Loved it! Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was very nice. The rooms were very clean and updated. Love that it is nonsmoking and easy access to most Sac attractions. Would stay here again. Great stay for a great price!

love the quality of room, service, etc except location was kind of out way.

The Hotel location is accessible to several restaurants & shops & close to the freeway. The room was really nice & clean like a mini suite . I like the big flat screen tv, the sofa bed & refrigerator. Breakfast was great too.

This hotel was great! I had booked this hotel last minute and was very much impressed. The staff knew were everything was located (i.e. nearest grocery store, food places, malls, etc.) They were so polite. I had asked for a late check out about an hour before check out and they let me. They only thing I found wrong was that the room I asked for was […] a double queen executive suite and the bedds were far from queens, but double beds. It wouldnt have been a problem but I have twin toddlers who when we are traveling like to sleep next to mommie, so it was a little uncomfortable being the bed so small. Over all staying at the hotel was decent, I stayed at Hyatt ordova ranch at Sacramento ca

Very nice, clean, comfortable, spacious and reasonably quiet room. They should have certain (or one) floor(s) designated for individuals without (multiple) children who request privacy/quiet. Maybe the top floor?

I called to get additional pillows twice when we checked in. I never received additional pillows. Many of the rooms were booked for the weekend by families traveling for a sports function. Therefore, kids were running up and down the hallways through the late evening and early in the morning. While it is not the hotel's 'fault' it still affected the […] overall stay. We left our room at 10:25 am and came back at 3:45 pm expecting the room to be cleaned. However, within 5 minutes of returning, we were asked if we did not want our room cleaned. We said we did but we had to get dressed and leave again and would be done in 40 minutes. We started getting ready and another knock came at the door. This was the cleaning supervisor and she said that if we wanted our room cleaned, that it would have to be done now because 'they" could not stay past 4:30pm. The staffs are friendly, helpfull especially the housekeeping. Very quite and clean their breakfast is great i like it, y son and I enjoy our stay.

I appreciated how clean the room was. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will stay there again if I am in the area.

We were impressed with our rom. It was very clean and beautiful with a small kitchen area and its own living room. We did not request a special room, just and ordinary room but you would have thought we did by the looks. We loved it. Great staff too

This is a great place to stay, clean room, good breakfast and close to everything.

This is a little gem of a hotel. Quiet, great reception staff, Some wine and treats if needed. Excellently maintained rooms.

The room was spacious. I really liked the separation of the bed and living room area. The TV was adjustable to watch in the living room and from the bed. I have stayed here twice in the last month and each time was great. Wonderful staff, great breakfast and I love the availability of the bar/food. Would highly recommend it.

I am married with three kids, 12, 10 and 8. Given that the hotel offers double beds it was very nice to have another room with a sofa-bed (I think it was full/double size, too). Our room was spacious and very comfortable for the five of us. The best part of all is the continental breakfast that is very ample. This hotel is great value for money any very close to the freeway without being noisy. They have a Starbucks in the lobby. Free breakfast was very basic but they do have an option of ordering a better breakfast for a fee.

I had never stayed at a Hyatt Place until this week. I am sold! Awesome rooms, huge TV's, nice people and great breakfast service. Will look for Hyatt Places on my next business trip.

The two managers were the rudest people I have met in the industry, the doors need a dampner as it slams loudly and people are so disrespectful that they let it slam.

I just needed a room to stay for a night on my way elsewhere. This place was very conveniently located near a freeway ramp. Additionally, the room was spacious with a separate area for a desk and couch which were surprisingly spacious and comfortable. It was like a studio with an office area, living room and bedroom. I loved this hotel and we spend a lot of time in that area, I will always us this hotel when I am in town.

I always get the best service here. We've stayed here about 3-4 times. Each time, they always inform us of breakfast, the pool, and the business area. If you stay on Friday nite and don't have to get up early to go anywhere on Saturday, you would want to sleep in, rite?! The Hyatt Place always lets us check out late! We stayed at this hotel while visiting family with our newborn baby. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. There was tons of room to set up his bassinet and the fridge was convenient to store his bottles. My husband loved the TV! Overall it was a good choice for our entire family. This will be our hotel for all our visits to Sacramento.

Rooms area great value for money, with separate seating area, large flat screen tv and desk. Located just off Hwy 50, so not a romantic getaway, but certainly an excellent overnight stay when being on the road.

Great rooms... 24 hour construction outside... Noisy at night...

Hi I have one complaint about the hotel. I have a disabled son and I had to put my luggage in the car before leaving the hotel. I came back to my room where I left my son in my room b/c he can't walk because I couldn't carry my luggage to the car and push his wheelchair so I brought my luggage to the car first. I came back to my room and the card key […] would not let me in the room. I had 45 minutes until my check out time which was 12 noon. I went back down to the front desk and she supposedly gave me another card key to get into my room and when I got back up to my door it still wouldn't let me in. So I went back down and I'm freaked out because my son is in the room. So I told the another front desk woman that the key that her co-worker gave me didn't work. She accompanied me to my room where she proceeded to use a master key to open the door. There was another employee near my door while the lady opened my door and she told him what was happening and he said that sometimes the door is timed out at 11:00AM well my chk out time was 12:00 and they didn't even apologize for this inconvenience or showed that they would fix it for the next guest. I was very irritated on how they treated me and how inconvenienced I was to have to go 3times to the desk b/c of the key not working. It made me not want to go there again. The location was super convenient and easy to find. I was impressed with the quality of the room-especially for the price! I got a room right next to the elevator and it was surprisingly quiet for being in such a high traffic area. Next time I am in the area I will definitely stay at this hotel!

Three of my grandchildren (one is a teenager) flew out from Tennessee for a visit and a cross country trip. They all loved the hotel!!! I think they prefer the modern sleek design to Nonnie's Victorian house full of antiques. And of course the pool was a big hit. The only problem was the location. Very good one-night stay on our way from San Francisco to Lake Tahoe. Hotel was easy to locate and right near the access to the road to Lake Tahoe. It was just right for our needs.

Besides pool being closets on weekend, ESPN unavailable for most of trip & road construction outside of window, the biggest disappointments were the lackluster room cleaning (no resupply of soap/shampoo one day; forgetting to clean sink another) and very limited breakfast options over 5 days.
