Hyatt Place Mystic - มิสติก

Staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. Room was clean and very modern. Picture depict exactly how the hotel and room looks. Hotel had shuttle to Mohegan Sun for concert-very convenient. Complimentary breakfast was awesome!!! We will absolutely stay at this hotel again. Great experience.

As soon as you walk in someone is there to greet you check you in and give you a tour of the hotel. Rooms were clean excpet for a used glass on the floor with water in it next to the bed. Room was up to date in style with a very nice 47" HD television. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

This is the second time I've stayed here and I have never had a problem. Staff is polite and helpful, free shuttle to casino, clean rooms and common areas. Only complaint would be signage in parking area and hotel lobby.

Great hotel that is near everything. Rooms are like suites with the seperate living areas and work station w/ wet bar. People who work in the hotel are very nice and helpful. Cafe area was very nice w/ wines and spirits and baked goods. Definitely will return next time we are in Mystic.

We really enjoyed are stay, the staff was cheerful and very helpful. When we arrived home my wife realized she'd left her favorite shoes there. When called the staff had recovered the shoes and is mailing them to her. The room is nicely layed out and very comfortable.

Checked in late at night and hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Refrigerator didn't work but the man working the front desk replaced it right away and didn't want a tip. Breakfast was pretty limited and quanitities were small given the crowd. Rooms were really big and beds were extremely comfortable. The area around the bathroom smelled a little […] funky but we didn't complain about it so it wasn't too bad. We arrived around 10 pm and used the check-in kiosk because there was a line at the front desk. Our keys were issued and we went up to our room. The door was slightly ajar and as we went to open it we noticed a middle-aged man changing in the corner. Turns out our room was reassigned but for some reason this was not altered in their system. Stayed only one night. So far a good hotel with an OK breakfast. I would stay there again.

I recently traveled to Mystic and Stonington for a 3 day trip and was really blown away by the modern, fresh, and clean qualities of the hotel. I have stayed at the Hilton near by and one of the small bed and breakfasts... Needless to say, I will be booking with the Hyatt for my next trip. We spent a night at the Hyatt Place in Mystic, CT. Overall it is a great hotel. Everything seems new and there staff was awesome. The staff member who checked us in was amazing and gave us a choice of room location to best suit our needs. Conviently located just off the highway. Easy to get to all the sights. Breakfast was great.

The hotel was very clean, quiet, good service and the pool was nice. We loved the Starbucks bar and the continental breakfast was just ok. Get there early for breakfast as it got busy and was crowded. The service was great as everyone was very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you Hyatt.

We stayed one night at an area hotel and checked out the next day. We relocated to the Hyatt.....excellent in every way! Our choice of hotels will be the Hyatt....as everyone we have stayed in...you see consistency in all areas!

Although the staff was very courteous and helpful and most areas of the property were very clean, our room smelled of tobacco smoke. On a hot and humid July day it was clear that this had been a smoking room in a previous life and because we were tired we accepted it. A friend and I wanted a hotel with a good location and this was it. We also rented bikes which were delivered right to the hotel, the staff was very accomodating. We walked to alot of places as well. Close to everything. The only problem we had was how long it took for them to make breakfast if you ordered a hot entree.

Had a wonderful stay. The staff was great and were very accommodating. We would recommend this hotel to our friends.

We enjoyed our stay at the hyatt. The staff in lobby very friendly and helpful with information I requeste d about attractions in the area. Hotel room was neat,and clean. Continental breakfast,was ok, nothing,great but decent. We arrived at the Hyatt Place in Mystic and our first imopression was a good one. After being issued a room on the 2nd floor, we went inside and my husband who is allergic to mildew immediately began to sneeze. There was a very strong musty odor to the room and a big black stain on the carpet in front of the small refrigerator where it had most likely […] leaked from being unplugged in-between guests. There was no way that we could stay in that room so I tried to call the front desk to let them know that we would need another room. The telephone did not work either! I went downstairs and spoke with the front desk staff. They were very apologetic and gave us a new room which was identical in looks but without the mildew smell. The room was fine but the TV only worked intermittently, despite the fact that it was a new flat screen Sony Plasma. One of the light fixtures was loose and the tub did not drain well causing us to stand in ankle deep water while showering. This is a lovely hotel but their poor maintenance will take it down if they do not step up their program. The Hyatt Place Mystic filled the bill perfectly for us. The room was very clean, comfortable, plenty big enough, and quiet. The hotel is located in a convenient location, and the desk person at check-in recommended an excellent restaurant in Mystic, made a reservation for us, and we got a great table. I was very happy with the hotel

The Hotel itself is very nice. Very similar to the new Hyatt Place in nearby Uncasville. However, two issues tainted my stay. The Tub had gallons of water that leaked below the tub which made standing in it like standing is a bowl of jello. If not for a safety bar, I would have fallen while taking my shower. The clerk was unmoved at this revelation. […] Secondly I was unable to obtain a receipt showing that I had not incurred any incidental charges. Why this was not possible, I still do not understand. The services was amazing. The staff was very friendly and try to accommodate our every need. The room is a nice size. The location is perfect for a family get together or a getaway for two. Its less than a mile away from the Mystic aquarium. Seven miles from Foxwood, also 10 miles from Mohegan Sun. Great accommodations. Would love to return in the future and stay longer. Rooms are bright and cheery. The bed was most comfortable. It was almost like being in a small apartment. Enjoyable continental breakfast. The bar service was good the night before. My brother really enjoyed the exercise room. Friendly and courteous staff.

Extremely clean and comfortable.. although the room set-up was a little awkward.. I think the bathroom area was too close to the bed for such a large spacious room.. Otherwise, no complaints..

Exceptional hotel, very clean, quiet and refreshing. The staff takes a lot of pride in what their doing and it shows.

I have to say that I do a lot of traveling. The week before I stayed at the Hyatt, I stayed at another hotel that I have stayed often. It was another bad experience. I decided that I would try a different hotel. I booked with the Hyatt and drove to Mystic. This was one of the best stays in years. I needed a relaxing getaway and I got it.
