After a long day driving, this was a great hotel to end up at. Comfortable room, kind staff, adequate breakfast, free wireless internet. The only problem was that it was hard to get to. Partially my fault for not analyzing the map well enough or calling ahead for directions, so make sure you do that before coming - or else you'll have to go through […] the airport a time or two. THe hotel is close to the airport and nice for a night oy two When we checked in a young guy was friendly, he is the only one . Next morning,nice breakfast but no one said good morning....not very friendly place. This hotel is a great hotel! Very nice rooms! The only complaint is that the airport area is far away from town.

Very nice hotel. If you arrive after 11:30 PM they do not offer a shuttle service although they are only 2 miles away. Had to take a cab which cost $10.00.

Our stay was fine; the service was a little slow at the food service bar/restaurant, but the food was good. Also, for some reason our room's Movie channel didn't work and the front desk personnel couldn't seem to resolve the issue. Otherwise we were glad to stay there.

The peope at the hotel were excellent. We left the car at the hotel for $10.00 total stay. The shuttle took us to and picked us up at the airport to retrieve our car. The pick up till 11pm. Modern decor rooms, great staff, the best free breakfast around, quite rooms, convenient bar for snacks... a great value! Only downsides: - In order to get a decent wi-fi speed, you must be in a room toward the middle of the building (near the elevator) - Rooms aren't regulated by a thermostat. There's essentially on or off - making our night's sleep […] quite hot and uncomfortable. - Rooms smell musty. We've stayed in three different rooms, they all smell the same. The hotel is clean and well maintained, but is basically in the middle of nowhere. The rooms were great but the $9.00 sandwich was so-so.

Nice stay but nothing really charming about the hotel.

There was no information about Albuquerque or the surrounding area available in the room. I know the city somewhat, but local restaurants, sightseeing, maps would have been nice to have. In addition, a microwave. It has a refrigerator.

This is our favorite at the ABQ airport.

This is one of my favorite hotels. It is near the airport and has nice rooms that are all suites with a pull out sofa as well as the beds. Clean, friendly, breakfast included.

everything was great, except there is not signs on the road to get the hotel. we got lost trying to get there

This is one of the best Hyatt's I have stayed at. The rooms were large, with a modern decor.and very clean. The hotel staff was professional and very helpful. Located near the airport with a shuttle to downtown restaurants (10 minutes away). I highly recommend this hotel for their reasonable price as well.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel! Wonderful view of Albuquerque at night from our window. Room was clean, quiet, comfortable. Staff was genuinely interested in assuring us that they wanted our experience to be excellent. Breakfast was very good. Staff recommendation of restaurant, Scalo, was outstanding!

The staff was excellent, worked overtime to help me out as I was new to the area.

It was a very nice place (I haven't stayed in a Hyatt Place before). They had combined the front desk and a nice snack bar, which I thought was very innovative, since you could get stuff in the middle of the night. I skipped the breakfast bar because it didn't offer any real protein such as eggs, bacon, or sausage. Close to airport. Snack bar food not great (and no restaurant!), breakfast better.

Very nice hotel. Clean, close to ABQ, would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean, no smells, and had a comfortable bed. I would recommend it based on those conditions.

This was a very nice hotel, and I very much enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this hotel to others, and I will stay there again.

We booked far in advance for a night's stay following a 24 hour trip back from Europe. Due to a flight delay we arrived around midnight. The desk clerk informed us that the "only room left" was next to the elevator. When asked why our reservation and prepayment in full hadn't held a better room, he said their policy was "first come first served"! The […] room was indeed noisy and we got up and left before eleven the next morning. The front desk staff that morning barely looked up when handed the key. Not easy to find, but worth the search. Very friendly staff, next to interstate and airport. Shuttle service was great!

In town for my wife and I's 3rd year anniversary. Stayed at Hyatt Place and from the moment we stepped into the premises, it was a loxurious experience. Very clean rooms, clean sheets and pillows!!! Nice comfy beds and continental breakfast was also the best. I am very picky with service and the quality of things and must say our stay at the Hyatt […] was just that, Quality!! There was not one thing about the room and the premises that I had a concern with instead, nothing but compliments from my wife and kids. The hotel was nice the last time I stayed there, but there are some obvious signs of aging or maybe it was the room next to the elevator and under what must have been a huge fan or something. It was not a restful night. If I stayed here again i would ask for a different floor.

We've stayed at this hotel a number of times and are never disappointed. Even though most of our planned activities were planned for the north side of town, we happily stayed at t his location. Good price and conveniently near I 25.

Clean, business quality hotel, courteous staff. Little hard to get to from the airport, confusing entry/exit clover and not well-signed. They need to provide fresh brewed coffee 24 hours, not just in the a.m. with complimentary breakfast.
