Four Points by Sheraton Bakersfield - เบเคอร์สฟิลด์

I got what I need in the room, I had a very comfortable night.

This was rated high but was a disappointment! The internet connection was feeble - the software said 2008! This is a critical issue when traveling for business. We won't stay here again. There are many good places to stay and most include breakfast!

This is more a resort than a hotel including a surprisingly lush setting. I was very pleasantly surprised.

Comfortable beds, big room, nice big bathroom

Location, room size and reception OK, Found long black hairs floating in the toilet. Seiously doubt that it had been cleaned.

Our room was very clean and pleasent. The view was nice as you could walk directly outside, easy access. ( However the sliding door was very hard to open) Over all very pleasent stay , my only complaint would be the noise from adjoining rooms. It seems the walls are paper thin

The custmer service was a nightmare. The hotel did not have my reservation and they took so long to "fix" it!!!

The hotel is very nice. However, some people who come there late at night and make a lot of noise in the hallways or there room, keep us up all night. The walls are thin and you could hear people from upstairs, next door, and hallways, easily.

Rooms were very comfortable and big. Hallway kinda noisy but very pleasant place to stay

Disappointed we could not get a patio room. So when we opened the drapes the window was so dirty you could not see through them. The furniture is getting very dirty and needs to be replaced. Bathroom smelled moldy. Carpet had dirty spots. But the food from room was excellant. As a SPG member we are disappointed in finding some of the hotels not meeting […] our expectations. Excellent location-office supply, grocery stores, fast food and restaurants nearby. Not so beautiful inside-the decor is dated, but it's clean and I LOVE the fridge/micro in the room. Staff very pleasant and friendly.

I have stayed here twice and both times was disappointed. The customer service is really bad, that is the main problem, but it is also just not comfortable. The Marriott is a little bit more but so worth it. normally I prefer to get starwood points but I will not stay here again.

For safety reasons I try never to stay anywhere without a lobby entrance to the hotel. Somehow I thought that this hotel had that. So I was really surprised that I had to check-in then drive around to my room, up a flight of stairs and enter a completely separate structure. However, each building required a card/room key to enter. It was also no fun […] when the maid knocked on the door at 8:15am. Other than that no problem. We stayed at this property last year and will stay there again when traveling through Bakersfield. Front desk staff, lounge staff, and everyone we came into contact who worked there were very friendly.

Perhaps my standards for a Sheraton Hotel is pretty high and this one missed the mark. The bathroom was substandard at best with a toilet the height of a toddler's potty chair, where you were forced to look under the vainity at the plumbing. (not for me) The sheets on the bed had seen their best days years ago. The sheets were yellow and worn thin. […] The pillows were the worst with no firmness at all. The duvet cover was not cleaned and smelled. Even in a non-smoking room, the guests across the hall were smoking on the patio while the housekeeper had the door open which cause smoke to enter our room. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Would Return Again. Great room clean and comfortable. All requests were quickly answered by courteous staff. Hot tub was clean and enjoyed. The workout room had quality equipment. Negatives: Door Cards were very tempermental and Refrigerator Rental is $10 "a day" not "stay" as stated in Hotel.com's discription.

The guest across the hall are extremely nosy and the people at the front desk were very rude had to complain multiple times about a woman named Amy and her horrible attitude

For the price... this is a great deal - clean and clean-smelling room. Nice grounds with a hot jacuzzi. Highly recommended and I'll be staying here again.

there is not a lot to choose from in bakersfield, but this place is really very nice. Central location, easy to get to the university and other areas. It was very clean and has beautiful grounds... I will definately stay again...

I have stayed here before this visit and was not too impressed with the banging of doors, loud people in the hallways and no security to assist in making these people a bit more quiet. The bed was really hard and there was no support from service to get more pillows.

We enjoyed the hotel the workout room was nice and was able to keep up with my workout routine . The pool was clean and fun to play in and there are many restaurant around the hotel.

We have tried several hotels in Bakersfield and none compare to Four Points. The grounds and water features make the hotel feel more like a resort and the room are very clean and spacious. You actually forget you are in the center of town!!

This facility is very good except for the fact that it does not have elevators. I got a second floor room last time and it was a pain to drag my luggage up stairs.

Even though this is an older hotel, it is very well maintained. The customer service was wonderful. The room was comfortable and clean. Check-in and Check-out went smooth and quick. I will definitely stay again when I am in town.

Stayed one night on my way to LA at 4 points Shearton- enjoyed my stay. Very comfortable beds, quiet, nice courtyard, friendly reception. Pillows "not so good". Tried the Bistro for supper/breakfast- food was good.

The bed was super comfortable and had great pillows. The room appeared to be very clean. Found a cockroach in the bathroom in the morning though.

This hotel is a pleasant surprise. It is a very well-landscaped oasis oblivious to the traffic a few yards way. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant was terrific.

I really like this hotel. It is comfortable, clean, quiet and decorated nicely. The only complaint is that if you have trouble with stairs or have a lot to carry, you'll want to get a room on the first floor because there are no elevators - at least in the two times we've stayed there - those two buildings don't have one.
