due to the fact I booked through an online broker, I am unable to get my airline credits for this stay. Therefore I will look for other hotels to stay when I'm traveling.

Very Disappointed - I was never notified that the hotel was under construction. These are things customers should know when booking a room. The service was awful considering that the lobby was setup in a bedroom. The front desk rep would not even look up at us when we walked in - not the standard Marriott Customer Service.

This hotel was very clean... I felt very comfortable.

Average hotel room, nothing fancy. Nice to have a balcony and couch in the room. Water took a really long time to warm, 5 plus minutes. I read the other reviews and made sure I did not get a ground level room because of the noise. Overall a good stay and nothing really to complain about.

Nice room and grounds. comfortable beds. Super fast check-in and out. The only negative was a rude worker at the hotel's cafe who said our room was not on the list to include the breakfast (which i paid for online at hotels.com) The breakfast was good though and so was our overall stay. Would stay there again.

The hotel was clean and the service was what you would expect at a hotel, I was frustrated because when I signed up for the hotel I paid extra to have breakfast included. They had just recently been through a remodel and didn't have their diner ready to go. Instead they had muffins, juice, toast and containers of cold cereal. That cost an extra $10 […] per day. The renovations in progress at this hotel are greatly enhacing its value to me. It always had a great location for us by family and highways, but now is more comfortable and appealing. New carpets, renovated bathrooms and a pleasant fireplace in the lobby are both attractive and functionally better. This hotel was and is always clean. the staff is pleasant […] and efficient. One minor issue was taken care of immediately. We love the indoor, almost outdoor whirlpool hottub which is the 2nd most important draw for us after location. Floor to ceiling slats instead of windows let the air circulate and let you see outside. But the indoor location gives privacy and indoor access in any weather. It was clean, very comfortable and what we liked most is I believe check out is at 1pm. This works out just fine for 2 reasons: 1) You don't need to ask for a late check out and second of all, you can get your work out in without having to rush to check out. We will most definitely use this hotel again in the near future.

Good hotel, needs better access to rooms. trying to haul luggage up and down stairs in not easy for some people. Most the staff was friendly like room service and at breakfast but the front desk staff was very rude, unfreindly and unhelpful.

The hotel was comfortable and clean- which is exactly what we were looking for. All we needed was a place close to BART because we needed to get the the Giants game at AT & T park. It was perfect for that. It was very easy to drive the the BART station to park our car. Price was right too!

I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel. I have stayed there quite a few times. I enjoy the atmosphere, the location and the helpfulness of the staff. The rooms are clean and very comfortable.

The hotel was very nice and affordable. I would definitely stay again.

We were put onthe second floor and onthe opposite side of the holtel than in past visits. It was noiser and the room not as comfortable. Stuffier and the bed harder. We've stayed here many times and so were surprised at this.

We had allot of hallway noise this trip. We stayed on the second floor. The continential breakfast (Not included and a bit pricy) was not as nice as in past times. Very limited choices so the economy may be effecting them. The location is very convieniant to both 680 and 580 freeways.

We were in a very nice poolside room with lots of space in our room; very clean; nice staff; would definitely stay there again

Good hotel that has weekend deals. We were in the area for a wedding and it was a perfect place to rest. We couldn't ask for much more than what was given.

I have enjoyed my stays at this chain because of the consistency of rooms and service. Rooms have allways claen and nicely furnished. Clerks have allways been helpful. I thinks this stay was well worth the trip and the pricing was excellent.
