Never been better. Never fails to stay in this hotel - Good location, excellent service and very good cleanliness of the room. Highly recommended. Not expansive too.

Excellent hotel in a really good location. Close to Bukit Bintang main entertainment center, close to monorail station and lots of great cheap local food. The standard room is a good size, very comfortable and the hotel has a great pool and gym. I would definitely stay there again - not the super high class hotel but very good for the cheap price.

Having stayed in quite a number of hotels in KL, I must say that the PR is really good value for money. Location's great and the staff in all departments were helpful and friendly. If it wasn't for the isolated incident (it may happen in any other hotel in all honesty} when I found a few little cockcroaches in my room..... it would really have been […] a wonderful experience. To be fair to the hotel management, they immediately did upgraded me to another room that perticular night. Thanks to them. Unfortunitely. A word of apologiy from the management was not forthcoming. Great hotel. Worth paying extra money to have Club Facilities. Staff could not do enough for you. Club rooms big with large bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Great location, right opposite monorail and several department stores. Large pool on 6th floor to sit by at the end of a shopping day

Really great hotel, staff are very polite and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean, had a nice view from my window as well. Great shopping malls and eating spots just 5-10 mins walk away. The hotel is close to all forms of transport especially Sentral Bus terminal for airport Bus transfers. Hotel in Bukit Bintang area and great mall shopping within easy walking distance. Close to Restaurants and cheap eating street vendors. Great Location.

Services is great. Very good security. Great location for shopping and 'street eats'.

We stayed in the ParkRoyal for the 3rd time in 2 years. Hotel excellent value for money and very conveniently situated. All the staff throughout the hotel very helpful and friendly. We particularly recommend upgrading to the Orchid rooms as the staff there are so good and the nibbles and drinks in the evening are very enjoyable.

In the heart of a fabulous shopping precinct. Easy access to monorail and subsequent rail options. Close to quality local outdoor dining. Safe and secure. Good value for money.

Das Hotel ist durchaus zu empfehlen. Schöne Zimmer und selbst das Bad ist noch okay. Frühstück ist sehr umfassend, aber es kann dauern bis man einen Tisch zugewiesen bekommt. Zu Empfehlen ist auch die PianoBar des Hotels... Bra, prisvärt hotel inom promenadavstån från tvilling och tv tornet. När till monorail station. Trevlig personal, bra frukost. Lite slitet vad gäller mattor och liknande men helt ok om man ser till priset.

繁華街、モノレールが近く便利。 大通りに接しているので、車の音がうるさかった。

Výborné umístění v pěší blízkosti většiny nákupních center, hotel na vyšší úrovni. Výborný servis a snídaňový bufet, hotel má vlastní venkovní bazén. Vyšší patra vyhlídku na Tower. Na letiště si ale doporučuji vzít taxi z ulice neboť hotelové taxi účtuje přesně dvojnásobnou cenu.

Det enda hotellet jag bott på i KL. Ganska litet rum av ordinärt utseende. Ok utsikt. Fick betala extra för WiFi. Poolen var helt ok, men inget speciellt. Skulle testa något annat ifall jag åker till KL igen.

久々に大満足のホテルです。年８～１０回ほど海外にでますが、この立地で、この設備で、金額も前日のペナンのCITITELホテルのデラックスと同じレベルでしたので、すごく満足でした。ツインタワーにも歩いて行けます。少し歩きますが。ぜひに、のお奨めです。

nice hotel, great location for shopping

全体的に非常に満足いく内容でした。 フロントの対応も良く、立地もモノレールの駅からすぐなのでKLセントラルにも利便性は問題ありませんでした。 ただ、蟻が多かったので少しマイナスです。 食べ物を置いておくとすぐに蟻がよってきます。 ベッド自体は清潔なのですが、そこにも蟻がいました。

価格の割には良いが、水が濁り色が付いて気持ちが悪かった。他の部屋も同じ。

タオル交換は希望しないとだめ（らしい）。７泊したがタオル交換は希望したらとのメッセージを書いたものは５日までなかった。途中島に行ったりで泊らない日もあったが不親切。日によってはベッドメイクの後にチョコレートが置いてあったりサービスの基準がわからない。

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Small, but very nice rooms. Great location. I didn't try the food at the hotel. Good and friendly service.

地段绝佳。但似乎还不太符合五星级酒店的标准，最多也就四星半的标准了，楼层实在有些过低。其他都还不错，

Very reasonable price, but good service and location, As we arrived at KL at 7 am and very luckily we could early check-in.~ I was very satisfied staying here and will recommend.

A really nice place. We enjoyed the room after a 20h flight. Everything was clean and the room is really nice. the price is really cheap. The hotel have a good situation near transport, night live and shopping center. I never tell good about this kind of hotel but this one is definitly a good adress

Clnose to the shopping area with different selection and only 2 minutes walk to Monorail station. The room was clean and well maintained. The service from concierge is very helpful.

friendly staff, clean & comfort room, very good location - there is a big shopping mall just opposite of the hotel; only 10 mins walk can reach "food street" which has a lot of local restaurant and open up to mid-nigh.
