Towels in room were so thin it. Was ridiculous. Huge disappoint ment. Breakfast was expensive and hotel reception staff were rude

I have never stayed in a Marriott property that did not have some sort of maintenance issue. This one was much better than most: the door actually worked, the plumbing actually worked and it was very pleasant. The only maintenance issues at this one were that the light in the shower room part of the bath didn't work and the TV remote didn't work. I […] imagine the remote just needed new batteries but it was so late at night when I first tried it, I decided I didn't care. The bathroom light, however, may have had more than a burned-out bulb, because I didn't hear a vent fan running either. Nice appointed hotel. Good location. The only issue I had was that the coffee pot in the lobby was empty when I went to leave. I didn't ask for more, as I was in a hurry to get on the road. Just an isolated issue, I think. Jake

We were fairly happy with our overnight stay at this hotel. It was quiet, and very clean, with a very comfortable bed. Only complaint was that the room smelled musty....the woman at the desk provided me with a shower cap as they do not have them in the rooms.

I was overcharged for the room but luckily it was not charged to my bank. When I called the front desk, they had no explanation for me. Other than that great hotel, clean and very comfortable

Overall the stay was great, had a little problem with the kids slamming the doors and running and screaming in the hallways ...but I did enjoy my stay

What a great hotel. Very clean and comfortable and quite sleek and modern for a Marriott. The staff was very friendly and most helpful. I definitely would recommend this to others.

We were greeted promptly and courteously, the concierge actually went out of his way to ask about our dinner plans and make several recommendations. The lobby and the rooms were standard for the Courtyard brand: nice, well kept, reasonably spacious. I particularly prefer hotels that don't charge separately for wireless internet in the rooms, a key feature […] for business travelers. However, the noise level in the rooms (both mine and a business associate staying on the other side of the hotel) from the adjacent highway was exceptionally high. It must be a main trucking route, as I heard semis rolling through until well after 3 AM when I finally fell asleep through sheer exhaustion. The interior of the hotel was dated, drab and the hallways were very dark. To my surprise the business center only had 1 PC so be prepared to wait in line if you have to print your airline boarding pass in the morning.

Just not a very friendly place. Not convenient for restaurants or other shopping needs. No wireless in the rooms. Breakfast not included in rate.

Good rates, great location, close to food, conference center, etc. No complaints.

I have stayed in many Courtyards. This particular one was adequate. My room was clean, but I was surprised that there was no mattress cover. Also, the desk clerk tried to put me in a ground-level room. As a woman traveling alone, I am always surprised when clerks do that. I had to explain that I don't feel safe taking a room on the ground level. Hotel was very nice and clean. The only problem was when checking in, we were told that they had "complimentary" breakfast. In the morning, we ate a nice breakfast, and then were handed a bill. When I spoke to the desk, they said that I did not get a complimentary breakfast. It cost us $25 for breakfast. I could have just gotten a bagel somewhere and […] saved a lot of money.
