the woman running the place was very rude and would not help with a mistake made , the over all of the room was very nice

Price is modest, and so is the Hotel. It was very clean, but walls were thin with some amount of noise/commotion from other tenants over the friday night stay. Breakfast offered was (2) types of cold cereal, toast/muffins, and juice/coffee. We decided to eat elsewhere. Convenient location due to proximity to airport. We needed a hotel last minute for a one night stay with easy access to I-70. This one worked out fine. It was easy to book. The room came with a fridge, microwave, iron/ironing board and safe. Considering what we got for the low cost, I can say we were pleased.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel and it has served my purpose well. this is a no frills clean safe and affordable hotel I would definitely recommend this hotel. The only drawback I found with this hotel is there is no elevator to the second floor

The back door stayed unlocked so anyone could walk in. The pillows were too thin, not a good coffee maker and not enough coffee and condiments for coffee n room. Staff was nice and it was easy check in using hotels.com.

Hotel is older, neighborhood is going downhill, but staff is courteous and efficient. My only real complaint is that they use too heavy air fresheners (toned down by liberal use of the bathroom fan and a/c), and some of the equipment is older (my fridge froze everything). All and all, it was good. I was expecting bad or worse because the lost was low and where it was located in a weird spot, but it was nice and clean. I had it booked for only two night but since I wanted to stay longer in St. Louis with my wife I got the same room bit the lady gave me a discount!. I would so recommend this for a few nights.

Adequate and affordable

Clean, comfortable beds, helpful staff. Not alot of frills, but for the price I feel it was outstanding. I will stay there again next year when I come back.

I just needed a place to sleep and this was satisfactory. The bed was not very comfortable and I woke up sore the next morning. It was very clean and everyone was very helpful.

Really needs to improve on the breakfast served.

Easy access on and off I-70. Clean and neat, but obviously older property, with older linens and towels. Still quite clean, but will need updating soon, I would think. Since this is just a base camp for me, it just needed to be clean and convenient, and it was. If you need or want more, you will have to pay more.

They don't have a shuttle. And their breakfast is barley a breakfast. The do not like to give a lot of extras. And there's no elevator so if your on the second floor you have to walk. Overall is was OK at best but i would not want to stay a long time there.

Hotel was very convenient and the girl at the front desk was very helpful. The only downside was the hotel didn't have a pool. But we were so busy we didn't really have time for one.

I enjoyed my stayed and the location in reference to the Lambert St Louis Airport was excellent. The night manager that was on duty on June 22 was very polite and really made us comfortable. The parking lot could stand to be a little brighter for those parking spaces further away from the door (for safety purpose). But on the morning of June 23 upon […] checking out, that manager on duty was very unhelpful and really not polite and offered no service or directions as I made clear that I was not from St Louis and was looking for a place to get something to eat. And I even asked him to read my directions to make sure I was heading in the right direction to the airport, seeing that is was 4AM and it was just me an my young daughter traveling alone, and he was not friendly at ALL..That was a complete turn off for from the service we had just experienced the night before..I don't think I will be booking a room again there in the future. The owners of this hotel make it their choice to make everyone's stay welcome and help take care of their guest. We had three rooms full of family for a family reunion and everything that we could ask for was met! :D It was refreshing to see that the owner of this hotel was involved in being involved with their guest. I shopped for hours for a hotel near Hertz Rental Car, this one was fairly close with a pretty good rating, so I picked it. I was pleased with my experience for the most part. The usual slamming doors in the hallways throughout the night problems, and people running up and down the hallway connecting to every room on the floor, of course it was a Friday […] night. The biggest complaints I had was there was not an elevator available, so if you have a lot of luggage (or a toddler) to take to your room, request a downstairs room. Also, the check-in was rather interesting. The lady behind the desk was telling someone to "please hold" over and over again on the phone while checking me in. She never once put the phone down. I booked a room here instead of closer to my destination due to the price alone. I now wished a had chosen a different hotel. Everything went great until we had to check in (which isn't saying much). The person behind the front desk was rude to my party and I . I tried to be as polite as possible but it didn't seem to work. The room was ok, nothing […] special and I have stayed in better rooms for less than what we paid. The TV was blurry, so blurry that we could not make out the writing on the screen (sports scores, phone numbers in the commercials). We didn't come to the area for the outdated televisions but it would have been nice to watch a little TV after we came back to the room. The only positive was the shower, the water was warm and the bathroom was well lit. Although the walls were an off white and reminded me of a prison cell. Besides sleeping, we were only in the hotel for an hour or so and did not feel very welcome. The room was clean, service fine. Places to eat near by. It all worked for the price. For a quick over night trip, it was fine. I'll be back if I have another 1-2 night trip. Can't see spending more for a room.

it's a nice quiet hotel. Good customer service.

Shuttle stops at the Comfort Hotel; so walk 2 streets to the side to catch it for downtown! A nice neighborhodd with some descent restaurants near! Clean hotel, room clean, coffeepot in room but no ice chest! Cont breakfast great!

I booked our room on hotels.com and it was very helpful. Once we got to the hotel, the lady at the desk was rude. We had booked 2 rooms, but had to cancel 1. Hotels.com cancelled the correct room, but the hotel cancelled the wrong room. We ended up with a king size bed for 4 people. The reservation was for 2 queen beds. I go to the front desk and show […] the worker my confirmation and she wouldn't look at it. She said, I'm sorry we are out of rooms. I said, ok, but I am suppose to have 2 queen beds. Well, that didn't work out. I go back to the room and called hotels.com and they called her and she would barely talk to them. She told them she was out of rooms. We went ahead and stayed b/c it was so late, but 2 people had to sleep in the floor. They would only give 1 extra blanket. I don't recommend anyone stay at the Travelodge in St.Louis. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Nice inexpensive hotel. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. can't ask for more for the price.

You have certain expectations at this type of hotel, but we did not expect..1) A TV from the last century (how long has it been since Zenith made TVs?) so blurry that we could not read the graphics. 2) Rock hard beds that left us in pain in the morning 3) Rooms so small I cannot imagine four adults staying in one 4) Very skimpy breakfast offerings the […] consisted of a handful of mini muffins, a loaf of whole wheat bread and two kinds of cereal. 4) A backed up toilet. This was a great motel for our needs. It was close to the airport, the neighborhood wasn't scary at all, and it was cheap and clean. There were a couple of fast food joints nearby that were handy, and the room itself was comfortable and clean, if a bit outdated. I'll definitely be staying again before my flight home.

This place was great. Clean comfortable and affordable. Everything I needed.

I stayed here for just one night and it was fine for a business stay. Microwave in the room was nice to have although I wish I had known before I arrived. Easy check in and out. Clean and comfortable.

The hotel was conveniently located to the interstate and was only about 10-15 minutes from downtown. The bed was very comfortable and the location was quiet. We would stay there again!

Nice quiet hotel. Desk was very helpful with directions to all attractions in the area. Highly recommend!

Our family was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We primarily chose it for the price, so we didn't mind driving a bit out of our way to reach it. I didn't realize it was near the airport, but I wouldn't have known if I hadn't seen planes. We did not hear any airport noise at all! The room was very clean and the air conditioning cooled the room down […] quickly, which was important on a 95 degree day! A light continental breakfast was included which was not extravagant, but enough to not go hungry. We were staying in the motel while grandchild had surgery; staff was very hospitable especially the lady manager who was kind and helpful.

I requested and paid for a non-smoking room through hotels.com. I registered it, booked it, and paid for it, because I have a wife and small child who are allergic to cigarette smoke. I arrived at the hotel to find out that they did not have any non-smoking rooms available. They showed me my smoking room, which had the strong smell of smoke embedded […] into the furniture and carpet. They would not offer me any upgrade to a deeply needed non-smoking room. My only option was to pay extra money for a deluxe room that was non-smoking. This was definately a financial burden for my family. In past times, I've had good experiences in booking with hotels.com. I just hope that in the future, that hotels.com follows through with providing the room as booked. อ่านเพิ่มเติม
