htel was great and so was the service, but if you get the room in front of the maintenance room then you will be hearing employees early in the morning.

The hotel is very nice new and clean. We had a room on the first floor - basement and was cold. The heating system was badly ajusted, we put the thermostat high, the unit work for a half hour and after stop. During the night the temperature get down to 16deg.C. We could not get the heat in the room. We like the hotel very much and we will go back but […] we will ask for a room to the higher floors. Very nice, fairly new hotel. Close enough to downtown to tour the city centre but far enough out to get better rates. No carpets so no dust. Hardwood floors are very nice washrooms are big and clean and well appointed. Flat screen TV. Out door heated pool is small and near the front entrance and next to the parking lot. Parking is free and reasonably […] safe. I like free. So, is the almost full breakfast. Eggs bacon sausage buns cereal etc. Good assortment and good coffee. Get it yourself buffet. Free news paper. Two free computers to use. If you need handicapped room this has a very big washroom, accessible sink and also hearing impaired doorbell and fire alarm. The only negative about this hotel is the location. However, it's proximity to the airport was good. We had a 6:30a.m. flight and needed to be close to the airport. It was still a $20 cab ride. The hotel was very nice and the staff very accomodating. However, next time I would stay in the downtown area.

"Good Quality - A little to out of the way"
This hotel was in a better price range but was a distance from Town. Hotel shuttle left at 8.15 and returned at 6pm. We did manage to keep amused in town all that time, there is a local bus if you need to get back earlier. Pool was small and a little dirty but enough to keep the kids amused for some relax time. Breakfast was good.

"Holiday Express in Quebeck, Canada"
Sevice at the front desk was very good. People were cordial to talk to. Room was very spaciuos with nice bed and bath. We totally enjoyed our stay. I would recomned this hotel to anyone. Bus was a block away to go to downtown.

"Holiday Inn Express - Sainte Foy"
This is a very nice Holiday Inn and has obviously been redecorated with care. The large rooms have wood-look laminate flooring. It is very attractive but does add a little noise. The bathroom looks like one in a much higher-end hotel. Nice tiles, bowl sink. Lots of counter space. The refrigerator is in the bathroom which is a little weird as other reviewers […] have mentioned. We also thought there would be a microwave; Hotels.com lists a microwave under hotel features; unfortunately it only means there is one available in the breakfast area. The windows do not open which would have been nice since the weather was so pleasant; some fresh air would have been welcome. There is an apartment building behind the hotel that worried us a bit; we wondered if there would be noise but we did not hear any from them. There is a road that goes behind the hotel and we did hear a few cars from there early in the morning. We were able to hear bathroom noises from other rooms but not excessively; I would prefer not to hear anything. There was an outdoor jacuzzi that looked very nice in the hotel photos, but it is right beside the front entrance/parking lot and we did not feel comfortable with that location! The breakfast was very good and the staff kept the items replenished. We chose this hotel for our visit to Quebec because we needed two rooms which made staying in Old Quebec too expensive. We were meeting family driving in from Maine and this hotel is right on the route from Maine so it was easy to find. It is definitely a good solid hotel for the price. Hot complementary breakfast buffet. Very clean hotel and hotel rooms. Rooms were unlike any I have stayed in before. They were appointed in a modern style which I liked. Simulated hardwood floors, well appointed bath room with upscale sink, wall coverings and floor covering. It just did not have the feel of your ordinary hotel room. It was much nicer. When researching a place to stay for my family's recent trip to Quebec City, I found (that at the time of booking)staying here would save us approximately $60.00 a day between the cost of the room and the free parking as opposed to staying at a hotel in Old Quebec City itself, about 15 minutes away by car. The Holiday Inn Express is right off the freeway, […] so there really isn't anything scenic in the immediate area. There is a grocery store about a mile away. The hotel and room itself were newly renovated and very clean, decorated in a modern Asian-inspired way with a flat screen tv. There is 24 hour free internet in the business center next to the lobby. Free breakfast is also included. Hotel propre avec déjeuner délicieux. Odeur agréable à la reception. Très bien dans l'ensemble.

Chambre très propre quoique qu'un peu exiguë. Lits confortables, rangement intéressant. Malheureusement notre chambre donnait sur un édifice à logements, il nous a donc été impossible d'ouvrir les rideaux durant notre séjour. Déjeuner inclu un peu décevant: pas de fruits frais, plats proposés gras.

"Hotel de belle categorie mais trop eloigne de Queb"
Bel hotel, tres moderne mais trop eloigne du centre de Quebec city et des centres d achat de Ste Foy, nous y avons sejournes car tous les autres en centre ville etaient complets. A noter un design parfait des chambres, sols en bois, salle de bain design, parfait pour les personnes allergiques a la moquette.

Petit hôtel rénové, charmant et propre, la piscine est plutôt un spa. Le déjeuner est relativement varié et imposant compte tenu qu'il est inclus. Matelas trop mou à mon goût. Je le recommande.
