Short notice stay and I was not please with the front desk service. She was not very polite. Regardless where you reserve your stay, via hotel.com or the hotel website, overall service should not change.

A ROACH crawled on my arm while I was asleep in the bed! Management has done nothing. DISGUSTING hotel. I will NEVER stay there again.

Overall it was a good experience. The hotel clerks were very good and helping me adjust my reservations. The breakfast food offerings were good. They could have done a better job and assuring freshness and having milk products available. I was disappointed the hot tub heater had been turned off and it took nearly 2 hours to correct the issue.

Typical Marriott Courtyard however the rooms were more run down, older style furnishings , dated bathroom with minimal toiletries of nominal name. Best feature in room was large flat screen TV located near to bed. Courtesy PC and printer were slow. Front desk checking was friendly and quic,k.

They need to update there rooms. The smell of smoke is still very prevalent and all my cloths ended up smelling like smoke. If they put in new carpet and drapery it would make a huge different. Over all, a simple and affordable place to stay.

I was not please with how the hotel called me the day before I drove 6 hours to get there and told me I could not check in between 12-5pm because they recognize Thanksgiving and close the front desk. This Hotel was just what I was looking for. It wasn't fancy but the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was perfectly comfortable. I was on the ground floor with the courtyard out the sliding glass doors. I had a tiny patio area just perfect for putting my feet up and reading a book on a beautiful sunny afternoon.

Courtyard Hotels are very nice 3 star hotels that are very comfortable. Room was clean and very comfortable beds. It was hard to find rooms with 2 queen size beds in the Detroit area. This is important to me since I am 6'4" and son that is 5'11" at 14 yrs old already. Rooms come with a nice large LCD TV and fridge. Still had a hard line for internet […] but I could catch a weak WI-FI signal. Swimming pool was too cold to swim in one Sunday night. The front desk said they partially drain the pool every Sunday. The location was exactly where I needed it. The price was reasonable and the room and lobby were clean and inviting. The only issue was the first floor rooms that faced the parking lots had door walls. Security was not a problem but if it bothers you, request a second floor room.

lobby was nice and updated, staff was kind and helpful, room was outdated and dirty....couldn't they at least clean the microwave between guests!

Very comfortable and clean room. Friendly employees and environment. Located at a safe area and at a central spot to most of the surrounding cities as it is very close to the highway.

only downside of this excellent hotel is its location: hard to find at night, confusing signs or none at all to and from the hotel from the expressway. otherwise, a beautiful courtyard and happy atmosphere.

Nice hotel.I should have requested handicapped access. Must have been prom night was kind of noisey Saturday night. Great breakfast bar. Other than that it was very convenient to the location that was needed.

Only other thing I didnt like the fact of paying a deposit because they dont have mini bar in room, so I saw no point in that. They only have continental breakfast if you paid for it. Although I think If you rent a room you should get that. Most hotels you do without extra charge.
