Hotel was very easy to get to and close to various stores and eateries. Hotel staff was polite and courteous. Pool, spa and fitness area are available 24/7, which is a great plus. Was in town for Intercollegiate Bowling Championship and travel between the bowling center and hotel was very convenient. Nice room and a great price.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Beds a little lumpy but fairly comfortable. They weren't as soft as my wife prefers, but I was fine. Walking distance from Target, 2 grocery stores, 2 pharmacies, several restaurants. Breakfast somewhat limited, but had biscuits and gravy. Nice pool and hot tub.

When planning this trip I found that most of the lodging in Lincoln is located on the north outskirts of town near I-80 and the airport. Older Elevator made me nervous. One staff not friendly, but rest were very nice and accomadating. Breakfast was delicious.

Hotel and location was okay. Streets have been recently relocated and entrance is hard to find. Walls are thin and hotel is noisy. First night there a large group of bowlers booked rooms and I believe they were bowling in the hallway upstairs until midnight. Where was the hotel staff? Nice place located close to mall and medical clinic we were visiting. Would definitely stay again.

The suite was spacious and the king size bed was perfect for people like us who enjoy having a wide space to roll over. We enjoyed the amenities the hotel offered, such as breakfast varieties, swimming pool, and hot tub. However, the internet connection was terrible and sometimes, it took ages to load a page. In addition, the keycards to our room stopped […] working a few times, so there was the trouble of going to the front desk to sort it out. There was also the feeling of insecurity since all the side doors could be unlocked without any keycards. The exterior wasn't fancy but the hotel was at a good location and it was a reasonable price. The staffs and the house keepers were friendly and helpful. Our only qualm was the fair amount of noise coming from the people (kids) staying late one night, which the staffs couldn't do much about after calling the front desk. Clean rooms, pool and sauna 24 hrs a day. large lcd tv, large hot tub spacious bathroom. Ideal location, great price.

Good location and friendly, helpful staff. OK breakfast but very congested area. Room recently remodeled but like most hotel rooms does not have handy plug ins for computer & cell charger. The worst thing was the very dated, worn out mattress, hopefully they will be replaced soon. We will call to see if they have before staying here again.

The hotel looked like very old, outdated motel. For sure not.worth the money. Bathroom sink was in the room(????) not in the bathroom. Continental breakfast was in tiny room , with foam coffee cup, paper plates and plastic forks. Would not recommend it at all.

The TV did not work when we got to our room and they took care of the problem immediately. We will stay there again.

Really clean, affordable for families with kids. King size bed and a sofa bed suited the 4 of us quite well. Breakfast included bisquits/gravy, yogurt, cereal, juice, milk, pastries, hard boiled eggs. There was a fridge in our room. The only minus was the hotel's location: far from the I-80E.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a one-night stop during a long road trip. I needed a place that was pet friendly which limited my options. This was supposedly one of the closest to the freeway that was pet friendly. It was not what I would call "close" to the freeway. However, the pictures on their web site show a jacuzzi bath tub so after thinking I'd soak in my own private tub I was a bit frustrated to have to sit in the public one. I was told upon check in that the breakfast would include pancakes and waffles (which I expected from the waffle maker in the picture on their site) and eggs, etc, that were not in the breakfast room the next morning. It's a great place to stop when traveling along I80. They have a dog-friendly policy and suite-like rooms. The cost is great. A great value overall. I'd recommend this. It's not the Ritz, but it is a comfortable place to spend the night when traveling. We've stayed there 4 times over a two year period and have found it to be consistently good.

I stayed at the New Victorian Suites hotel in Lincoln Nebraska based on the advertised price. Boy was that a mistake. There is no central air conditioning so each room had an Aircon unit and it was extremely loud. The people in the the room next to me decided to fight all night long, so the paper thin walls didn't shield me from thier misery. When I saw "Downtown" on the description and the price I assumed they menat "Downtown". It's actually down the street from downtown quite a ways. All in all hotel was clean and breakfast was good, the beds and sofa sleeper were very comfortable as well!

My daughter and I have stayed at this hotel before. It's very clean for the most part and the rooms are beautiful. It's not convenient from the freeway but is close to many things to do and places to eat in Lincoln and in my opinion is worth the drive. We will stay again if we ever need a hotel in Lincoln. Excellent value for the money.

The staff here were friendly and helpful. The hallways were dimly lit though, and the carpet and bedding looked like they came straight out of the 70s. For the price this motel was a good pick. Needed to be at hospita early in morning. Only 5 minutes from LGH Bryan hospital. Very easy to get to since I am not a city driver. Would stay there again.

Good quality for the price. Room furnishings were a bit outdated but overall roomy and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and very accommodating. Pool was small but temp of water was good and pool was very clean. Breakfast was standard fare but ok. Would stay there again.

this hotel has great rooms, nice staff, affordable prices and clean atmosphere. The location was not convienient for those traveling through town and needing a place to stay. It is quite a ways off of the freeway.

This hotel was in prime location to easily access all the "hot spots" in Lincoln; mall, downtown, south point and campus. Target was right across the street, convenient for us since we were in town to complete bridal registries We wanted something affordable but with a pool for our 5 yr old daughter. The hotel planned well, we did not have any problems with noise and we were next door to the pool and elevator. Also, the breakfast was good, lots of variety and the breakfast attendant was constantly working to keep things stocked for all the teenage appetites - I was very impressed. The rooms and facility were clean. Bed was good. Everything worked fine. But... The breakfast was definitely sub-standard. "Cheap," comes to mind. WE ha a WONDERFUL time at this hotel!! The Staff were Friendly and helpful!! The breakfast was very good ! our room was GREAT!!! WHat a nice place to stay located near a mall and lots of good returants close to all the places we wanted to go!!!

This hotel is very nice, and reasonable. It is in a great location.....right next to restaurants, shopping, grocery store, everything in walking distance. This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel, and when visiting Lincoln, we will be staying again there. We visit Lincoln about 5-6 times a year!

The place is pretty good quality and clean, the staff is helpfull and friendly and the price is a great value. I do have a couple of nits to pick. It is further from the highway than most hotels in Lincoln. The breakfast is varied but not so great. For example, the pastries are pre-packaged and high in additives. The coffee wasn't so great. There are […] cold cereals, cold hard boiled eggs and hot biskets and gravey. At these prices it's hard to complain about any breakfast. The heater in the room seemed a little noisier than others I've had. The internet seemed to lag. I had difficulty with the printer using the hotel guest computer in the lobby. I believe it was out of ink. Still, the desk clerk tried to be helpful and I'm sure would have been had I asked for the further assistance she offered. These were really small bumps in the road and easily overlookable for the price. However our main complaint was that the beds were too soft. I am not particularly picky about firm mattresses, but these did give me a back-ache. My wife who is definitely a firm matress person was really unhappy. The good part included : good quality bedding, a large 46" name brand television and free internet. They provided free toiletries, plenty of towels that were good quality. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and the room was not overly clean - overall I would not stay there again.

This was clean and comfortable, but had advertised a whirlpool tub in every room, and that is just not so. We had a room with 2 queen beds, and NO whirlpool tub. Evidently they are not in rooms that have 2 beds. Very misleading. The decor is late 1980's but clean and convenient.

I found this hotel very welcoming and clean. I like the pool being open 24 hours as I arrived after 9 and felt like a swim before bed. Pool and whirlpool were clean and relaxing.

The pictures online did not do the room justice. Big whirlpool bath was a pleasant surprise. Very clean. Convenient location with lots of restaurant and shopping choices nearby.
