The hotel is conveniently located next to the Smoky Mountains entrance and local shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I honestly was upset when my husband told me he made us reservations at a Days Inn. I wanted something a little more romantic. But it surprised me that the hotel was as nice and clean that it was. Called a few days before from Canada to confirm our stay of 5 adults. Confirmed 2 queen beds and a cot for our 5th family member. Got there and there was no cot, 3 adults in 1 bed, not very comfortable after a 10 hour drive!

Me and my husband had a great experience with this hotel. It was clean and there was an indoor pool. It was located in a good spot also. The beds in the rooms are to die for. I will definitely be back.

This is an older place but the room was very comfortable. The indoor pool was ok. It is very conveniently located at the end of the Gatlinburg strip so walking to the shops, etc. was easy. The breakfast wasn't great; typical pastries, toast, fruit, but it was ok. The room was nice, large (except bathroom; tiny), easy parking and entrance to room. The hotel is in a great location and clean rooms. Pool was ok. The front desk staff was rude and lazy! Bathrooms were small and comforters were very old! But not bad for the price.

The hotel was not too bad. The breakfast consisted of donuts and cereal. The carpet coming out of the bathroom was soaked after taking a bath. I thought there was a jacuzzi in the swim area however was very disappointed to find out there was not. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was in a great location. It was right on the main street in Gatlinburg. The room was clean but the bathroom were small. But over all a great stay.

The room was okay, we were on the 3rd floor and the elevator was down so that ment climbing 6 flights of stairs with luggage. The room had a weird smell and there was no outdoor pool as listed in the add or childrens pool? (confused). The rooms were comfortable. They do have both smoking and non-smoking rooms. Pay attention when you book.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Room was spacious, updated and very clean. Cannot ask for a better room and location for the price. We will stay here Again.

Pleasant Staff and Maid service. Room was not as tidy as I would have liked ie: wrinkled Bedspread and sheets..dripping faucets. But overall for the price it was a good deal. This is an older hotel that is showing many signs of wear and tear and could use a good spruce up. The beds weren't comfortable, pool was cloudy not very clean

The rooms were just like all the other Days Inns I've ever stayed at. We spent very little time in the rooms but they were comfortable. I love the fact that they have an indoor pool, always a major deal with the kids. The breakfast was minimumly stocked, but it had enough to keep my kids happy.

The hotel hall reeked of marijuana and the pool room was freezing and no hot water in shower. neighbors were loud and balcony furniture was broken. i want my money back!!

Half of the electrical outlets didn't work. The outlet for the TV/Microwave would suddenly stop working on and off. The lights flickered randomly. Needless to say, we only stayed one night. The room was cheap and adequate. If you are looking for a low cost room that you are not going to spend a lot of time in, then this is good. The rooms are small,but mostly clean. Great friendly service. Room was updated and very nice. The shower was not as hot as i like but was tollerable. Would stay here again.

family friendly rooms no need for 2 rooms when traveling with the kids, certain rooms have a second loft room so kids can stay in the same room with their parents. covered underground parking availble for some rooms. heated indoor/outdoor pool.

The elevator, ice machine and pool were down for repairs, We stayed at hotel for two reasons: one to have loft room to accomodate 4 children; two to be close to lift to Oberglatlinburg.

The indoor pool was not in working order, We were there on a trip with our Venture Scouts (which are teenagers) and we were not able to use the pool during our down time. The first night we were up all night because the walls were so thin you could here everthing outside. Next morning got ready for a shower and had no hot water. We call the front desk and was told they would check into it, we did not hear from them so we call the front desk 3 times and they would not answer our calls so we all had to take a cold shower. […] The next morning we did have a little hot water but they did not call us to let us know anything or even offer to change our rooms. It was terrible. The TV in the room didn't work, they did come in and swapped it out at 1am in the morning. Came back to the room and the door to our room was open, we had missing items. Needless to say we packed up and checked out early. I would not recommed anyone staying there.

room was bigger than expected. needed three rooms together and when I got there it was no problem. in the heart of gatlinburg which for the youth who went with me that was a good thing.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, but it's past due for some remodeling. The location is great, convenient to pretty much all of downtown Gatlinburg.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The staff was friendly, the room was clean. The bathroom is slightly small but, it worked great for our stay. I would definetly stay here again especially for the price.

Overall it was an OK hotel. Nothing special but it was in a great location, price wasn't bad and it wasn't dirty. Would stay there again.
