Room was clean but bed was very uncomfortable. TV not located where it could be viewed from work desk or sofa. Business area was excellent. Lobby very comfortable and chairs very comfortable. Convenient to shopping and restaurants.

decent service and acoomadations- loved the pool hours.

having stayed at this Comfort Suites before we were no strangers to the facility. As always the accommendations were great, and the staff wonderful.

Location was ideal as we spent more time outside of Yakima and left via White Pass Scenic Hwy. Cleanliness and decor was pleasing though there were a few patch up spots in the bathroom which may require some attention in the future. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful and dining room was superb. An overall great bargain. A note: Since we needed instructions […] regarding hiking locations, permit requirements, etc., staff with a sense of where to get the information, if they do not personally know, would help. There was frequently responses of "I don't know" or "I think". A hotel newspaper in the lobby would be lovely, but I was told that I'd have to purchase my own when all I wanted was to check the sports and weather. Staff was great! Hotel not so much. Back exit card reader didn't work, AC was poor, needs better sound proofing .

The continental breakfast is wonderful. Lots of choices; large dining room. Our only bad experience was a rude awakening at 5:30 in the morning by an alarm clock which had been left on by prior occupants. By the time we figured out how to turn it off, we were wide Awake.

I thought the hotel was nice, 24 hour pool and hot tub, though I never used them. Nice hotel, just not what I was looking for. I asked for room service and close to town and this has neither.

When our son brings his family to visit, they love to stay at this motel - it is close to where we live and is very comfortable for his family. They love the hot tub and pool!

C'mon, Comfort Inn, upgrade your breakfast a bit. Those scrambled eggs are so phony. Hard boiled would be more authentic. And there are very few healthy choices besides the fruit and yogurt. How about some multi grain bread or whole wheat bagels?

I enjoyed my stay over there and would go there again. Only thing I would like to see changed is the price to be more competitive! And breakfast can be little innovative ;-) Cheers!
