room for the price I paid. The room was clean and neat; the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom area was clean and I was happy with the service and would book a room there again.

When we first checked in to our room, I noticed there wasn't a fridge or microwave, so we went back to the front desk to find out the scoop. The hotel needs to be updated. The carpet is old, the bed was comfortable and it was suitable but you could tell that the hotel is not keeping up with the competition. We have stayed at other Comfort Inn's that were a lot nicer than this one. I think they may just not be busy enough to bring in the funds to do remodeling. For the price we got, it was a pretty good deal. It was clean, but a lot of the appliances and other such things were severely outdated, and a bit faulty. our stay was great. The hotel is vary clear. Service was great. Only one thing i had a problem with and it was not that big of a deal, The shower head was way to low. I am 6' tall and the shower head was at the top of my shoulders. other than that it was great and would stay agin with out any hesitation.

This is a very basic hotel experience; nothing is fancy and nothing is repulsive. I do think the price of $90 for this standard double room is about $10 too much

Stayed two nights and was impressed with friendly, helpful staff and size and comfort of room. Room was clean, but needed cosmetic touch up paint and carpet which showed wear. Breakfast was nice and included some protein which was appreciated as well as the waffles. Would stay there again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was closed to the freeway and very safe to park as well. There was a complimentary breakfast and even the guests at the hotel are nice and friendly. Overall a great experience. The room was a little old and heater was not as warm as I wanted to be but it was cleaned and maintained properly.

The hotel is definitely tired and needs some upgrades - I used the gym 1 morning, and was disappointed - the cables on the universal gym in some spots weren't on properly and I couldn't fix - the stair climber was really noisy and I couldn't seem to get it programmed. we where in town for the portland marathon, and just needed a place to sleep before, and shower after. Room was good, and the rate was very good. The customer service was outstanding, needed an extended checkout so we could shower and freshen up after our race. Helpful staff, clean rooms, continental breakfast, good price and great location for my work. Only complaint were that my room shared a wall with the elevator, so I could hear it through the night and the room was a bit small. Other than that it met my needs perfectly and I will be returning as I travel to the are for business 4 times a year.

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Rooms could use more pictures on the wall and updated TV's. Staff was very friendly. Located close to Hwy which made it easy to get around. Decent restaurant across the street that's open 24 hrs. Not a 5 star but for the price I would stay there again.

At time of booking, stated we would have micro. & fridge., we had neither! Old cigarette burns in carpet, on bed cover, and edge of tub. Carpet not clean.On the plus side, the bedding was clean and personnel very helpful. Location excellent.

Stayed two nights and everything was great. Our first room didn't have the microwave that I expected, so they moved us to another room which had a microwave plus a fridge and extra sink, and was a larger room also for no extra charge. A good sized breakfast room that had quite a few choices. Nice setting away from hiway noise. Would stay again.
