Room was wonderful - Staff was friendly & helpful - Pool area was clean - Would stay here again

Very nice place to stay, clean rooms, confortable bed. Indoor pool and hot tub, well maintained. Would refer to a friend!

Great hotel, very nice and comfy room, helpful great staff.. Someone needs to tell house keeping that you do not knock on customers doors at 0900am when check out is 1100 am..NOT HAPPY:(

Stayed here over a weekend for a wedding that was nearby. Location is perfect, parking is easy and plentiful. Having a back entrance (with key card access) is convenient as well if your room is near the backside of the hotel. We were also able to buy wine and beer directly from the front desk, saving us the time of finding a party store. In addition, […] we were able to get a bottle of wine at 10:30pm on Sunday night which was after the stores in the area had closed. It was marked up, but was very convenient and they provided wine glasses and a corkscrew for us to leave in our room. Everything was clean and tidy. The only thing that was a little odd was finding a random sock that was not ours near the wall on the wall side of the bed. I don't know if it is standard for Courtyards, been a long time since I stayed in one but anyway, I was disappointed there was no safe in the room. Obviously this is a minor complaint and the rest of my stay was fine.

Everything was as it should be. Fast, Clean, Quite.

I would not recommend this hotel. When I booked it, it seemed nice and close to the main attractions of Troy (Somerset, restaurants, etc). To the contrary, I did not find the area to be very nice or that convienent to Big Beaver Rd. I was also disappointed in the hotel itself. When I checked in, there must have been a party or something going on in […] the lobby because it was loud with a lot of kids running around. They also put our room next to the pool, where again it was loud with people running up and down the hallway, although after about 10 pm it was quiet. There was also not wireless internet in the rooms (available only in the lobby), and I had to call the 1800 number to get a service representative to help me get the ethernet hook up to work. There was also no minifridge or microwave which would have been nice. I guess you get what you pay for because I choose this hotel based on the lower rate, when I should have paid twenty dollars more to stay at the Hilton on Big Beaver อ่านเพิ่มเติม

The bed was so incredibly comfortable. The place was very clean, and the staff was very helpful. I loved having the porch area and sliding door off of the room, and the lovely landscaping in the courtyard. My only complaint, as listed by another member is the noise of the doors. We do alot of travel and this clean and comfortable hotel is off the busy track in a quiet area and always find a good quiet nights sleep.

Nettes Hotel das alles bietet was man braucht. Hervorzuheben sind Pool, Whirlpool, kostenlose Rechner mit Internet nd Drucker, Balkone/Terassen an den Zimmern.... Trotz leicht in die Tage gekommenen anmutender Einrichtung sehr empfehlenswert.
