the hotel room is comfortable and the hotel location is great, close to orchard road, to mrt station (three different lines), and to several supermarkets. And Free fast speed wireless internet was also amazing. However the hotel have several problems: 1- The hotel entrance is through a very bad mall full of pubs and night clubs. 2- Room have small ants […] and they gather around any unclean items left. 3- They clean the room very late around 5 pm so we had to wait several times in the lobby until they finished cleaning (we stayed 9 nights) 4- they dont always clean every thing in the room or vacuum it. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Concorde hotel's location is on the orchard road and is very convenient as it is near many shopping malls. There are also two SMRT stations near the hotel, the Dhoby Ghaut and Somerset stations. Would recommend this to others.

This is an old hotel that needs refurbishing. Bathrooms were not clean will mold all around the bathtub area. Carpet is tiret and needs replacing.

our overnight experience was fantastic. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. We'll certainly certainly stay a tthe Concorde agin the next time we are in Singapore

Hotel needs renovation. All furniture is too old!

Excellent location. Would love to stay there for the 3rd time. The Premier category rooms are quite nice although breakfast buffet is kinda tasteless. But it's Singapore so be sure to head out and enjoy any kind of eastern or western breakfast outside...along Orchard road.

I enjoyed my stay .. Club facilities goodvandcstaff most helpful and accommodating Check on New Year's Eve could have been a headache but all worked like clockwork More than pleased to stay again

I have traveld to Singapore many times and stayed at various places. I found the Concorde a great location and value. It is located to the Financial District - a little away from the real hustle and bustle - but close enough to other hotels and businesses. Great Stay.

Nice hotel, great location. Only complain is that when we checked in, we did not receive any kind of warm welcome from the person checking us in, instead we were told that we could only check in at 4pm (instead of the standard 2pm!). No offer for complimentary drinks while wait etc (we asked). We were later upgraded to a room with a balcony (useless, […] as it was raining and we didn't use d balcony). This is the third time staying in Singapore and I knew there was a prostitute problem but this hotel brought it to light. to enter and exit from the hotel to Orchard Rd you have to go through the shops on the ground floor and there are hookers roaming the shops (as well as massage parlors) as soon as it gets dark. I even had one approach me in the lobby. Also, […] I booked a non smoking room and was told that they did not have one for me and I was welcome to go somewhere else but I would have lost my money with Hotels.com Facet leaked in the bathroom and the bulb was out in the entry way. we enjoyed our stay, but some guests said they could not sleep because of sub woofer coming from night clubs in basement. good position good service.

Excellent location, good restaurants, spacious rooms, very friendly staff. If only it was possible to check out a bit later... Flights often leave Singapore late at night.

A little bit out of the main shopping precinct with a fair walk into the centre. Front desk staff helpful - I had no complaints. Room clean and comfortable.

Great location on Orchard Road, close to all the amazing shopping. The entrance to the hotel is a bit strange and inconvenient, it's above a food court and some dingy shops. But I loved the food court, ate there every morning (breakfast not included with our hotel stay) and had delicious and cheap local food.

Affordable, Strategic, Near MRT, Safe Neighbourhood, Clean, Very Nice and Friendly Service! Superb Hotel!

Recommend upgrade of bathroom-- Improve bath room air ventilation.

This hotel was in an ideal location for shopping on orchard road and with Dhoby Ghaut interchange MRT station a few minutes walk away, the rest of Singapore was in easy reach too. We were provided with chilled welcome drinks when checking in at reception, a nice touch after a long journey. The hotel is in a small shopping centre of its own, with a […] food court at the bottom offering a wide range of decent cuisine. There are also nightclubs on the ground floor; the hotel bedrooms seem to be very well sound proofed. I could only hear the club music from the bathroom, which isn't an issue. The room was clean and well decorated. The extra fold-out bed was very solid and comfortable. Air conditioning was easy to control. There were very few drawbacks: The bathroom lacked an extractor fan, granted these are often noisy but quite necessary. Room was booked for 3 people, yet there were only 2 of everything. The location is very convenient, overall the rooms were reasonably clean - the service was non existent - the doors to the balcony would not open. and the towels in the bathroom were very tatty -

LOVE THE HOTEL, SERVICES & LOCATION.... 5 STAR . VERY CLOSE TO SHOPS, FOOD & TRANSPORTATION. STAFF VERY EFFICIENT & FRIENDLY. WE HAVE BEEN GOING BACK TO THE SAME HOTEL FOR THE LAST 3 YRS & WILL ALWAYS GO BACK THERE. ....LOVE IT ! LOVE IT ! FANSTASTIC HOTEL.

Concorde Hotel is the good choice for orchard road. We stayed for 4 days. We booked for premiere rooms. We got a private room for check in- out and also breakfast in premiere lounge. Room was clean, comfortable, service was the best. Breakfast in premiere room was good but less choice of food. It's valuable for staying here.

great Hotel and great location. Would recomment it to anybody going to Singapore to shop.

Its located right in the main shopping area of ORCHARD ROAD. Malls and restaurants everywhere. The subway MRT is 2 mins walk.

It's good location for shopping and we can find a local food around the hotel 24 hrs.

所在地はメインストリートにあり、ハイウェイが近く、SMRTのドルビーゴート駅から10分程度で、利便性は良い。　お土産や買い物をするには、周囲に少ないのでSMRT等での移動が必要。　スタッフは、声が掛けやすい雰囲気であり、ビジネス用にはランドリーサービスなどがあり便利である。

オーチャードロードの端っこにあって便利です。 ホテル内、室内も綺麗で快適に過ごせます。

Orchard Roadにあるため立地はかなり良く、古いがよくMaintenanceされたHotelである。高級Hotelとはお世辞にもいえないが、中級よりは上というPositioningです。

位置優越, 房間整潔, 舒適, 但酒店入口及樓下商舖環境差了一點.......

昼間の買い物、夜の飲食街に近く立地は抜群。 部屋の質、サービスともに可もなく不可もなく。

位置都好方便,房間都可以,但個門口就不太方便.用WIFI又要比錢(唔平添)

Good location but hotel needs renovation as some of facility is very old and broken.

早朝の便だったのでチェックインまで荷物を預かってもらおうと思っていたが、「部屋の準備ができていますから」と言って、朝７時にチェクインを済ませ、部屋に入ることができて非常に助かった。

Hotellet var mycket bra, vi kom trotta kl 7 pa morgonen med flyg fran Kopenhamn, vi at en frukost och fick tillgang till vart rum kl 8 utan tillagg pa notan. Trevlig personal.
