Courtyard by Marriott Huntsville - ฮันต์สวิลล์

After a long day's travel on Christmas Day, it could not easily been found or seen from main drive. Don't expect a complimentary morning meal. All meals are extra. Was very difficult to find open restaurants on Christmas Day but luckily had brought snacks to eat until the next day when continuing our travels.

Had no issues with this hotel. Staff was friendly and room was clean. The only thing I noticed about this hotel that I didn't like is how not easy it is to turn left into the hotel drive. No turn lane and U-Turns at the next intersection are tough.

This Courtyard Marriott was the BEST. The staff was excellent. The service was excellent. The room was excellent. Special kudos to Stephen at the front desk. He was outstanding. I brought my daughter and one of her best friends to visit Alabama A & M University and Stephen at the front desk was very helpful to the girls. He took the time to tell them […] about the university and to answer their questions. Courtyard Marriott is very fortunate to have him. He made us feel welcome. After a 6 hour drive it was so nice to receive a warm welcome and a smile when we arrived at the hotel. Also the breakfast on Sunday was excellent. The food was hot and the young lady that served us was outstanding. The young man that worked in the kitchen was so nice. When I requsted more potatoes he delivered them to us at our table. EXCELLENT! Everyone and everything was perfect. I will definitely stay here when I come to visit my daughter at Alabama A & M and I highly recommend Courtyard Marriott to everyone. We arrived late to check in and were accomodated well. Only one issue was the computer system was down when we arrived, so we had to wait about 10 mins before check in. Bed was super comfortable. Room was well kept and the hallways were nice and quite. Noon check out was great too. Would stay there again.

The clerks were happy and the room was great. Will definetly go back!!!

The hotel was just your basic needs, we couldn't find the hotel right away. It is tucked away behind trees and a few businesses, when we arrived there were no markings of it being a Marriott. No breakfast provided, wi-fi is advertised ( it was cable), but relatively quiet and clean.

We had a great stay. One of the great things about the hotel was the helpfulness of the staff. When we needed extra towels, they were brought promptly to the room. When we needed to find our way to the event we were in town for, the front desk manager, Hilary, was so helpful in helping us find our way. Even though we had a map, she gave us instructions […] that made it much easier to get there, and we made it to our event on time. The only issue we had was that the entrance of the hotel was hard to find. It was a left turn, and we passed by the entrance multiple times during our stay there. We stayed at the hotel to attend my son's wedding and since there was a small group of us we wanted our rooms next to each other. The hotel did their best to accommodate our request and even moved us to a better room when the first room hadn't been cleaned. My wife loved the breakfast bar and the courteous service she received. I was charged double for my stay and I was refunded the money - after 5 business days. I did not get help with my luggage as I am on disable and my room was on the second floor.

This was our second stay at this hotel and we have been pleased both times with the quality of the room relative to the price we paid. We were happy enough the first time that this was the first place we wanted to go for our getaway weekend in Huntsville. I would recommend this location to anyone (and have done so).
