I can understand enforcing your no smoking policy. The lady manger that came to my room to enlighten me about the non smoking policy was forcefully opening the door while I was half dressed and I didn't appreciate that. I was very tired that day and her literally pushing my door open to come in my room to find evidence of cigarette smoke was to me a […] litlle overboard. Your hotel charged the 150.00 dollars for smoking, but I do not feel she had the evidence or the right to practically invade the room as she did. I don't think I will be staying at that particular location again when having business in Mason. The unprofessionalism she displayed is really on the tacky side of enforcing a policy. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

The hotel was convenient to the event we were attending. We did go to breakfast at 9:00 (stated time was 6-9). The food was still there, but the staff started to dismantle the breakfast at 9:03. They promptly took away the water, shut off the juice, took away the food. It made me wonder if the man working with the broken hand had gotten into an altercation […] trying to get someone's bagel away from them at 9:01 on a previous occasion. Mmm . . . Downtown attractions were easy to get to from the hotel. It was quiet. Good breakfast and closeby restaurants. Very comfortable room for the three of us. Wifi was great - I have teens. Pool was a little small and got crowded one night.

The staff were extremely helpful. The rooms were nice and we even had a sofa and coffee table which was nice. Breakfast was more than adequate but I would have like some bananas. The pool was fine since I did travel with 2 children but I would have liked a hot tub. Over all I would say we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel highly. Nice, comfortable rooms.

Comfort Suites had the potential of being absolutely everything I needed for my two day business trip. The location was perfect and the room price was fair - great, actually. The front desk service staff were awesome and the breakfast was competitive with other chains like this one - in fact, it might be a notch above. How in the world a hotel can NOT […] have a decent bed is beyond me. The room was spacious and everything worked great. But I could not sleep for two nights. I was in a room with two queens and both of them were way too soft - literally, there was no support in either of them. I don't know if all of the room beds are this bad - it is the only negative thing, but it would keep me from staying again - how could management not understand that's the main thing a hotel room is all about??? The room was clean and 'roomy', the indoor pool was nice and the breakfast offered several nice choices. Very close to the highway with many restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay again.

We had stayed at this same hotel many years ago. It was nice then however even nicer now. Renovations had been done and everything was spectacular. Our room was very clean and up to date! The staff was very friendly! No complaints and will definitely stay again with the family!

We stay at this hotel when we visit our relatives...every time! Always satisifed....

Good value, clean room,

A busness trip, needed a hotel close to the office and yet convenient. The location was minutes away and right off interstate 71. Staff was very helpful. Would definitely return.

This motel was conveniently located near our daughter's home, the Interstate, shopping, and restaurants. It was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast offered a variety of entrees and was good. We stay for four nights and would recommend it to others. The staff was helpful and polite.

You cannot find a nicer Comfort Inn in the country. A great place to stay if you are not looking to get spoiled. Conveniently located near a Outback and Ruby Tuesday's. Neat, clean, comfortable for a quick nights stay. The room was fine, beds comfortable, breakfast available even though I didn't partake. Had a pool and exercise area.... what more could you need> ? Good property, good value, I'd recommend it. Very nice check in staff...

Stayed here on a Saturday night after a hot day at Kings Island. Very close by so it was only 2 minutes to go back for the fireworks once it got dark. We took one room for a couple plus 2 teenage children, wasnt as cramped as expected with the 2 double beds and a pull out in the room. This is a budget hotel so don't expect too many bells and whistles […] but it was perfect for us staying one night. They even throw in a breakfast to get you going again next morning. clean, no bugs, good value for the price and 5 min to kings island. leave tip, staff appear to be immigrants and I'm sure they would appreciate it.

Hotel clean and comfortable. Just behind Kings Island and resturants in walking distance. Breakfast was hot and wonderful. Just remember it is over at 9am. Computer service in lobbey great. Had a very nice and quiet stay!

Upon arrival the hotel had a sign posted "Hot water would be off 10-12:00 noon". I selected this location for attending the conference over the one in my city, for the comfort and service. After attending the conference at 5:45 pm the hot water was still off. I had children with me and was unable to do hygiene for my next outing. Before my retirement, I lived in motels, week after week, for over twenty years. Since then, I travel only for family trips. This motel is one of the very best. Comfortable rooms and very clean. Positives--friendly and accomodating staff, adjoining rooms, ability to get a late check-out. Negative--noisy guests near our rooms, non-smoking room smelled as though it had been smoked in at some earlier time.

We visited family in Ohio and even though Kings Island is not open this time of year, you can see the rides in the distance from our 3rd floor room. Neighborhood is good within walking distance to a gas station, Ruby Tuesday's and Outback Steakhouse and close to many, many restaurants and shops. Ideal location if you are going to Kings Island. Zoo and […] Children's Muesum are about 25-30 minutes away in downtown Cincinnati. Close to Kenwood Mall(10-15 minutes). Rooms were clean, well stocked and the bed was super comfy. Wi-fi was fast, gym was small but nice. Enjoyed looking over the pool at breakfast. My only complaints were the pool being too cold(add 5 degrees) and people will really take advantage!! Our room keys only worked once every day for 3 straight days w/o having to be re-set. A master key was even used by the manager on duty one night at 1AM. On Monday morning breakfast was being taken away from guests as early at 8:55AM when breakfast ends at 9AM. Doesn't look too good if you are allowed to fill a breakfast bowl but the milk is gone before you can reach for it. I am all for breakfast hours but we were told the night before 6AM-10AM and the family near us was told the same. Now we were told wrong, weekend hours, not week day but the guest service rep working that morning was way too abrupt and even dismissed a young girl asking "why is breakfast over?" The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Kings Island vacinity. The continental breakfast was a refreshing change from other hotels.

at check in we felt like we were interrupting the girl at front desk, was not friendly at all and I don't think she likes to work. Linens where clean, beds softer than most hotels. Restaurants nearby as well as gas stations. Hotel seems old (hear hot water pipes creeking), walls paper thin hear every little noise from hallway, and can hear poeople in […] the rooms when you walk down hall. Bathtub needs a good cleaning. Room was big, with 2 queen beds and pull out sofa. Free wifi. "Breakfast" was horrible, very little to chose from, pastries were stale. This Comfort Inn is brand new and well worht every cent. If you are there for business travel or fun....this hotel is perfect. You cannot beat the the price.....for the accomadations. I travel and only sleep at the hotel...so this enables me to save at least half of what other area "upscale" hotels are charging.

Overall, this was a very pleasant 3-night stay. Our room was quiet, clean, well-maintained and a great value. We only used the breakfast bar for fruit and coffee but it had the usual variety of muffins, donuts, cereal and fruit plus hot scrambled eggs with bacon & sausage. This is a brand new hotel that is 1/2 the price of others in the area. Let's face it...when traveleing I am only in my room to sleep and that is for about 6-8 hours. The front desk ladies were great and everything moved smoothly. We were in our rooms in no time. The beds were very comfortable and with the additional couch and desk/office area we have more than enough room for my husband and I along with our daughter. The pool was a great benefit as well to help keep the kids occupied. This hotel is right across the parking lot from Great Wolf Lodge and very close to King's Island Amusement Park.
