Hyatt Place Cincinnati Airport - ฟลอเรนซ์

Great place with very friendly staff. We loved our room as well as all the conveniences located within the hotel! Breakfast was good and well maintained. We will definitely be back!!!

A good motel to stay at. Love the area and the surrounding places! Great breakfast, just a bit over-crowded in the mornings for the amount of space in the eating area. Room services we have had better but no big complaints.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place Cincinnati. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. My only slight negative was that breakfast was unbelievably crowded! The hotel still managed to keep the food levels stocked and fresh. We will definitely return and also recommend this hotel to others.

Our family stayed at a Hyatt Place a few months ago near Chicago and were so impressed with the service and quality of amenities that we jumped at the chance to stay here again. However, this location in Kentucky left a lot to be desired. Our room was clean and mostly comfortable, but it is apparent that the sectional couch in the second room was becoming […] threadbare and in need of replacement. Also, the staff was not quite as friendly or helpful as they were in our previous stay. A large church youth group was staying at the hotel last weekend, and the kitchen seemed overwhelmed by them at breakfast. I waited 10 minutes for food from the kitchen near the closing time, and when the kids finally cleared out, it was right at 10:30. I asked the manager if they were working on more, and she curtly responded that it was 10:30 and they were closed. I could not believe they would be so crass as to close the kitchen while guests were still waiting. I understand that food waste is an expense, but if people are standing there waiting to eat because you can't produce enough food fast enough, it's not your guest's fault. Also, on checkout, they messed up our bill. We received a bill under our door that said we owed $1.86, but when I tried to check out at the kiosk (which didn't work, but the way), the gallery host claimed that someone misapplied a credit on my bill and I ended up owing more money for food and drinks. It took forever for him to figure out what I actually owed, and instead of just letting it go and charging me what they told me I owed earlier in the morning, I had to wait 10 minutes while he sat there with a calculator and figured everything out. He threw away my original bill and wouldn't provide me with an itemized bill after the fact with all the charges and calculations he used. It was just a summary bill that showed what I ended up paying. This probably sounds nitpicky or negative, but as someone who doesn't travel frequently, I expect those few experience อ่านเพิ่มเติม

This hotel is extremely clean and very nicely decorated. It was a WONDERFUL choice for our Get-a-way and will be choosing this hotel for future Get-a-ways. The Staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Great value for the price. Free shuttle to/from the CVG airport. Large rooms with large flat screen T.V. Food is available 24 hrs a day with a complimentary breakfast with good coffee. Staff was helpful and friendly. As a business traveler this really worked well for me.

one of the best overall rooms we have stayed at had 2 rooms 2 adulds 2 kids and 3 adults 2 kids,,, large spaceous rooms with sofa sleeper, great stay

The hotel and room were really nice. The only issue I had was with the heating system. I adjusted the temperature in the room and no matter what I set the fan speed to, it stayed at auto (low, high, auto, and sleep modes were just at auto) therefore, when the temp dropped in the room the fan would turn on to warm the room. It was loud and vibrated. […] I called the front desk to ask for another blanket becuase of the noise from the heater. When the hotel deliveried the blanket I again complained about the noise of the heater...nothing was done about it. Nice clean and quiet rooms with a very comfortable king size bed. Good continental breakfast and snack bar. Enjoyed the late night desserts at the snack bar. Close to I 75, shopping and restuarants. No road noise from the interstate. Has all the amenities you could want for a reasonable price.

I have stayed at this Hyatt many times and will continue to come back. The service is so friendly, the rooms are always clean, and it is convenient to so many things I want to do in the area. The only issue I have, and this is with all Hyatt Place hotels, is that the breakfast area is way too small when the hotel is busy. There was plenty of well prepared […] food but no place to set. In these cases it's easiest to load up and take it back to the room. The pool is nice and warm but no hot tub. This time I had a room on the end across from the emergency exit which was a little noisier than I would have liked but I know to ask for a different location next time. This isn't the first time my wife and I have stayed in a Hyatt Place, and it won't be our last. This hotel is a perfect testament to why we love this brand of the Hyatt family so well! Great rooms, great service, great location with great shopping and restaurants, great breakfast... GREAT!! If I'm in Cincy again we'll be here again for sure.

I stayed here one night to get some Christmas shopping done. The hotel room itself was clean and had everything we needed. Our only complaint would be that the bathtub was not as clean as we would have liked it. Great hotel. Nice location, but a bit confusing to get to off the interstate. Very nice room and breakfast. Only negative is that our frig did not work right.

this was our second time at this hotel. we stayed there before flying out of CVG the next morning. the rooms are really spacious and subdivided enough so we could tuck our toddler away and still stay up reading and re-packing. clean, modern. we love it. breakfast was a bonus and the staff is super nice. we'll be back.

Second time I've stayed at this hotel. Excellent price value balance. Rooms are mini suites with separate sitting area from bedroom. Comfortable and clean, bfast included, friendly and available staff, modern facility. Convenient to freeway 71 north or south. 10 minutes from airport, 15 from Cincinnati,

We have stayed at this hotel twice in the last couple of months. Rooms are very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. We will stay again.

Very competent and friendly staff. Free Parking, just a little hard to find at night. I would stay there again.

This is a great hotel, for a great price. It's my favorite place when I stay in northern Kentucky.

My stay was very pleasant and there were NO bed bugs

When we checked into our first stay in an Hyatt Place we were delighted to find a new approach to business hotel. We checked in at a kiosk and checked into a room with three discrete places, a sleeping space, a work space and a living space, All was new and worked beautifully for two adults. Great Hotel, I would stay again, location is great, near the mail and lots of food choices. I would like for the hotel to get softer beds, I think the bed was aittle hard.

because of hurricane irene my family was forced to make alternate vacation plans. we found this hotel on a whim. im so happy we did. a wonderful place with great staff.

This was my first stay at a Hyatt Place but will not be my last, The entire facility was fantastic! The rooms are large all with a sofa bed, huge flat screen tv and spotless. The beds were great, the towels plush. Will stay here again if in the area. Continetial breakfast was well presented and tasted great. I am a frequent business traveler in many large cities. I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the airport. I stayed there on a visit and checked out a few hotels while on subsequent trips. This trip was for 6 days as well as three other coworkers who had nothing but great things to say. The rooms are HUGE. There is an awesome flatscreen t.v. that […] swivels to the living area (feels like home) and the bedroom area. You have a nice work desk space, small counter with a refrigerator and coffee maker. There is an Urban Active Fitness gym next door that hotel guests use for free and it’s a top notch facility. They have 24/7 food service downstairs and Starbucks coffee in the lobby including sweets and latte’s. This place is updated and feels very hip. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby and you are a short 20 minutes to Cincinnati. Great stay! Everything was top quality and the staff was very professional! Definitley will stay here again if I am in the area.

My only real complaint would be that when a hotel asks you to cooperate and be "green" by reusing a towel they should provide a place to hang them. I won't reuse a wet towel even at home but if there is room to hang them up and they dry, then sure. The breakfast was good and open a good length of time. The desk folks were quite friendly. Great stay. Staff was very frienldy and ready to help with anything. Location was great for surrounding attractions KY-OH. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again when in the area.

Fantastic 5-star curtomer service.

Wasn't sure what to expect. Very good value for price. Oversized rooms like a jr. suite with large living room area and half wall separating bedroom.

The rooms are spacious and the decor is slick and modern. Plus, large HD TV that actually has HD reception!

Very nice hotel with very modern feel. Would definitely stay again. If you stay on a weekend, I would suggest you get to the breakfast area before 8:30 as it was very crowded and some of the food was not available (sausage gravy and biscuts) after about 9:00. Highly recommend this hotel!

Shower was dirty-used soap in there. Tissue box was empty. Clearly dried bodily fluids on couch. Heater was loud and room smelled like dirty socks. Bed squeaked everytime you turned over. Location was great though.

As a frequent business traveler, I had yet to stay in a Hyatt Place. This hotel was amazing. The colors, the style, and the design of the room were extremely appealing. I didn't want to leave. I could live in that room for a month. The layout between the sitting area and the bed with the flat screen television in between the two was innovative. The […] rectangular sofa with rolling ottoman was great, just as comfortable as the one at home. The staff was friendly and courteous and eager to please. I regret staying just one night.
