Stayed at this hotel a few times now...never been dissappointed. Lovely bar/restaurant, comfortable/spacious rooms, EXCELLENT staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We were fortunate enough to stay on a Saturday night and thus able to have their amazing Sunday brunch, what a treat! Had to pay extra of course but well worth the money - brunch kept us going for the rest of the day.

This hotel is bit outside the city but accessible by S bahn. Riverside hotel in a calm and pleasant area. Very clean and pretty hotel with a nice bar in the lobby. The breakfast is very good with lot of choice. We enjoyed our stay and will be the first choice next time if our travel is to Berlin.

This Hotel ia a gem, it is in a great location and the standard and decour of the hotel are superb. I would definately stay here again

The hotel was nice for the price that you will have to pay in Berlin. The hotel is on a busy street with a great view of the river if you a lucky enough to have a room nearby. The restaurant is very nice, but you will have to pay a pretty Euro. This hotel has easy access to the autobahn. Overall, average hotel great price.

Insgesamt macht das Hotel einen sehr guten Eindruck. Frühstück wurde nicht gebucht, da zu teuer. Ein großer Nachteil: Liegt das Zimmer zur Seite der stark befahrenen Grünauer Straße (m. Straßenbahn, ist an Schlaf bei offenem Fenster kaum zu denken! Zimmer zur Wasserseite haben zudem den schöneren Blick!

Perfekt für ein Paar Tage, schöne , neue style,sehr grosszügige Frühstücksbüfe. Value for Money.Prima mit Kinder!

Lo unico que no me gusto es que la cma king eran dos camas singolas unidas y eso era un poco incomodo para mi esposa y para mi. ahh y es un poco lejos del centro.. Por lo demas muy bien.

.. schick und stylisch allein macht halt kein 4-Sterne Hotel aus. Qualifizierte Antworten der Rezeption zählen auch dazu. 8,- für die Tiefgarage finde ich auch zu viel - das sollte im Preis mit enthalten sein.

Altköpenick ist nur ein paar 100 m entfernt und sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das Pentahotel in Köpenick hat uns vom Stil voll überrascht, da wir bereits in den 2 Vorgängern übernachtet hatten. Das Ambiente war außergewöhnlich, trotzdem gemütlich und modern. Besonders hat uns das Innenleben der beiden Fahrstühle angesprochen, wau! Wir konnten problemlos mit unserem Kleinsthund einchecken und übernachten, ohne zusätzliche Bezahlung. […] Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend zur Altstadt. Wir haben das Hotel für ein Berlin-Wochenende gebucht und waren vollkommen zufrieden. Die Strecke in die Innenstadt hält sich in Grenzen, ist noch zu machen. Die Lage des Hotels selber in Köpenick ist fabelhaft, mit schönem Blick auf das Schloß.

Sehr gute Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Super Frühstück, welches am Sonntag bis um 14:00 Uhr offen ist. Riesiges Auswahl mit sehr gute Qualität. Late check-out bis um 15:00 war auch Prima! Personal sehr freundlich. Leider wird gerade renoviert, aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Lounge und Restaurant Ambiente sehr gemütlich! Sehr schöne Inneneinrichtung, speziell […] im Gang und Hall. Understaffed at the reception. They failed to clean my room one day out of the four of my staying there. They did not have an excuse for it until I left. Very good buffet breakfast Long way to city center....

The hotel is located a bit away from the centre of town, but transport can be found right outside the hotel. The room was large and very nice. The beds are hard, but were nice to sleep on as I prefer hard beds. We ate in the restaurant one day, and ordered room service the other.
